Because of their moderate penetration power,β-rays(high-energy electrons)are a useful signal for evaluating the surface contamination of nuclear radiation.However,the development ofβ-ray scintillators,which convert the absorbed high-energy electrons into visible photons,is hindered by the limitations of materials selection.Herein,we report two highly luminescent zerodimensional(0D)organic-inorganic lead-free metal halide hybrids,(C_(13)H_(30)N)_(2)MnBr_(4)and(C_(19)H_(34)N)_(2)MnBr_(4),as scintillators exhibiting efficientβ-ray scintillation.These hybrid scintillators combine the superior properties of organic and inorganic components.For example,organic components that contain light elements C,H,and N enhance the capturing efficiency ofβparticles;isolated inorganic[MnBr_(4)]2−tetrahedrons serve as highly localized emitting centers to emit intense radioluminescence(RL)underβ-ray excitation.Both hybrids show a narrow-band green emission peaked at 518 nm with photoluminescence quantum efficiencies(PLQEs)of 81.3%for(C_(13)H_(30)N)_(2)MnBr_(4)and 86.4%for(C_(19)H_(34)N)_(2)MnBr_(4),respectively.To enable the solution processing of this promising metal halide hybrid,we successfully synthesized(C_(13)H_(30)N)_(2)MnBr_(4)colloidal nanocrystals for the first time.Being excited byβ-rays,(C_(13)H_(30)N)_(2)MnBr_(4)scintillators show a linear response toβ-ray dose rate over a broad range from 400 to 2,800 Gy·s^(−1),and also display robust radiation resistance that 80%of the initial RL intensity can be maintained after an ultrahigh accumulated radiation dose of 240 kGy.This work will open up a new route for the development ofβ-ray scintillators.

为评价超薄磨耗层用高黏高弹沥青混合料抗反射裂缝性能,采用改进的沥青罩面层测试(overlay tester,OT)试验,研究不同级配、沥青含量和粉胶比对高黏高弹沥青混合料抗裂性能的影响.结果表明,骨架密实型高黏高弹沥青混合料抗反射裂缝性能远高于AC-10和SMA-10,高黏高弹沥青混合料抗裂性能优异主要体现在产生裂缝的初始拉应力较大,抗裂衰减性能良好;增加沥青用量可以提高高黏高弹沥青混合料抗裂衰减性能,增加粉胶比有助于提高高黏高弹沥青混合料初始抗裂强度,但会降低混合料抗裂衰减性能,在粉胶比为0.80~1.20时,强度与抗裂衰减性之间达到较好平衡;为提高超薄磨耗层抗裂性能,建议高黏高弹沥青混合料采用骨架密实结构,最佳油石比范围为7.3%~7.9%,最佳粉胶比范围为0.80~1.20.研究结果可为超薄磨耗层抗反射裂缝性能的提高提供参考.

智能控制技术与互联网技术在房间空调系统应用的基础是对其性能的在线实时监测。本文提出一种房间空调系统性能在线监测的方法。首先将空调器布置温度测点采集到的换热器铜管表面温度和电流电压等电路参数结合,转化为制冷循环中制冷剂的状态参数;再通过压缩机流量半经验计算模型计算制冷剂的质量流量,进而得出室内机中制冷剂侧的换热量;最后结合电路参数求得的整机功率,实现房间空调系统制冷量、制热量、功率、能效的实时监测。结果表明:采用此方法计算房间空调器性能参数的最大偏差小于15%,主要误差来源为蒸发压力的计算误差。

实验研究了湿空气在泡沫金属内流动析湿过程的换热和压降特性,分析了不同因素的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着入口空气相对湿度的增大,凝结水增多,使泡沫金属的换热量和压降均增大;当入口相对湿度从50%增大到90%时,换热量和压降最大增加了67%和62%;随着入口空气温度的升高,泡沫金属换热量和压降增大;随着冷却水温度的升高,泡沫金属的换热量和压降均下降;随着孔密度的增大,压降增大,但由于受到凝结水影响,总换热量会先减小后略有增大;泡沫金属的迎风高度越大,总换热量和压降越大。

Dose-dependent associations of joint aerobic and muscle-strengthening exercise with obesity:A cross-sectional study of 280,605 adults

