目的探讨针对性护理在老年白内障围术期的应用效果及并发症发生率。方法选择松滋市人民医院2018年3月—2020年3月期间收治的老年白内障患者94例,均采取手术治疗,随机分为2组各47例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取针对性护理,评价2组视力及散光度改善效果,观察并发症发生率及心理状态,评价护理满意度。结果术前2组视力及散光度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后7 d,观察组视力显著高于对照组,散光度显著低于对照组(P0.05);出院时,观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.74%,显著高于对照组的78.72%(P<0.05)。结论老年白内障手术治疗患者围术期展开针对性护理干预可进一步预防并发症,利于视力及散光度进一步恢复,改善负性情绪,并提高护理满意度,值得推广。

目的探讨个体化心理护理在青光眼手术患者中的效果及对眼压水平影响。方法选择松滋市人民医院于2018年2月—2020年2月期间收治的青光眼患者106例作为研究资料,均行手术治疗,随机数字抽签分为2组各53例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上行个体化心理护理,评价2组心理状态,测定眼压水平及视力变化,观察并发症发生情况,评价护理满意度。结果护理前2组心理状态评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组心理状态情况显著得到改善且评分显著低于对照组(P0.05);护理后,2组眼压水平及视力明显改善,观察组眼压水平显著低于对照组,视力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率3.77%显著低于对照组16.98%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.23%显著高于对照组81.13%(P<0.05)。结论在青光眼手术患者护理中加强个体化心理护理可实现心理状态的良好调节,避免过度激动,减少负面情绪,实现眼压水平良好控制,而且可减少术后并发症,利于术后视力恢复,保证手术效果及安全性,值得推广。

Surface wave inversion is a key step in the application of surface waves to soil velocity ***,a common practice for the process of inversion is that the number of soil layers is assumed to be known before using heuristic search algorithms to compute the shear wave velocity profile or the number of soil layers is considered as an optimization ***,an improper selection of the number of layers may lead to an incorrect shear wave velocity *** this study,a deep learning and genetic algorithm hybrid learning procedure is proposed to perform the surface wave inversion without the need to assume the number of soil ***,a deep neural network is adapted to learn from a large number of synthetic dispersion curves for inferring the layer ***,the shear-wave velocity profile is determined by a genetic algorithm with the known layer *** applying this procedure to both simulated and real-world cases,the results indicate that the proposed method is reliable and efficient for surface wave inversion.

Track-Before-Detect(TBD) is an efficient method to detect dim targets for radars. Conventional TBD usually follows an approximate motion model of the target, which may cause an inaccurate integration of the target energy. A TBD technique on basis of pseudo-spectrum in mixed coordinates adopting an accurate motion model for bistatic radar system is developed in this *** predicted position in bistatic polar plane is derived according to a nonlinear function that exactly describes the constant Cartesian velocity motion. Then around the predicted position, a pseudo-spectrum is formulated and its samples are accumulated to the integration frame for energy integration. The evolution of the state and the procedure of accumulation of the target energy are derived elaborately. The superior performance of the proposed method is demonstrated by some simulations.

This paper experimentally studied the effect of CO_(2) opposing multiple jets on the thermoacoustic instability and NO_(x) emissions in a lean-premixed model *** feasibility was verified from three variables:the CO_(2) jet flow rate,hole numbers,and hole diameters of the *** indicate that the control effect of thermoacoustic instability and NO_x emissions show a reverse trend with the increase of open area ratio on the whole,and the optimal jet flow rate range is 1-4 L/min with CO_(2) opposing multiple *** this flow rate range,the amplitude and frequency of the dynamic pressure and heat release signals CH~* basically decrease as the CO_(2) flow rate increases,which avoids high-frequency and high-amplitude thermoacoustic *** amplitude-damped ratio of dynamic pressure and CH*can reach as high as 98.75% and 93.64% with an optimal open area ratio of 3.72%.NO_(x) emissions also decrease as the jet flow rate increases,and the maximum suppression ratio can reach 68.14%.Besides,the flame shape changes from a steep inverted "V" to a more flat "M",and the flame length will become shorter with CO_(2) opposing multiple *** research achieved the synchronous control of thermoacoustic instability and NO_(x) emissions,which could be a design reference for constructing a safer and cleaner combustor.
