Endowing flexible and adaptable fiber devices with light-emitting capabilities has the potential to revolutionize the current design philosophy of intelligent,wearable interactive ***,significant challenges remain in developing fiber devices when it comes to achieving uniform and customizable light effects while utilizing lightweight ***,we introduce a mass-produced,wearable,and interactive photochromic fiber that provides uniform multicolored light *** designed independent waveguides inside the fiber to maintain total internal reflection of light as it traverses the *** impact of excessive light leakage on the overall illuminance can be reduced by utilizing the saturable absorption effect of fluorescent materials to ensure light emission uniformity along the transmission *** addition,we coupled various fluorescent composite materials inside the fiber to achieve artificially controllable spectral radiation of multiple color systems in a single *** prepared fibers on mass-produced kilometer-long using the thermal drawing *** fibers can be directly integrated into daily wearable devices or clothing in various patterns and combined with other signal input components to control and display patterns as *** work provides a new perspective and inspiration to the existing field of fiber display interaction,paving the way for future human–machine integration.

面向渗漏探测的堤防磁场分布特性分析

快速确定堤防渗漏隐患的位置信息,对堤防的治理具有重要意义。然而在渗漏通道弱磁数据处理过程中,堤防正常场计算往往需要花费较长时间,严重制约着渗漏隐患的定位效率。为解决上述问题,本文基于有限单元法开展了磁电阻率法探测堤防渗漏的建模仿真工作,探究了不同尺寸堤防内稳定电流场及其外部磁场的分布特性,并构建了一定数量的模型数据库。研究结果表明,磁感应强度y分量在测域中部的整体波动相较于x分量和z分量更大,其值随堤防上宽的增加呈下降趋势,而随斜坡角度的增大或堤防主体高度的增加呈上升趋势。依据本文总结的分布特性,可以预测数据库中缺失的堤防正常场,堤防模型的预测平均相对误差为9.63%。

橡胶辅助增压在非热压罐成型工艺中的应用研究

目的针对蒙皮带筋典型构件,在容易产生孔隙的加强筋底部放入橡胶增压,以优化应力场、减小孔隙缺陷。方法针对CFRP固化成型制度,进行红/蓝2种橡胶模量、热膨胀系数测试及双马树脂流变测试。基于材料测试数据及预浸料固化特征建立了固化前中后3类数值仿真模型,以对比不同橡胶在不同固化时期的增压效果。结果在固化前期,红、蓝橡胶均有增压作用,可使加强筋底部应力提高约5倍;在固化中期,红橡胶有显著增压作用,可使加强筋底部应力提高约9倍并改善应力梯度;在固化后期,橡胶难以发挥增压作用。结论红橡胶可显著发挥增压作用,有效解决加强筋固化成型前中期底部应力不足的问题;在CFRP固化前期,热膨胀系数是影响热应力的主要因素,在固化后期,模量为主要因素。通过对比多组仿真数据,明确了最优增压材料及最主要的材料属性,为解决OOA成型局部压力不足的问题提供了指导方向。

Unraveling the heterogeneity of solid electrolyte interphase kinetically affecting lithium electrodeposition on lithium metal anode

The stability and uniformity of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)are critical for clarifying the origin of capacity fade and safety issues for lithium metal anodes(LMA).However,understanding the interplay of SEI heterogeneity and Li electrodeposition is limited by the coupling of complex electrochemistry and mechanics ***,the correlation between the SEI failure behavior and Li deposition morphology is investigated through a quantitative electrochemical-mechanical *** local deformation and stress of SEI during Li electrodeposition identify that the heterogeneous interface between different components first *** with the well-known mechanical strength,component uniformity plays the most important role in the initial SEI failure and uneven Li deposition,and a relative component uniformity(p>0.01)represents a proper balance to ensure the stability of the naturally heterogeneous ***,the component regulation of SEI via the designed electrolyte experimentally demonstrates that improving component uniformity benefits SEI stability and the uniform Li electrodeposition for LMA,thereby increasing the capacity by~20%after 300 *** fundamental understandings and proposed strategy can be not only used to guide the SEI optimization via the electrolyte regulation,but also extended to the rational designs of artificial SEI for high-performance LMA.

复合材料结构件作为轻量化船舶的重要组成部分,其接头性能的稳定对船舶本身的安全性和运输效益都具有重要意义。采用铝合金和碳纤维增强聚合物复合材料制造船舶夹板、龙骨等结构件,在大幅减重的同时,既增强整体强度又平衡复合材料整体韧性,并具有高的碰撞吸能能力。为了探索采用热冲压工艺对铝合金和碳纤维增强聚合物复合材料进行冲压-黏结的可行性,研究了6061铝合金的不同表面处理工艺、冲压-黏结阶段不同的保压时间、预浸料的不同表面改性处理工艺对铝合金/碳纤维复合材料板的接头性能的影响。剥离实验的结果表明:铝合金经过打磨、打磨+碱洗、打磨+酸洗的6061铝合金/碳纤维复合材料板的接头搭接剪切强度分别为2.50 MPa、4.30 MPa和4.60 MPa,相较于铝合金未处理的接头分别提升了155.1%、338.8%和369.4%;在冲压-黏结阶段,保压时间低于60 s时,接头搭接剪切强度迅速增大至4.90 MPa,保压时间超过60 s后,接头搭接剪切强度急剧下降后又缓慢上升,并维持在3.92~4.34 MPa;预浸料表面喷涂氧化石墨烯的接头搭接剪切强度为5.98 MPa,与预浸料未处理的接头相比提高了30.0%。

移动边界下塑料熔体充填模拟的稳定性方法

针对具有移动边界的塑料复合成形过程模拟中因网格变形而导致的数值稳定性问题,提出了塑料熔体充填模拟的稳定性方法.该方法基于任意拉格朗日欧拉法建立移动边界下充填模拟的控制方程,采用四面体单元中引入中心速度稳定的速度压力耦合计算方案,提升了移动网格下塑料熔体充填模拟的稳定性和精度;进一步针对计算过程中网格变形导致四面体单元反转错误的问题,采用引入反转单元罚函数的线弹性网格优化方法,提升了移动边界下网格变形的稳定性;数值稳定性实验表明该方法在网格极端变形和不同单元纵横比下均能稳定求解.最后采用具有柔性移动边界特征的注射压缩-热压复合成形工艺对该方法进行验证,发现移动边界下塑料熔体流动前沿的模拟误差为3.3%,实现了对此类成形工艺的精确模拟.
