Game Analysis of Regulation for Online Prescription Drugs under Customer Feedback Mechanism

Objective To study the way to better regulate the online sales of prescription drugs,and to provide reference for the adjustment of relevant policies since the online sales of prescription drugs has become an inevitable trend.Methods A game model was constructed for the strategy choice of pharmaceutical e-commerce platform,customers and government departments based on differential game theory and Nash equilibrium game model to analyze the pure strategy Nash equilibrium,Nash equilibrium dominant strategy of each subject and the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium under different conditions.Besides,Matlab was used to carry out simulation analysis.Results and Conclusion The study shows that:(1)Improving the credibility of the government and reducing the cost of government regulation can not only make the pharmaceutical e-commerce platform operate with high quality,but also give greater play to government functions;(2)The greater the influence of social evaluation on pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms,the lower the cost of high-quality operation of pharmaceutical e-commerce platform,and the greater the probability of customer choosing real evaluation strategy;(3)The greater the customers’perception of potential risk,the greater the compensation,and the lower the cost of reporting.Then,the greater the probability that government departments will choose strict regulation.Finally,the model solution and simulation analysis are combined to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the safety regulation of online sales of prescription drugs.

Objective To discuss how to use social media data for post-marketing drug safety monitoring in China as soon as possible by systematically combing the text mining applications,and to provide new ideas and methods for pharmacovigilance.Methods Relevant domestic and foreign literature was used to explore text classification based on machine learning,text mining based on deep learning(neural networks)and adverse drug reaction(ADR)terminology.Results and Conclusion Text classification based on traditional machine learning mainly include support vector machine(SVM)algorithm,naive Bayesian(NB)classifier,decision tree,hidden Markov model(HMM)and bidirectional en-coder representations from transformers(BERT).The main neural network text mining based on deep learning are convolution neural network(CNN),recurrent neural network(RNN)and long short-term memory(LSTM).ADR terminology standardization tools mainly include“Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities”(MedDRA),“WHODrug”and“Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms”(SNOMED CT).

Delayed and nonhealing of diabetic wounds imposes substantial economic burdens and physical pain on patients.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)promote diabetic wound healing.Particularly when MSCs aggregate into multicellular spheroids,their therapeutic effect is enhanced.However,traditional culture platforms are inadequate for the efficient preparation and delivery of MSC spheroids,resulting in inefficiencies and inconveniences in MSC spheroid therapy.In this study,a three-dimensional porous nanofibrous dressing(NFD)is prepared using a combination of electrospinning and homogeneous freeze-drying.Using thermal crosslinking,the NFD not only achieves satisfactory elasticity but also maintains notable cytocompatibility.Through the design of its structure and chemical composition,the NFD allows MSCs to spontaneously form MSC spheroids with controllable sizes,serving as MSC spheroid delivery systems for diabetic wound sites.Most importantly,MSC spheroids cultured on the NFD exhibit improved secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,and hepatocyte growth factor,thereby accelerating diabetic wound healing.The NFD provides a competitive strategy for MSC spheroid formation and delivery to promote diabetic wound healing.

Energy dissipation caused by boundary resistance in a typical reach of the lower Yellow River and the implications for riverbed stability

The energy dissipation of boundary resistance is presented in this paper based on the flow resistance.Additionally,the river morphology responses to the resistance energy dissipation are explored using the Gaocun-Taochengpu reach in the lower Yellow River as a prototype.Theoretical analysis,measured data analysis and a one-dimensional hydrodynamic model are synthetically used to calculate the energy dissipation rate and riverbed morphological change.The results show that the energy dissipation rate along the channel will increase in both the mean value and the fluctuation intensity with increasing discharge.However,the energy dissipation rate will first decrease and then increase as the flow section or width-depth ratio increases.In addition,the energy dissipation rate has a significant positive correlation with the riverbed stability index.The results imply that the water and sediment transport efficiency of the river channel can be improved by optimizing the cross-sectional configuration to fulfil the minimum energy dissipation rate of the boundary resistance under stable riverbed conditions.

为了探索促进医药产业合作创新的有效机制,构建2个主体之间的演化博弈模型,分析2个主体对战略选择的影响,对医药产业技术创新战略联盟的稳定性进行建模与数值仿真分析,结果表明:医药产业技术创新联盟稳定性与合作成本和违约得利存在显著负相关;政府提供的项目经费、违约金和增值价值与医药产业技术创新联盟稳定性呈正相关关系;增值价值分配系数与医药产业技术创新联盟的稳定性有影响关系,存在联盟相对稳定的最优系数。基于以上结论提出建议:寻找合适的联盟伙伴,减少无效成本的付出,提高联盟效率;完善相关法律法规体系,建设健康规范的行业环境;加大财政支持,政府助力联盟技术创新;采取公平合理的收益分配办法,合理公平分配合作收益以促进联盟稳定。

Unconventional fermions in the immensely studied topological semimetals are the source for rich exotic topological properties.Here,using symmetry analysis and first-principles calculations,we propose the coexistence of multiple topological nodal structure in LaSb_(2),including topological nodal surfaces,nodal lines and in particular eightfold degenerate nodal points,which have been scarcely observed in a single material.Further,utilizing angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we confirm the existence of nodal surfaces and eightfold degenerate nodal points in LaSb_(2).The intriguing multiple topological nodal structure might play a crucial role in giving rise to the large linear magnetoresistance.Our work renews the insights into the exotic topological phenomena in LaSb_(2).

Metabolic reprogramming,a newly recognized trait of tumor biology,is an intensively studied prospect for oncology medicines.For numerous tumors and cancer cell subpopulations,oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)is essential for their biosynthetic and bioenergetic functions.Cancer cells with mutations in isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)exhibit differentiation arrest,epigenetic and transcriptional reprogramming,and sensitivity to mitochondrial OXPHOS inhibitors.In this study,we report that berberine,which is widely used in China to treat intestinal infections,acted solely at the mitochondrial electron transport chain(ETC)complex I,and that its association with IDH1 mutant inhibitor(IDH1^(m)i)AG-120 decreased mitochondrial activity and enhanced antileukemic effect in vitro and in vivo.Our study gives a scientific rationale for the therapy of IDH1 mutant acute myeloid leukemia(AML)patients using combinatory mitochondrial targeted medicines,particularly those who are resistant to or relapsing from IDH1m i.

药品连续制造已进入施行统一监管的全新发展时代,其将成为未来药品生产模式的大趋势和战略要求。尽管现有监管框架足以支撑药品连续制造技术的发展,但仍不能解决应用方面的具体问题。本文以长期运行下的连续生产工艺为主题,探究工艺疲劳对化学药、生物药及中药连续制造的影响,并提出相应监管考量。期望以此进一步聚焦连续制造技术在我国制药领域的实施困境,为我国药品连续制造的开发、实施、监管提供助力。促进ICH Q13指导原则尽早在我国落地转化,推动国内药品连续制造技术及先进生产技术的发展。
