Bulk and interface defects are the culprits of power conversion efficiency(PCE) loss of the perovskite solar cell(PSC)[1,2]. Meanwhile, notorious hysteresis is also an obstacle on the road of PSC’s commercialization process. Herein, we report a multifunctional buffer molecule(oteracil potassium, OP) for suppressing hysteresis and passivating defect in stable and efficient methylammonium-free PSC[3]. Experimental and theoretical results prove that multi-functional OP has strong chemical interaction with SnO2 and the perovskite layer. It can not only reduce the oxygen vacancy defects in SnO2 film, but also passivate the under coordinated Pb2+ in perovskite. At the same time, it can significantly inhibit hysteresis. Due to these beneficial effects, the PCE of the OP modified device is over 22%, and the unencapsulated modified device exhibits more excellent humidity stability. This work provides guidance for the development of multifunctional modified molecules for high PCE, stable, and non-hysteresis PSC.

国家中药复方专利治疗肾结石的用药规律分析

目的通过对治疗肾结石中药复方专利的挖掘,研究其配伍用药规律,为临床治疗肾结石的遣方用药及新药开发提供参考。方法检索2013年至2023年国家专利数据库治疗肾结石的中药复方专利,运用中医传承计算平台(V3.0),对复方中药物的药性、药味、功效及中药频次进行统计,通过关联规则和聚类分析等方法分析中药复方的配伍规律。结果共纳入治疗肾结石中药复方153首,涉及中药554味,使用频次前6位分别为金钱草、车前子、海金沙、鸡内金、滑石、牛膝。涉及药物药性以寒为主,其次为平、温;药味以甘居多,其次为苦、辛;功效以利尿渗湿类为主,其次为补虚类、清热类;金钱草-鸡内金药对组合出现频次最高,关联组合“鸡内金,滑石→金钱草”的置信度最高;聚类分析得到治疗肾结石的4组核心类方。结论现代医家治疗肾结石用药灵活,以利尿通淋为核心,辅以补肾益气、活血化瘀,常用三金排石汤、八正散等经典名方为基础方加减治疗。

基于文献研究,探讨基于调节肠道菌群从脾肾论治男性不育症的思路及可能机制。肠道菌群紊乱是导致男性不育症发病的重要因素之一,脾肾两脏与肠道菌群在生理与病理方面具有一定的相似性,且补肾健脾类方药可通过扶植有益菌生长、抑制致病菌繁殖、保护肠道黏膜屏障等调节肠道菌群。由此提出,补肾健脾类方药通过调节肠道菌群以治疗男性不育症的可能机制如下:抑制炎症因子表达,减轻睾丸组织炎症反应;提高抗氧化能力,缓解氧化应激对精子的损伤;改善不良情绪,减轻心理应激对生殖系统的影响。基于调节肠道菌群探索从脾肾论治男性不育症的思路,可为现代中医临床治疗男性不育症提供新的切入点。

An overview of neurocritical care in China： a nationwide survey

Background Little quantitative evidence was available regarding the development of NICUs in China. The purpose of this survey was to evaluate the current situation of neurointensive care units （NICUs） across China. Methods The directors of NICUs from 100 tertiary care hospitals across China were contacted and asked to complete a closed response questionnaire regarding their NICUs. Basic information, equipment, and technology information available in the units, as well as staffing information were investigated. Results Seventy-six questionnaires were returned （a 68% response rate）. Of 76 NICUs, 43 units constituted the majority. The number of each NICU bed varied from 4 to 45, occupying 2%-30% of the total department beds. Over 70% of NICUs were equipped with many emergency treatment equipments as well as physiological and biochemical monitoring equipments, while 34%-70% of NICUs still lacked some kinds of equipments such as defibrillators. Some specialist equipments were still partially lacking in 62%-95% of NICUs. A vast majority of the NICUs were equipped with neurocritical care directors, full-time attending physicians, and head nurses, but full-time NICU residents and neurocritical care nurses were still lacking in nearly half （53%） and one-third （33%-37%） of NICUs, respectively. In 76 NICUs, full-time neurointensivists and nurses added up to 359 and 852, respectively. In addition, 78%-97% of all the surveyed NICUs were severely short of non-neurological professional staffs. Conclusion In China, neurocritical care has developed rapidly, but there is still a shortage of well-equipped and well- staffed NICUs across the nation currently.

