YOLO-RLC: An Advanced Target-Detection Algorithm for Surface Defects of Printed Circuit Boards Based on YOLOv5

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) provide stable connections between electronic components. However, defective printed circuit boards may cause the entire equipment system to malfunction, resulting in incalculable losses. Therefore, it is crucial to detect defective printed circuit boards during the generation process. Traditional detection methods have low accuracy in detecting subtle defects in complex background environments. In order to improve the detection accuracy of surface defects on industrial printed circuit boards, this paper proposes a residual large kernel network based on YOLOv5 (You Only Look Once version 5) for PCBs surface defect detection, called YOLO-RLC (You Only Look Once-Residual Large Kernel). Build a deep large kernel backbone to expand the effective field of view, capture global information more efficiently, and use 1 × 1 convolutions to balance the depth of the model, improving feature extraction efficiency through reparameterization methods. The neck network introduces a bidirectional weighted feature fusion network, combined with a brand-new noise filter and feature enhancement extractor, to eliminate noise information generated by information fusion and recalibrate information from different channels to improve the quality of deep features. Simplify the aspect ratio of the bounding box to alleviate the issue of specificity values. After training and testing on the PCB defect dataset, our method achieved an average accuracy of 97.3% (mAP50) after multiple experiments, which is 4.1% higher than YOLOv5-S, with an average accuracy of 97.6% and an Frames Per Second of 76.7. The comparative analysis also proves the superior performance and feasibility of YOLO-RLC in PCB defect detection. Copyright © 2024 The Authors. Published by Tech Science Press.

针对自动驾驶车辆在全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)信号不足场景下的定位需求,提出了一种激光雷达/惯性测量装置(IMU)/车辆运动学约束紧耦合的同时定位与地图构建(SLAM)算法。首先,基于IMU角速度、车辆后轴轮速和前轮转角构建车辆运动学约束,将车辆运动的位移和姿态信息解耦,构建位移和姿态约束以提高优化结果的准确性;然后,根据点云特征点数量和车辆转向角度引入自适应调整系数,实时调节车辆运动学约束的权重。最后,基于IMU角速度和车辆后轴轮速构建里程计模型,为后端紧耦合优化提供精准的初始值,避免陷入局部最优。不同道路场景下的测试结果表明,所提算法与LeGO_LOAM和LIO_SAM算法相比,平均平面定位精度分别提高了32%和29%,为自动驾驶车辆提供了一种GNSS信号不足情况下的短时高精度定位解决方案。

Enhancing low-resource cross-lingual summarization from noisy data with fine-grained reinforcement learning

Cross-lingual summarization(CLS)is the task of generating a summary in a target language from a document in a source ***,end-to-end CLS models have achieved impressive results using large-scale,high-quality datasets typically constructed by translating monolingual summary corpora into CLS ***,due to the limited performance of low-resource language translation models,translation noise can seriously degrade the performance of these *** this paper,we propose a fine-grained reinforcement learning approach to address low-resource CLS based on noisy *** introduce the source language summary as a gold signal to alleviate the impact of the translated noisy target ***,we design a reinforcement reward by calculating the word correlation and word missing degree between the source language summary and the generated target language summary,and combine it with cross-entropy loss to optimize the CLS *** validate the performance of our proposed model,we construct Chinese-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-Chinese CLS *** results show that our proposed model outperforms the baselines in terms of both the ROUGE score and BERTScore.

