PtSn2-SnO2/C nanocatalyst was prepared by co-reduction of Pt and Sn precursor at ca,15℃.The formation of PtSn2-SnO2 nanoparticle was determined by XRD,TEM and XPS *** PtSn2-SnO2/C nanocatalyst exhibits stronger resistance to CO poisoning and effectively improves methanol electro-catalytic effect,up to 3 times than the commercial Pt/C catalyst.

Cell search is an important aspect for 3G long-term evolution （LTE）. This article deals with cell search in the time-division-synchronou code-division multiple access （TD-SCDMA） LTE system. On the basis of the synchronization channel （SCH） and cell specific reference symbols （CSRSs）, the proposed cell search procedure includes five stages： frame detection and coarse timing, coarse carrier frequency offset （CFO） estimation, fine timing, fine CFO estimation, and cell identification. The key features of the proposed method are as follows： first, the neighboring three cells＇ CSRSs are frequency division multiplexed （FD） to mitigate inter-cell interference. Second, the frequency domain differential cross-correlation, computed from CSRSs are maximally ratio combined for cell identification. Finally, the large set Kasami sequences are quadrature phase shift key （QPSK） modulated to be cell specific sequences （CSSs）, to support a large number of target cells. Simulations show that the FD method is better than the code division multiplexed （CD） method.

AIM: To evaluate the visual outcomes of Contoura Vision(CV) with automatic eye tracking system in eyes with myopia and myopic ***: This prospective study included 160 eyes(80 patients) with moderate myopia and irregular astigmatism between January and August 2018. subjects were randomly divided into CV group(80 eyes) that under went CV femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK) and a control group(80 eyes) that underwent wavefrontoptimized FS-LASIK. Visual outcomes and astigmatic vector analysis were evaluated and compared between preoperatively and 3 mo postoperatively. REsuLTS: Basic details were similar in both groups(P>0.05). At 3 mo postoperatively, uncorrected distance visual acuity was 20/16, 20/20, and 20/25 in 24, 76, and 80 eyes of patients in CV group, respectively. The CV group was better in predictability of astigmatism correction at 3 mo postoperatively. In CV group, 64 eyes had deviation of astigmatic axis within 15° and 28 eyes had deviation of astigmatic axis within 5°, both were better than those in the control group. The number of eyes with residual astigmatism within 0.5 D were less in CV group(48 eyes) than the control group(40 eyes). Compared with the preoperative, C7 significantly reduced to 0.056±0.030 in CV group at 3 mo after the procedure(P<0.05), and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: CV with automatic eye tracking system is safe and effective for the correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism.

混合型属性数据是最为常见的一种数据集类型,针对该类型数据的聚类算法是聚类分析的研究热点之一。由于谱聚类算法具有适合于任意形状数据的聚类问题且能收敛于全局最优解的优势,因而从相似性度量的角度出发,基于杰卡德(Jaccard)距离、马氏(Mahalanobis)距离的思想,设计一种适用于混合型属性数据的相似性度量,并利用其实现谱聚类的混合型属性数据扩展,构建一种改进的谱聚类算法(IJM-SC)。将构建的算法应用于UCI机器学习数据库中心脏病数据集等3个混合型属性数据集进行聚类,验证算法对混合型属性数据聚类的优越性,通过与现有一些算法比较效果指标,结果表明提出算法能够更好地实现对混合型属性数据的聚类。

Endophytes,as crucial components of plant microbial communities,significantly contribute to enhancing the absorption of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus by their hosts,promote plant growth,and degrade pathogenic fungal *** this study,an experiment was conducted in August 2022 to explore the growth-promoting potential of endophytic bacterial strains isolated from two medical plant species,Thymus altaicus and Salvia deserta,using a series of screening *** samples of Thymus altaicus and Salvia deserta were collected from Zhaosu County and Habahe County in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China,in July ***,the inhibitory effects of endophytic bacterial strains on the four pathogenic fungi(Fusarium oxysporum,Fulvia fulva,Alternaria solani,and Valsa mali)were determined through the plate confrontation method.A total of 80 endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from Thymus altaicus,while a total of 60 endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from Salvia *** endophytic bacterial strains from both Thymus altaicus and Salvia deserta exhibited plant growth-promoting ***,the strains of Bacillus ***002,Bacillus ***005,Microbacterium ***5,and Rhodococcus ***013 demonstrated strong cellulase-producing activity,siderophore-producing activity,phosphate solubilization activity,and nitrogen-fixing activity,*** of 140 endophytic bacterial strains isolated from Thymus altaicus and Salvia deserta,104 strains displayed anti-fungal activity against Fulvia fulva,Alternaria solani,Fusarium oxysporum,and Valsa ***,the strains of Bacillus ***005,Bacillus ***003,and Bacillus ***7 exhibited robust inhibition rates against all the four pathogenic *** conclusion,the endophytic bacterial strains from Thymus altaicus and Salvia deserta possess both plant growth-promoting and anti-fungal properties,making them promising candidates for future development as growth-promoting agents and

