Multi-Objective Sizing of Solar-Wind-Hydro Hybrid Power System with Doubled Energy Storages Under Optimal Coordinated Operational Strategy

More and more attention has been paid to the high penetration of renewable energy in recent *** randomness and intermittency of solar and wind energy make it an inevitable trend that renewables are coupled with energy storage *** hydro storage(PHS)is the most widelyused storage form in the power grid but the capacity is limited by geographic *** concentrated solar power(CSP)plant with a thermal energy storage(TES)system can realize easier grid connections and effective peak ***,this paper proposes a solar-wind-hydro hybrid power system with PHS-TES double energy storages,and investigates the optimal coordinated operational strategy and multi-objective *** optimal sizing problem which considers the minimum levelized cost of energy(LCOE)and loss of power supply probability(LPSP)as objectives is solved by multi-objective particle swarm ***,the seasonal uncertainties of renewables are considered by applying a scenario-based analysis using Kmeans ***,a case study reveals the effectiveness of the coordinated operational strategy and double energy storages from the perspectives of economy and *** comparisons of optimal sizing results show that the PV-WindCSP-PHS system decreases the LCOE by 19.1%compared to a PV-Wind-CSP system under the same LPSP,and reduces the LPSP compared to PV-Wind-PHS systems with limited reservoir capacity,which indicates that the proposed system with double energy storages has better economy and reliability performance compared to single storage.

该文提出一种新型的风电-光伏-储热-电加热联合发电系统,该系统由风电场、光伏电站、电加热器、储热系统及发电模块组成。该系统的多目标容量优化以最大化通道利用率和最小化平准化成本为目标,利用非占优排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ求得Pareto前沿,并通过Nash谈判给出容量配比参考最优解。此外,该文考虑风电以及光伏出力预测中的不确定性,引入保证率使仿真结果更符合电站实际运行情况。案例分析得出,在相同风电光伏容量下,该系统的通道利用率相比于风电-光伏无储能系统提高了11.1%,平准化成本降低了0.6%;在相同风电光伏容量及通道利用率下,该系统的平准化成本相比于风电-光伏-蓄电池系统降低了12.6%。因此该系统具有更好的经济性和可靠性。

研究基于蓄电池、熔盐储热、抽水蓄能及储氢技术经济性比较的可再生能源发电系统多目标容量优化。该容量优化模型以最小化平准化度电成本及失负荷率为目标,应用4种代表性多目标进化算法进行求解。提出基于超体积的多目标算法综合评价指标,此外考虑了储能运行特性及资源不确定性提高仿真计算的准确性。算法性能比较结果表明,非劣排序遗传算法的平均排序等级为1.6,其具有最优的综合性能;储能的定量技术经济性比较结果表明,不同可靠性条件下熔盐储热系统的经济性均为最优;不同负荷曲线及不同资源水平的敏感性分析验证了储能经济性比较结果的有效性。

评价风机闪烁光影的影响是风电场顺利建设及运行的一项重要内容。在考虑风速、风向和辐照强度等约束影响下,通过计算南北回归线之间的某地区风机叶片旋转产生的闪烁光影对周围敏感点的影响,精细化风机闪烁光影计算模型,并经WindPro软件验证了该模型的正确性;根据计算获得的光影长度和角度,分析了避免风机闪烁光影对周围敏感点影响的措施。

Objective:To investigate the activation state of peripheral basophils from RA patients and its mechanism,and the relationship between disease activity and imbalance of Th1/Th2 ***:In this study,flow cytometry was employed to test the ratio of the number of Th1 to Th2 cell and levels ofbasophil and its activation state in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)cells from rheumatoid arthritis(RA).ELISA method was used to measure serum levels of IFN-γand *** Blot was employed to detect serum circulating immune complexes containing Ig E(Ig E-CIC).Results:The ratio of the number of Th1 to Th2 cell have a low linear correlation with the DAS28 score;Serum levels of IFN-γin patients with RA was significantly higher than the control group,and correlated with the disease activity,but not IL-4;Levels of basophils of RA patients was significantly reduced compared with the control group,and highly activated(high expression of CD203c and CD62L);The presence of high levels of Ig E-CIC in RA patients,but not in control ***:Peripheral basophil of RA patients was highly activated and significantly reduced,may migrate to secondary lymphoid tissues and sites of inflammation,and against the imbalance of Th1 response,which may provide new clues for the prevention and treatment of RA.