铜陵矿集区是长江中下游成矿带的重要成矿区,迪龙冲金矿床位于该矿集区中部,大地构造位置属扬子板块北缘。近年来,在区域内发现了叶山铁矿床、曹家冲铜矿床、舒家店铜矿床及杨冲里金矿床等典型矿床。通过本次野外勘查工作,结合前人已有成果资料,系统总结了迪龙冲金矿床地质特征、成矿要素及找矿标志,为进一步找矿勘探工作提供依据。研究结果表明,迪龙冲金矿床成矿类型主要为裂隙充填型和蚀变岩型2种。矿体(脉)成因是后期热液灌入、充填或交代作用成矿。矿体(脉)严格受构造控制,北东向主构造和北西向次级构造均为容矿构造。坟头组地层、石英闪长斑岩和断裂接触带交会部位及附近是寻找金矿的关键位置。硅化-镜铁矿化-黄铁矿化(褐铁矿化)、镜铁矿化-金矿化、硅化-黄铁矿化和黄铁绢英岩化等4类矿化蚀变组合是矿区及周边地区较为重要的找矿标志。

对2016—2020年湘阴县机收再生稻生产模式进行调查分析,并与双季稻生产模式进行比较。结果显示,机收再生稻在稳定粮食产量、节本增效、提升稻米品质、调节季节矛盾、生态环境友好等方面具有明显的优势。集成了选用良种良田、适时早播、培育壮秧、合理密植、三定施肥、科学管水、病虫防控、适时收割等适合洞庭湖地区再生稻高产栽培的配套技术。对当前发展再生稻过程中存在的品种应用与创新、机收、政策支持等问题进行了分析,并提出了建议。

Apatinib and gamabufotalin co-loaded lipid/Prussian blue nanoparticles for synergistic therapy to gastric cancer with metastasis

Predicting the response of liquefied natural gas(LNG)contained in vessels subjected to external waves is extremely important to ensure the safety of the transportation *** this study,the coupled behavior due to ship motion and liquid tank sloshing has been simulated by the Smoothed-Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH)***,the sloshing flow in a rectangular tank was simulated and the related loads were analyzed to verify and validate the accuracy of the present SPH ***,a three-dimensional simplified LNG carrier model,including two prismatic liquid tanks and a wave tank,was *** conditions were examined corresponding to different wave lengths,wave heights,wave heading angles,and tank loading ***,the effects of liquid tank loading rate on LNG ship motions and sloshing loading were analyzed,thereby showing that the SPH method can effectively provide useful indications for the design of liquid cargo ships.

A Joint Entity Relation Extraction Model Based on Relation Semantic Template Automatically Constructed

The joint entity relation extraction model which integrates the semantic information of relation is favored by relevant researchers because of its effectiveness in solving the overlapping of entities,and the method of defining the semantic template of relation manually is particularly prominent in the extraction effect because it can obtain the deep semantic information of ***,this method has some problems,such as relying on expert experience and poor *** by the rule-based entity relation extraction method,this paper proposes a joint entity relation extraction model based on a relation semantic template automatically constructed,which is abbreviated as *** model refines the extraction rules of relation semantic templates from relation corpus through dependency parsing and realizes the automatic construction of relation semantic *** on the relation semantic template,the process of relation classification and triplet extraction is constrained,and finally,the entity relation triplet is *** experimental results on the three major Chinese datasets of DuIE,SanWen,and FinRE showthat the RSTAC model successfully obtains rich deep semantics of relation,improves the extraction effect of entity relation triples,and the F1 scores are increased by an average of 0.96% compared with classical joint extraction models such as CasRel,TPLinker,and RFBFN.

Application of epoxy resin in cultural relics protection

Cultural relics have their unique artistic, cultural and historical value, and the protection of important cultural relics is conducive to the inheritance of historical culture. As a kind of cementing agent and binder commonly seen in cultural relics protection, epoxy resin is widely used in the bonding and consolidation of various materials in cultural relics, which has important practical application value. In this review, a systematic classification of commonly used epoxy resins, including their molecular structures, synthesis reactions and properties are provided, the problems and solutions of epoxy resin in cultural relics protection are summarized. The solutions are classified into three aspects: functional epoxy resin, blending modification, and other modification. Representative application examples of epoxy resin are listed in the field of cultural relics protection, and the development direction of epoxy resin in cultural relics protection in the future is proposed, which provides useful guidance for the modification of epoxy resin and its application in cultural relics protection in the future.