AIM:To investigate the mRNA expression of cyclooxygensae-2(COX-2)in benign and malignant ascites,and to explore the difference in COX-2 mRNA expression among different ***:A total of 36 samples were collected from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of sun Yat-Sen University and divided into two experimental groups:benign ascites(n=21)and malignant ascites(n=15).Benign ascites included cirrhotic ascites(n=10)and tuberculous ascites(n=5).Malignant ascites included oophoroma(n=7),cancer of colon(n=5),cancer of the liver(n=6),gastric cancer(n=2),and bladder carcinoma(n=1).The mRNA expression of COX-2 in ascites was examined with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)technology,and the positive rate of COX-2 mRNA was compared between different ***:The positive rate of COX-2 mRNA in malignant ascites was 42.9%(9/21),which was significantly higher than in benign ascites,6.7%(1/15),difference being significant between these two groups(χ2=4.051,P=0.044).The proportion of the positive rate in the malignant ascites was as follows:ovarian cancers57.1%(4/7),colon cancer 40.0%(2/5),liver cancer33.3%(2/6),gastric cancer 50.0%(1/2),and bladder cancer 0.00%(0/1).However,there was no significant difference in COX-2 mRNA expression among various tumors with malignant ascites(χ2=1.614,P=0.806).Among the benign ascites,COX-2 mRNA levels were different between the tuberculous ascites(0/5)and cirrhotic ascites(1/10),but there was no significant difference(P=1.000).CONCLUSION:COX-2 mRNA,detected by RT-PCR,is useful in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites,which also has potential value in the clinical diagnosis of tumors.

In order to solve the problem of insufficient use of context information and lack of detail information in image semantic segmentation,this paper proposes an RMFU network model based on residual module and multi-scale feature *** network uses cross entropy and mean intersection over union as loss *** network obtains the fine semantic segmentation results by using fully connected Conditional Random Field to optimize the initial segmentation *** test results on Pascal VOC 2012 dataset show that RMFU network is better than FCN network in SSIM and *** network effectively uses multi-scale feature *** improves the precision of image semantic segmentation and optimizes the image segmentation effect.

BACKGROUND Visceral obesity is increasingly prevalent among adolescents and young adults and is commonly recognized as a risk factor for type 2 ***[17β-estradiol(E2)]is known to offer protection against obesity via diverse me-chanisms,while its specific effects on visceral adipose tissue(VAT)remain to be fully *** To investigate the impact of E2 on the gene expression profile within VAT of a mouse model of *** Metabolic parameters were collected,encompassing body weight,weights of visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissues(VAT and SAT),random blood glucose levels,glucose tolerance,insulin tolerance,and overall body *** gene expression profiles of VAT were quantified utilizing the Whole Mouse Genome Oligo Microarray and subsequently analyzed through Agilent Feature Extraction *** and pathway analyses were conducted employing Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses,*** Feeding a high-fat diet(HFD)moderately increased the weights of both VAT and SAT,but this increase was mitigated by the protective effect of endogenous ***,ovariectomy(OVX)led to a significant increase in VAT weight and the VAT/SAT weight ratio,and this increase was also reversed with E2 ***,OVX diminished the expression of genes involved in lipid metabolism compared to HFD feeding alone,signaling a widespread reduction in lipid metabolic activity,which was completely counteracted by E2 *** study provides a comprehensive insight into E2's local and direct protective effects against visceral adiposity in VAT at the gene *** In conclusion,the present study demonstrated that the HFD-induced over-nutritional challenge disrupted the gene expression profile of visceral fat,leading to a universally decreased lipid metabolic status in E2 deficient mice.E2 treatment effectively reversed this condition,shedding light on the mechanistic role and thera
