a.tioxida.ts ha.e numerous a.plica.ions due to their multiple roles in diminishing ha.mful effects of oxida.ive stress. The objective of this work wa. to highlight the importa.ce of green tea.by eva.ua.ing the a.tioxida.t a.tivity of the most popula. green tea.bra.ds in Sa.di a.a.ia. Lipton a.d Ra.ea. To our knowledge, no studies ha.e so fa. been done to estima.e the a.tioxida.t a.tivity of these bra.ds. To determine the a.tioxida.t a.tivities of these two bra.ds, 10 mg/ml of ea.h bra.d wa. extra.ted a.d their tota. phenolic content (TPC), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydra.yl (DPPH) ra.ica. sca.enging a.tivity, hydrogen peroxide sca.enging a.tivity, ferric reducing power a.d ferrous ion chela.ing effect were mea.ured. The TPC of Lipton tea.wa. 678.7 υg of ga.lic a.id equiva.ents (Ga.)/10mg, wherea. in Ra.ea.tea. the TPC wa. 647.1 υg Ga./10mg. The presence study indica.ed tha. there were no significa.t differences in tota. phenolic contents a.d the percenta.e inhibition a. shown in DPPH a.d H2O2 a.sa.s a.ong Lipton a.d Ra.ea.green tea.. Moreover, it wa. found tha. a.l a.sa.s ha.e exhibited high a.tioxida.t a.tivity in both green tea.. In conclusion, our study showed evidence for evenness a.d sta.ility of the a.tioxida.t a.tivity of the two commercia. green tea. a.a.la.le in the ma.kets of Sa.di a.a.ia. Continued resea.ches a.e needed to further the current knowledge on the hea.th-promoting effects of this popula. bevera.e using different supplements by different mecha.isms.

The ma.n objective of this study is to develop the optima. semi-a.a.ytica. modeling for the infiniteconductivity horizonta. well performa.ce under recta.gula. bounded reservoir ba.ed on a.new insta.ta.eous source function. The a.a.la.le semi-a.a.ytica. infinite-conductivity models（ICMs） for horizonta. well under recta.gula. bounded reservoir in litera.ure were developed by a.plying superposition of pressures in spa.e（SPS）. a.new insta.ta.eous source function（i.e., insta.ta.eous uniform-flux segmenta.y source function under bounded reservoir） is derived to be used instea. of SPS to develop the optima. semi-a.a.ytica. *** new semi-a.a.ytica. ICM is verified with ICM of Schlumberger [1] a.d with previous semi-a.a.ytica. ICMs in terms of bottom hole pressure（BHP） profile a.d inflow ra.e distribution a.ong the wellbore. The model is a.so va.ida.ed with rea. horizonta. wells in terms of inflow ra.e distribution a.ong the wellbore. The results show tha. the developed model gives the optima. semi-a.a.ytica. modeling for the infinite-conductivity horizonta. well performa.ce under recta.gula. bounded reservoir. Besides tha., high computa.iona.efficiency a.d high-resolution of wellbore discretiza.ion ha.e been a.hieved（i.e., wellbore segment number could be tens of hundreds depending on solution requirement）. The results a.so show tha. a. pseudostea.y sta.e（PSS） flow regime, inflow ra.e distribution a.ong the wellbore by previous semi-a.a.ytica. ICMs is sta.ilized U-sha.ed a. performa.ce of inflow ra.e distribution a. la.e ra.ia. flow regime. Therefore, the previous semi-a.a.ytica. ICMs a.e incorrectly modeling inflow ra.e distribution a. PSS flow regime due to the nega.ive influence of a.plying SPS. The optima. semi-a.a.ytica. Gra.hene oxide(GO) is a.2D coa.ing ma.eria. used to improve fiber optics sensors' response to rela.ive humidity. Microbottle resona.ors(MBRs) ha.e ga.nered more a.tention a. sensing media.structures. a. MBR with a.190 μm dia.eter wa. coa.ed with GO. Then, ta.ered fiber light coupling wa. used to investiga.e the rela.ive humidity sensing performa.ce in the ra.ge of 35—70%RH a. 25 °C. The MBR showed a.higher Q fa.tor before a.d a.ter GO coa.ing. The sensitivity of 0.115 d B/%RH wa. recorded with the 190 μm GO-coa.ed MBR sa.ple compa.ed to a.sensitivity of 0.022 d B/%RH for the uncoa.ed MBR sa.ple. These results show tha. the MBR ca. be used in fiber optic sensing a.plica.ions for environmenta. sensing.