Background:Emerging epidemiological evidence suggests that compared to engaging in 1 activity mode alone,a combination of moderate-tovigorous physical activity(MVPA:brisk walking/jogging,cycling)and muscle-strengthening exercise(MSE:push-ups/sit-ups,using weight machines)has more favorable associations with optimal weight status.However,few studies have examined the dose-dependent and joint associations of MVPA and MSE with obesity.Methods:Based on cross-sectional analyses of the European Health Interview Survey Wave 2(2013-2014),we examined prevalence ratios(PRs)of joint and stratified associations between MVPA(4 categories:(ⅰ)0 min/week,(ⅱ)1-149 min/week,(ⅲ)150-299 min/week,and(ⅳ)≥300 min/week)and MSE(3 categories:(ⅰ)0 day/week,(ⅱ)1 day/week,and(ⅲ)>2 days/week)with body mass index-defined obesity(body mass index of>30.0 kg/m2)using Poisson regression with robust error variance.PRs were examined unadjusted and adjusted for sociodemographic and lifestyle characteristics(e.g.,sex,age,education,income,and smoking status).Results:Data were available for 280,456 adults(≥18 years),of which 46,166(15.5%)were obese.The interaction MVPA x MSE guideline adherence was statistically significant for obesity(p≤0.05).The joint MVPA-MSE analysis showed that compared to the reference group(i.e.,no MVPA and no MSE),the PRs followed a dose-dependent pattern,with the lowest observed among those reporting≥150 MVPA min/week and≥1 MSE days/week(PR:0.43;95%confidence interval:0.41-0.46).When stratified across each MVPA strata,the PRs were mostly lower among those engaging in MSE 1 day/week,as compared to those doing MSE≥2 days/week.Conclusion:"There was evidence for a dose-dependent association between joint MVPA-MSE with a reduced prevalence of obesity.Public health strategies for the prevention and management of obesity should recommend both MVPA and MSE.

Low Temperature Thermal History Reconstruction Based on Apatite Fission-Track Length Distribution and Apatite U-Th/He Age Using Low-T Thermo

Low temperature thermochronology plays a key role in the study of the tectonic evolution of the upper crust.History modeling of apatite fission-track requires the apparent age and the confined track-length distribution of spontaneous tracks.Obtaining length data does not require either thermal neutron irradiation or LA-ICP-MS measurements of the uranium content of the grains.This paper attempts to decouple the apatite fission-track age from the apatite fission-track length,but to combine the fission-track lengths with the respective apatite U-Th/He age to model the thermal history.The experiments were designed and conducted using a new Mathematica®modeling software“Low-T Thermo”.Results of this modeling show that the thermal history modeling of apatite U-Th/He and fission-track ages can constrain the apatite fission-track length thermal history in the He partial retention zone and fission-track partial annealing zone,respectively.It implies that this combination of apatite fissiontrack length and apatite U-Th/He age has not been implemented before but is presented here as an alternative way of determining thermal histories without the addition of apatite fission-track age.

Recent progress in the interaction between energetic particles and tearing modes

The dynamics of energetic particles and tearing modes and the interactions between them are of great significance for magnetically confined fusion plasmas. In this review, we focus on these issues in the context of tokamak plasmas. The interaction between energetic particles and tearing modes is considered from two perspectives:(i) the influence of energetic particles on tearing modes and(ii) the transport of energetic particles by tearing modes. The influence of energetic particles on tearing modes is described on the basis of a general dispersion relation for tearing modes. The effects of energetic particles are considered separately in the outer region and the island region of a tearing mode. The physics mainly results from the modification of the perturbed parallel current by energetic particles without wave–particle resonance. In addition, the resonance between energetic particles and tearing modes is also reviewed. For the transport of energetic particles, transport of both circulating and trapped energetic particles by tearing mode is reviewed. Our descriptions of physical phenomena here are based on an analytical approach, while the experiments and simulations are used to illustrate and confirm our results. Finally, a number of open issues are discussed.

Secure separable reversible data hiding of halftone image in blockchain

To realize the distributed storage and management of a secret halftone image in blockchain,a secure separable reversible data hiding(RDH)of halftone image in blockchain(SSRDHB)was proposed.A secret halftone image can be used as the original image to generate multiple share images which can be distributed storage in each point of blockchain,and additional data can be hidden to achieve management of each share image.Firstly,the secret halftone image was encrypted through Zu Chongzhi(ZUC)algorithm by using the encryption key(EK).Secondly,the method of using odd or even of share data was proposed to hide data,and a share dataset can be generated by using polynomial operation.Thirdly,multiple share images can be obtained through selecting share data,and different additional data can be hidden through controlling odd or even of share data,and additional data can be protected by using data-hiding key(DK).After sharing process,if the receiver has both keys,the halftone image can be recovered and additional data can be revealed,and two processes are separable.Experiment results show that multiple share images hidden additional data can be obtained through SSRDHB,and the halftone image can be recovered with 100%by picking any part of share images,and one additional data can be revealed with 100%by picking any one share image.
