Rice seeds identification based on back propagation neural network model

Rice quality directly affects the final rice yield.In order to achieve rapid,non-destructive testing of rice seeds,this paper combines the three-dimensional laser scanning technology and back propagation(BP)neural network algorithm to build a rice seeds identification platform.The information on rice seed surface is collected from four angles and processed using Geomagic Studio software.Based on the noise filtering,smoothing of the point cloud,vulnerability repair,and downsampling,the three-dimensional(3D)morphological characteristics of a rice seed surface,and the projection features of the main plane cross-section are obtained through the calculation of the features.The experiments were performed on five rice varieties,including Da Hua aromatic glutinous,Hong ShiⅠ,Tian You VIII,Xin Dao X,and Yu Jing VI.The resulting input vector consisted respectively of:(1)nine 3D morphological surface features,(2)nine projection features of the main cross-section plane of rice,and(3)all of the above features.The results showed that for an input vector consisting of nine surface 3D morphological features,the recognition rate of the five rice varieties was 95%,96%,87%,93%,and 89%,respectively;for an input vector consisting of nine projection features of the main cross-section plane of rice seeds,the recognition rate was 96%,96%,90%,92%,and 89%,respectively;and lastly,for an input vector consisting of all the features,the highest recognition rate of 96%,97%,91%,94%,and 90%,respectively,was achieved.The analysis showed that rice varieties could be identified by using 3D laser scanning.Therefore,the proposed method can improve the accuracy of rice varieties identification.

Metabolite acetyl-L-carnitine participates in Bifidobacterium animalis F1-7 to ameliorate atherosclerotic inflammation by downregulating theTLR4/NF-κB pathway

This study aimed to explore the effect of Bifidobacterium animalis F1-7 on the improvement of atherosclerotic inflammation.Arteriosclerosis model ApoE^(-/-)mice were orally administered with B.animalis F1-7 for 12 weeks.The probiotic intervention reduced the plaque areas in aorta and the accumulation of macrophages,and downregulated the expression of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)pathway to reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.The widely-targeted metabolomics analysis showed that acetyl-L-carnitine(ALC)in the intestine of atherosclerotic mice was significantly increased after B.animalis F1-7 intervention.Correlation analysis proved that ALC was associated with atherosclerotic inflammatory response.By using oxidized low density lipoprotein induced macrophage foam cells,we further verified that ALC could reduce lipid accumulation and inflammatory response in foam cells by downregulating the TLR4/NF-κB pathway.Finally,our results revealed that B.animalis F1-7 upregulated the metabolite ALC to downregulate the inflammatory responses,leading to the reduction of plaque accumulation of atherosclerosis.

The interaction between gut microbiota and chronic kidney disease and the prospects of probiotic intervention

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive disease with high morbidity and mortality. Disturbed gut microbiota and toxin accumulation are the main pathologic features of CKD. Current treatments are limited to those that alleviate renal impairment in CKD patients， but few interventions are available that specifically target the regulatory mechanisms of gut microbiota. In this context， researchers urgently need new approaches that can significantly improve survival time and quality of life in these patients. In this review， we outline the involvement of the gut-kidney axis in kidney injury through disturbances of gut microbiota and dysregulation of endogenous metabolites， as well as the prominent contribution of gut microbiota in the discovery of CKD that can be used to prevent， diagnose， and treat CKD. Next， we describe several major metabolites associated with the host-gut microbiota that arise from the synthesis of microbial nutrient transformations and subsequent interactions with the kidney. Then， we summarize the role and potential targets of a compromised gut barrier in CKD. Finally， we discuss research advances in the prevention and treatments of CKD through probiotics modulation of gut microbiota structure to reduce enterogenous toxins and their maintenance of gut barrier function. A growing body of research suggests that intervention through probiotics may be a new and promising therapeutic strategy for CKD.

Globular clusters harbor numerous millisecond pulsars,but long-period pulsars(P 100 ms)are rarely found.In this study,we employed a fast folding algorithm to analyze observational data from multiple globular clusters obtained by the Five-hundredmeter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),aiming to detect the existence of long-period pulsars.We estimated the impact of the median filtering algorithm in eliminating red noise on the minimum detectable flux density(S_(min))of pulsars.Subsequently,we successfully discovered two isolated long-period pulsars in M15 with periods approximately equal to 1.928451 and3.960716 s,respectively.On the P-˙P diagram,both pulsars are positioned below the spin-up line,suggesting a possible history of partial recycling in X-ray binary systems disrupted by dynamical encounters later on.According to timing results,these two pulsars exhibit remarkably strong magnetic fields.If the magnetic fields were weakened during the accretion process,then a short duration of accretion might explain the strong magnetic fields of these pulsars.

