It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

蒲公英萜类化合物具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,但对其提取工艺研究报道较少。本论文开展酶解法对蒲公英萜类化合物提取工艺的研究,以萜类化合物含量为评价指标,通过单因素试验考察和Box-Behnken响应面试验优化提取工艺条件。结果表明在酶解pH为5.03,乙醇浓度为73.79%,超声时间为65.13 min时,蒲公英萜类化合物的含量可达4.71%。论文所优化的蒲公英萜类化合物提取工艺稳定可靠,可为其生物活性研究和资源开发等提供参考。

侵袭性曲霉病（IA）是机会致病性曲霉菌所致的严重丝状真菌感染性疾病。因发病隐匿、死亡率高，使得IA的精准诊断显得尤为迫切。随着分子诊断技术的发展，新的曲霉菌分子检测技术陆续报道，也逐渐应用于临床实验室真菌检测平台。鉴于此，本文总结了近年来曲霉菌核酸分子检测技术的临床应用及进展，探讨了其在IA诊断中的临床应用价值，以期为IA精准诊疗提供方法学选择依据，为IA体外诊断新技术研发提供参考。

Design and testing of a liftable chassis for rice harvester

During the operation of the rice combine harvester,the fuselage tilts due to the tilt and unevenness of the ground affect its maneuverability and operational *** at the problem of leveling due to the tilt of the field surface,this research developed an innovative dual-parallelogram chassis lifting mechanism for rice harvesters designed a hydraulic system to adjust the chassis height by extending the *** Adams simulation software,a detailed model of the lifting chassis was constructed to analyze its performance,revealing a direct correlation between the hydraulic cylinder extension and chassis ***,the mechanism could achieve leveling on slopes with inclination angles of up to 7.5°.Comprehensive evaluations of the liftable chassis system were conducted under both static and dynamic *** the static tests,the system exhibited the capacity for comprehensive or unilateral auto-leveling contingent upon the tilt,with leveling times and angular variations confined to 3.6 s and±0.4°,*** dynamic tests conducted on sloped fields and paddy soils,the system reduced post-leveling mean tilt angles and standard deviations remained below 1.2°and 0.6°,*** results demonstrated a substantial improvement in the stability and reliability of the chassis during *** research provides valuable insights into the design and optimization of automatic leveling mechanisms and structural innovations for harvester chassis.

Privacy Preserving Distributed Bandit Residual Feedback Online Optimization Over Time-Varying Unbalanced Graphs

This paper considers the distributed online optimization(DOO) problem over time-varying unbalanced networks, where gradient information is explicitly unknown. To address this issue, a privacy-preserving distributed online one-point residual feedback(OPRF) optimization algorithm is proposed. This algorithm updates decision variables by leveraging one-point residual feedback to estimate the true gradient information. It can achieve the same performance as the two-point feedback scheme while only requiring a single function value query per iteration. Additionally, it effectively eliminates the effect of time-varying unbalanced graphs by dynamically constructing row stochastic matrices. Furthermore, compared to other distributed optimization algorithms that only consider explicitly unknown cost functions, this paper also addresses the issue of privacy information leakage of nodes. Theoretical analysis demonstrate that the method attains sublinear regret while protecting the privacy information of agents. Finally, numerical experiments on distributed collaborative localization problem and federated learning confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Quick-homogeneous Corrosion of Ti-2A1-2.5Zr Alloy in High-temperature and High-pressure Water Steam

The corrosion behavior of Ti-2A1-2.5Zr alloy with 5 alloy contents and 5 surface states were studied in water steam at 400℃, 10.3 MPa for 72 h. The weight-increments of all samples are under 4 mg/dm2, better than Zr and Zr-alloy. or-Ti is oxidized into anatase-type TiO2 preferentially. The corrosion resistance is improved by adding Al element or pre-oxidizing treatment, the latter is more effective relatively.
