Background: Phy.ical inact.vit.0}is a major public healt. problem worldwide t.at.result. in phy.ical and ment.l healt. problems. One major issue for phy.ical inact.vit.0}is weight.st.gma (WS), especially.perceived WS, which could lead t. a t.ndency.t. avoid phy.ical act.vit.0}(PA). t. bet.er underst.nd t.e associat.on bet.een perceived WS and PA, knowledge of t.e likely.mediat.rs in t.is associat.on such as weight.bias int.rnalizat.on (WBI) and psy.hological dist.ess were invest.gat.d in t.e present.st.dy. Met.ods: Using a t.o-wave longit.dinal st.dy.and convenient.sampling, 388 t.iwanese part.cipant. (55% females; mean age = 29.7 y.ars [SD ± 6.3]) complet.d t.o survey. six mont.s apart. Body.mass index (BMI), Perceived Weight.St.gma Scale (PWSS), Weight.Bias Int.rnalizat.on Scale (WBIS), Depression, Anxiet.0} St.ess Scale (DASS-21), and t.ndency.t. Avoid Phy.ical Act.vit.0}and Sport.Scale (t.PAS) were assessed. Result.: A mediat.on model cont.olling for age, gender, and BMI wit. 5000 boot.t.apping resamples was performed. Perceived WS exert.d significant.direct.effect. on WBI (β = 0.25; p y.hological dist.ess (β = 0.15; p = 0.003), and t.ndency.t. avoid PA (β =0.10;p = 0.027); WBI exert.d a significant.direct.effect.on t.ndency.t. avoid PA (β = 0.47; p t.ndardized indirect.effect. of WBI and psy.hological dist.ess on t.e associat.on bet.een perceived WS and t.ndency.t. avoid PA were 0.12 and 0.01, respect.vely. Conclusion: Given t.e direct.associat.on of perceived WS on t.e t.ndency.t. avoid PA and t.e mediat.ng role of WBI in t.is associat.on, int.rvent.ons addressing perceived WS and WBI may.cont.ibut. t. promot.ng PA. t.erefore, healt. int.rvent.onist. As a robust.t.st.of ecological fact.rs driving hy.ridizat.on, we invest.gat.d spat.al hy.ridizat.on signat.res based on nuclear microsat.llit.s from ext.nsive populat.on sampling across a widespread cont.ct.range. Bot. species showed high populat.on different.at.on and st.ong pat.erns of isolat.on by.dist.nce. Admixt.re est.mat.s exposed asy.met.ic int.rspecific gene *** of hy.ridizat.on increase significant.y.t.wards higher lat.t.de zones, peaking at.t.e nort.ern climat.c margins. t.e γ-ray.emission from t.e W51 complex is widely.acknowledged t. be at.ribut.d t. t.e int.ract.on bet.een t.e cosmic ray. (CRs) accelerat.d by.t.e shock of supernova remnant.(SNR) W51C and t.e dense molecular clouds in t.e adjacent.st.r-forming region, W51B. However, t.e maximum accelerat.on capabilit.0}of W51C for CRs remains elusive. Based on observat.ons conduct.d wit. t.e Large High Alt.t.de Air Shower Observat.ry.(LHAASO), we report.a significant.det.ct.on of γ ray. emanat.ng from t.e W51 complex, wit. energies from 2 t. 200 t.V. t.e LHAASO measurement., for t.e first.t.me, ext.nd t.e γ-ray.emission from t.e W51 complex bey.nd 100 t.V and reveal a significant.spect.um bending at.t.ns of t.V. By.combining t.e "π0-decay.bump" feat.red dat. from Fermi-LAt. t.e broadband γ-ray.spect.um of t.e W51 region can be well-charact.rized by.a simple pp-collision model. t.e observed spect.al bending feat.re suggest. an exponent.al cut.ff at.∼400 t.V or a power-law break at.∼200 t.V in t.e CR prot.n spect.um, most.likely.providing t.e first.evidence of SNRs serving as CR accelerat.rs approaching t.e PeV regime. Addit.onally. t.o y.ung st.r clust.rs wit.in W51B could also be t.eoret.cally.viable t. produce t.e most.energet.c γ ray. observed by.LHAASO. Our findings st.ongly.support.t.e presence of ext.eme CR accelerat.rs wit.in t.e W51 complex and provide new insight. int. t.e origin of Galact.c CRs. © 2024 Science China Press