Homologous recombination(HR) and nonhomologous end joining(NHEJ) are considered the two main double-strand break(DSB) repair approaches in eukaryotes. Inhibiting the activities of the key component in NHEJ commonly enhances the efficiency of targeted gene knockouts or affects growth and development in higher eukaryotes. However, little is known about the roles of the NHEJ pathway in foliar pathogens. Here we identified a gene designated St KU80, which encodes a putative DNA end-binding protein homologous to yeast Ku80, in the foliar pathogen Exserohilum turcicum. Conserved domain analysis showed that the typical domains VWA, Ku78 and Ku-PK-bind are usually present in Ku70/80 proteins in eukaryotes and are also present in St Ku80. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that St Ku80 is most closely related to Ku80(XP001802136.1) from Parastagonospora nodorum, followed by Ku80(AGF90044.1) from Monascus ruber. Furthermore, the gene knockout mutants ΔSt KU80-1 and ΔSt KU80-2 were obtained. These mutants displayed longer septas, thinner cell walls, smaller amounts of substances on cell wall surfaces, and more mitochondria per cell than the wild-type(WT) strain but similar HT-toxin activity. The mutants did not produce conidia and mature appressoria. On the other hand, the mutants were highly sensitive to H2O2, but not to ultraviolet radiation. In summary, the St KU80 plays devious roles in regulating the development of E. turcicum.

旋转多普勒效应是携带轨道角动量的涡旋电磁波用于旋转目标探测时的一种重要现象.相比于传统平面波,旋转多普勒效应使得涡旋电磁波可以沿目标旋转轴方向探测到目标的自旋运动.然而,对于特定结构的自旋目标,利用整数阶轨道角动量波束进行探测仍然存在盲区.为了拓展基于旋转多普勒效应的探测方案的适用范围,本文基于时频分析方法,研究了在分数阶轨道角动量波束正入射和斜入射时自旋目标的转速估计方法.首先基于理想散射点模型,推导了其在整数阶和分数阶轨道角动量波束正入射和斜入射时的回波模型,以及理论时频曲线.其次,以三维实际目标为例,基于矩量法和短时傅里叶变换方法,得到目标在分数阶轨道角动量波束入射时的回波及其时频图,并从时频图中提取时频脊及其波动周期,以此估计目标自旋速度.结果证明,分数阶轨道角动量波束无论在正入射还是斜入射情况下均可有效地估计自旋目标的旋转速度,并且能够克服整数阶轨道角动量波束的探测盲区,在探测目标自旋运动时具有更广泛的适用性.

Asymptotical stability is an important property of the associative memory neural networks.In this comment,we demonstrate that the asymptotical stability analyses of the MVECAM and MV-eBAM in the asynchronous update mode by Wang et al are not rigorous,and then we modify the errors and further prove that the two models are all asymptotically stable in both synchronous and asynchronous update modes.

Background Fenvalerate （FEN） has been demonstrated to be a reproductive toxicant in humans and rodents. However,little is known about whether short-term exposure to low-dose FEN produces reproductive toxicity.Methods We administered FEN （0.009 375, 0.1875, 3.750, or 45.00 mg·kg-1d-1 by gavage for 30 days） to male ICR mice and compared reproductive toxicity parameters between groups receiving different concentrations of FEN.Reproductive toxicity was evaluated by computer-assisted semen quality analysis （CASA）, chlortetracycline （CTC） assay,and histopathology.Results The sperm morphology and testis histology of FEN-exposed mice （all doses） were similar to that in controlling mice. Exposure to FEN at a concentration of 0.1875 mg·kg-1d-1 decreased sperm path straightness （STR） and linearity （LIN）（both P〈 0.05）, but had no significant impact on average path velocity （VAP）, straight line velocity （VSL）, curvilinear velocity （VCL）, lateral amplitude （ALH）, beat cross frequency （BCF）, or progressive motility （MOT）. FEN reduced the rate of mouse sperm capacitation in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion The present results demonstrate that exposure to low-dose FEN for 30 days reduces semen quality and sperm capacitation in adult mice.

Influence of Sr on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL114 cast alloy

In the present work, the effects of trace element Sr on the microstructure, tensile properties, fractography and morphology of the eutectic Si of ZL114A (Al-7Si) cast alloy were investigated. The cast ZL114A aluminum alloy was prepared using a metal mold, and then heat treated with the T6 technique. The test results of mechanical properties show that modification element Sr can improve significantly the ultimate tensile strength, elongation and hardness of the ZL114A-T6 aluminum alloy. By adding 0.04%Sr, the values of the tensile strength Rm, elongation A and hardness HB increase from 230 MPa, 1% and 65 to the maximum of 305 MPa, 8%, and 100, respectively. SEM analysis indicates that the near tensile fracture surface on longitudinal section of the ZL114A-T6 alloy reveals a transgranular fracture mode without Sr modification, while the tensile fracture is an intergranular fracture mode after Sr modification. The morphology of the eutectic Si phase is changed from acicular to fine fibrous.