目的基于JAK2-STAT3信号通路探究苏木酮A(SA)在脂多糖(LPS)诱导的RAW264.7细胞模型中的抗炎作用和机制。方法MTT法检测苏木酮A、LPS、AG490对RAW264.7细胞活力的影响;建立LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞炎性模型,通过ELISA法检测上清液中白细胞介素6(IL-6)的分泌水平;采用RT-PCR技术检测IL-6、酪氨酸激酶2(JAK2)和信号转导及转录激活因子3(STAT3)的mRNA表达;采用Western Blot法检测JAK2、磷酸化JAK2(p-JAK2)、STAT3及磷酸化STAT3(p-STAT3)的蛋白表达。结果与空白对照组比较,模型组的IL-6分泌水平明显增加,IL-6、JAK2和STAT3的m RNA表达上调,p-JAK2和p-STAT3蛋白表达水平升高(均P<0.01);与模型组比较,苏木酮A高剂量(5μg·mL-1)组明显降低了IL-6的含量,下调了IL-6、JAK2和STAT3的mRNA表达,抑制了p-JAK2和p-STAT3蛋白表达(均P<0.01)。结论苏木酮A可能通过抑制JAK2-STAT3信号通路以抑制促炎因子IL-6的分泌,从而发挥抗炎作用。

针对大规模电机集群控制系统的控制难点,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)的多通道的伺服电机控制方案。首先,采用纯硬件逻辑部署用户数据报协议(user datagram protocol,UDP),使FPGA与上位机的实时交互;其次,针对特定的直线运动场合设计出一种双闭环PID控制策略,并在单片FPGA中集成多路伺服驱动控制模块,构建了多路伺服电机驱动控制系统;最后,搭建四路硬件测试平台,并进行实验验证。实验结果表明,到位误差小于0.42 mm,位置阶跃响应曲线平滑,速度阶跃响应超调量小于13%,稳定时间小于0.7 s,实现了快速响应和稳定调速,该系统有望在集群控制中得到广泛应用。

避雨盆栽和露地栽培对特早熟柑橘‘由良’果实发育和品质的影响

本试验以2年生特早熟柑橘品种‘由良’为试材,采用玻璃棚盆栽和露地栽培两种方式,通过物候期观察、果实纵横径及果实品质观测,比较分析两种栽培方式对‘由良’果实发育成熟和品质的影响。结果表明:(1)避雨盆栽栽培模式下,‘由良’3月初春梢萌动,3月中旬初花,3月中下旬谢花,3月下旬—4月初第一次生理落果,5月初第二次生理落果,6月下旬果实成熟,物候期比露地栽培早7~10 d;(2)避雨盆栽的果实发育规律为5月16日—6月26日为快速增长期,此期与露地栽培无显著差异;6月26日—7月25日避雨盆栽果实增长较缓慢,果实横纵径发育与露地栽培的呈显著差异。(3)避雨盆栽果实在6月下旬—7月初成熟,果实生育期93~110 d,比露地栽培提早10~15 d,果实成熟时平均单果重为68.56 g,显著小于露地栽培(89.52 g),果型指数为1.01,平均可溶性固形物含量9.10%,显著高于露地栽培(7.46%),维生素C含量36.01 mg/100 g,高于露地栽培(32.75 mg/100 g),可滴定酸含量1.31%,显著高于露地栽培(1.04%)。结论:避雨盆栽能促进‘由良’物候期提前,提高可溶性固形物和维生素C含量,果实提早成熟。

空气源热泵粮食干燥机信息采集与自动控制系统的研制

【目的】为优化热泵粮食干燥机的干燥工艺,实现对热泵粮食干燥机干燥过程的自动化控制,研制了空气源热泵粮食干燥机信息采集与自动控制系统。【方法】该系统以4级联合而成的空气源热泵作为热源,通过改变热泵机组的启停组合调节送风温度,以江苏天禹生产的型号为5HXG-120循环式谷物干燥机为机体,其内部自上而下分别为缓苏段、干燥段、冷却段和排粮段,由数据采集模块、控制模块和报警系统等组成,采集卡采集热风温湿度、环境温湿度、粮食温度等数据通过PCI总线传送到型号为IPC-610的工控机,以LabVIEW软件技术开发上位机,以西门子S7-200系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为下位机,进行系统硬件电路的搭建与软件的设计,从而实现对试验过程中各数据的实时监测和对空气源热泵以及粮食干燥机的控制。【结果】在环境温度为16.6℃时,以55℃为目标热风温度,当系统趋于稳定时,温度控制在53.9~57.2℃,符合GB/T 16714中控制温度在±2.5℃之内的控制要求。稻谷的含水率由22.9%降低至14.9%,干燥前期由于谷物中含水率较高,降水速率较明显,干燥后期谷物中自由水分减少,降水速率降低,整个干燥过程的平均降水速度为每小时0.69%,符合粮食干燥的规律。【结论】该系统能够对温度、湿度、水分值、电压、电流等试验数据进行显示与存储,实现空气源热泵粮食干燥机进料、循环、干燥和排粮4个工艺过程,干燥后的稻谷水分较均匀,品质良好,达到预期的干燥效果,与燃煤热风炉相比,能够大大节省成本,同时,该系统的研制为不同环境温度下控制策略的制定提供理论基础。

In this paper,we propose an indoor robot autonomous navigation system.The robot firstly explores in an unknown environment,and then navigates autonomously by using the explored map.The robot is equipped a 2 D laser scanner as the main sensor.The laser scanner is used for path planning and frontier-based exploration.A 2 D global occupancy map is built for path planning,frontier-based exploration and multi-objective autonomous navigation.Laser scans are transmitted into Simultaneous Localization and Mapping（SLAM） process in the exploration phase.In indoor environment,the exploration efficiency is improved by merging a heuristic algorithm.By using multi-threading technology and a 3 D perception approach proposed in this paper,the robot equipped with a low-cost RGBD sensor can detect all kinds of obstacles to achieve highly reliable navigation in complicated 3 D environment.Meanwhile,we develop a multi-objective navigation application to make human-robot interaction more convenient and satisfy multi-task deployment.Our approaches are demonstrated by experimental results.
