异钢种连浇研究进展及发展方向

针对高附加值钢种的需求量较小,一个浇次需要生产不只一个钢种的现状,梳理了国内企业进行的异钢种连浇工业试验,描述了水模型试验和数值模拟在异钢种连浇过程的应用,主要总结了中间包液位高度、非等温浇注、中间包内腔结构、结晶器流体域结构、连铸机拉速和电磁制动等因素对交接坯长度的影响。评价了目前主流的四种交接坯判定模型,最终提出了制定异钢种连浇过程规范和研究异钢种连浇过程新模型的思路。结果表明,异钢种连浇实现了新钢种的高效生产,降低了企业生产成本,同时将人工智能学科与冶金学科结合了起来,为异钢种连浇过程提供了一个新的发展方向。

目的:观察消痛方外敷联合健腰活络针法治疗腰椎术后残余腰背痛的临床疗效。方法:将136例腰椎术后残余腰背痛患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各68例。对照组给予洛索洛芬钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予消痛方外敷联合健腰活络针法治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、腰椎后伸、前屈活动度、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]及血清中疼痛介质[神经生长因子(NGF)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、P物质(SP)]含量,并比较2组临床总有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果:治疗7 d、14 d 2组VAS评分均逐渐降低(P0.05)。随访3个月,2组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率3.08%,低于对照组15.52%(P<0.05)。结论:消痛方外敷联合健腰活络针法治疗腰椎术后残余腰背痛疗效确切,利于缓解痛感,提高腰椎功能,改善腰椎活动度,抗氧化应激损伤,抑制血清中致痛介质表达,且不良反应少,复发率明显降低。

目的:观察平胃散加减联合经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗重症骨创伤患者重症监护病房获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)的疗效。方法:观察92例重症骨创伤ICU-AW患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各46例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上指导患者进行康复功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上给予平胃散加减联合经皮神经肌肉电刺激。2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效及并发症发生率,比较2组治疗前后日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)评分、住ICU时间、机械通气天数、住院总天数、医学研究理事会(MRC)评分、急性生理功能与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平的变化。结果:观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为95.65%、80.43%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:平胃散加减联合经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗重症骨创伤ICU-AW的疗效较好,可提升日常生活能力、肢体肌力,缩短病程,抑制血清TNF-α水平,减轻机体的炎症状态。

On the basis of the effect of carbon precipitation on the microstructure and properties of steel products below At temperature, a new thermal treatment method （temper-rapid cooling process） was studied. By the temper-rapid cooling process, the yield strengths of the high strength low carbon （HSLC） steel ZJ330 and SPA-H produced using the compact strip production （CSP） process increased from 340 to about 410 MPa and from 410 to about 450 MPa, respectively. The results indirectly indicated that there existed nanoscaled iron-carbon precipitates that have obvious precipitation effect on low carbon steel produced by CSP. The prospect of application is discussed.

本研究以湛江湾海滨公园、渔港公园和东海岛潮间带为研究区域,对这些区域潮间带表层沉积物的总氮(TN)、总有机碳含量(TOC)、TOC/TN比值和稳定碳同位素比值(δ13C_(org))进行了研究,分析了湛江湾潮间带表层沉积物TOC、TN、δ13C_(org)的分布特征和有机质的来源。结果表明,湛江湾表层潮间带沉积物样品的TOC含量为0.03%~1.28%,平均值为0.51%,TN含量为0.002%~0.121%,平均值为0.05%,TOC/TN范围为7.75~20.36,平均值为12.15,δ13C_(org)范围为-26.25‰~-22.13‰,平均值为-24.24‰。湛江湾潮间带表层沉积物有机质的来源主要是海洋和陆地混合源,主要来自C3陆生植物和海洋藻类植物,少量来自挺水植物和贝类生物沉积物,它们可能受到研究地区的地理环境、沉积物粒度、港口运输、生活废水和海洋渔业等多种因素影响。

This paper studies the composition, quantity and particle size distribution of nano-scaled precipitates with size less than 20 nm in high strength low carbon (HSLC) steel and their effects on mechanical properties of HSLC steel by means of mass balance calculation of nano-scaled precipitates measured by chemical phase analysis plus SAXS method, high-resolution TEM analysis and thermodynamics calculation, as well as temper rapid cooling treatment of ZJ330. It is found that there existed a large quantity of nano-scaled iron-carbon precipitates with size less than 18 nm in low carbon steel produced by CSP and they are mainly Fe-O-C and Fe-Ti-O-C precipitates formed below temperature A1. These precipitates have ob- vious precipitation strengthening effect on HSLC steel and this may be regarded as one of the main reasons why HSLC steel has higher strength. There also existed a lot of iron-carbon precipitates with size less than 36 nm in HSLA steels.

Pyroptosis,an inflammatory caspase-dependent programmed cell death,plays a vital role in maintaining tissue homeostasis and activating inflammatory *** tooth movement(OTM)is an aseptic force-induced inflammatory bone remodeling process mediated by the activation of periodontal ligament(PDL)progenitor ***,whether and how force induces PDL progenitor cell pyroptosis,thereby influencing OTM and alveolar bone remodeling remains *** this study,we found that mechanical force induced the expression of pyroptosis-related markers in rat OTM and alveolar bone remodeling *** or enhancing pyroptosis level could suppress or promote OTM and alveolar bone remodeling *** Caspase-1^(−/−)mice,we further demonstrated that the functional role of the force-induced pyroptosis in PDL progenitor cells depended on ***,mechanical force could also induce pyroptosis in human ex-vivo force-treated PDL progenitor cells and in compressive force-loaded PDL progenitor cells in vitro,which influenced ***,transient receptor potential subfamily V member 4 signaling was involved in force-induced Caspase-1-dependent pyroptosis in PDL progenitor ***,this study suggested a novel mechanism contributing to the modulation of osteoclastogenesis and alveolar bone remodeling under mechanical stimuli,indicating a promising approach to accelerate OTM by targeting Caspase-1.

The transformation of LPSO type in Mg-4Y-2Er-2Zn-0.6Zr during heat treatment and its influence on damping and mechanical properties are reported in this *** to heat treatment,the alloy consisted of a-Mg matrix and lamellar 14H LPSO *** 510℃heat treatment,lamellae shortened,and their content *** 8h heat treatment,block 18R LPSO phases formed at the grain boundaries while 14H LPSO lamellae *** of block 18R LPSO phases improved mechanical and damping properties of the *** corresponding mechanisms of the influence of LPSO type and morphology on mechanical and damping capacities are discussed.
