目的描述HIV感染男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men, MSM)商业性行为特征，分析其影响因素。方法通过重庆地区2个社会组织招募HIV感染MSM进行匿名问卷调查，采用χ2检验对不同社会人口学特征、心理健康状态及行为特征的HIV感染MSM商业性行为情况进行比较，使用多因素logistic回归模型进行商业性行为影响因素分析。结果本研究共对1 501例HIV感染MSM进行调查。12.50%的调查对象报告近6个月有同性商业性行为，其中28.34%报告有无保护商业性行为。多因素logistic回归结果显示，婚姻状态为在婚/同居(OR=2.345, 95%CI:1.442～3.814)、工作状态为兼职及其他(OR=6.522, 95%CI:3.575～11.900)、月收入>5 000元(OR=7.890, 95%CI:4.254～14.634)、首次性行为年龄<18岁(OR=1.818, 95%CI:1.014～3.260)、使用同性交友软件(使用1种：OR=2.984, 95%CI:1.477～6.030；使用2种：OR=3.683, 95%CI:1.650～8.221；使用3种及以上：OR=21.777, 95%CI:8.349～56.804)、饮酒(OR=2.528, 95%CI:1.568～4.074)及使用Rush(OR=3.114, 95%CI:1.988～4.877)的HIV感染MSM更可能发生商业性行为(P<0.05)。结论重庆市HIV感染MSM商业性行为普遍，且商业性行为中未使用安全套比例较高，应采取综合性措施，对该人群饮酒、Rush使用及商业性行为进行干预，以减少HIV、性传播疾病(sexually transmitted infections, STIs)进一步传播。

AIM:To compare the three-dimensional choroidal vascularity index(CVI)and choroidal thickness between fellow eyes of acute primary angle-closure(F-APAC)and chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma(F-CPACG)and the eyes of normal ***:This study included 37 patients with unilateral APAC,37 with asymmetric CPACG without prior treatment,and 36 healthy *** swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT),the macular and peripapillary choroidal thickness and three-dimensional CVI were measured and compared globally and ***’s correlation analysis and multivariate regression models were used to evaluate choroidal thickness or CVI with related ***:The mean subfoveal CVIs were 0.35±0.10,0.33±0.09,and 0.29±0.04,and the mean subfoveal choroidal thickness were 315.62±52.92,306.22±59.29,and 262.69±45.55μm in the F-APAC,F-CPACG,and normal groups,*** macular sectors showed significantly higher CVIs and choroidal thickness in the F-APAC and F-CPACG eyes than in the normal eyes(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between the F-APAC and F-CPACG *** the peripapillary region,the mean overall CVIs were 0.21±0.08,0.20±0.08,and 0.19±0.05,and the mean overall choroidal thickness were 180.45±54.18,174.82±50.67,and 176.18±37.94μm in the F-APAC,F-CPACG,and normal groups,*** were no significant differences between any of the two groups in all peripapillary *** age,shorter axial length,and the F-APAC or F-CPACG diagnosis were significantly associated with higher subfoveal CVI and thicker subfoveal choroidal thickness(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The fellow eyes of unilateral APAC or asymmetric CPACG have higher macular CVI and choroidal thickness than those of the normal *** CVI nor choroidal thickness can distinguish between eyes predisposed to APAC or CPACG.A thicker choroid with a higher vascular volume may play a role in the pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma.

The dynamic simulation is presented for an axial moving flexible rotating shafts, which have large rigid motions and small elastic deformation. The effects of the axial inertia, shear deformation, rotating inertia, gyroscopic moment, and dynamic unbalance are considered based on the Timoshenko rotating shaft theory. The equations of motion and boundary conditions are derived by Hamilton principle, and the solution is obtained by using the perturbation approach and assuming mode method. This study confirms that the influence of the axial rigid motion, shear deformation, slenderness ratio and rotating speed on the dynamic behavior of Timoshenko rotating shaft is evident, especially to a high-angular velocity rotor.

Background:Emerging evidence indicates nitrite inhalants have become increasingly prevalent among men who have sex with men(MSM).The present study aimed to describe the prevalence and correlates of nitrite inhalants use and its association with risky sexual behaviors and human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)/syphilis infection among MSM in Chongqing,a city in China where MSM were burdened with the highest pooled HIV prevalence in the ***:This cross-sectional study was conducted in Chongqing between March 2019 and February *** of demographics,drug use,sexual behaviors and HIV testing was collected through an anonymous *** samples were drawn from each participant for the diagnoses of HIV and *** regression analysis was performed to evaluate factors correlated with nitrite inhalants use and its relationship with risky sexual behaviors and HIV/syphilis ***:Of the 1151 eligible participants,18.9%(218)reported use of at least one type of recreational drugs in the past 6 months,and nitrite inhalants were the most commonly used substance(17.7,95%confidence interval[CI]:15.6-20.2%).The proportions of participants reported engaging in group sex and practicing condomless internal ejaculation during anal sex in the past six months were 5.8%(95%CI:4.4-7.2%)and 41.7%(95%CI:38.7-44.7%),*** general prevalence of HIV and syphilis infection among the enrolled MSM were 16.8%(95%CI:14.7-19.0%)and 12.6%(95%CI:10.7-14.4%),*** positively associated with nitrite inhalants use included:age<25(adjusted odds ratio[aOR]=2.08,95%CI:1.10-3.94),monthly individual income≥CNY 3000(Chinese Yuan)(aOR=1.95,95%CI:1.18-3.22),preferring receptive anal intercourse(aOR=2.27,95%CI:1.34-3.84)and versatile anal intercourse(aOR=2.60,95%CI:1.64-4.13),age at first anal intercourse<18(aOR=1.79,95%CI:1.21-2.67),engaging in group sex in the past six months(aOR=9.34,95%CI:4.95-17.63),having multiple male sex partners in the past

The mixed spin P-fields(MSP for short) theory sets up a geometric platform to relate Gromov-Witten invariants of the quintic three-fold and Fan-Jarvis-Ruan-Witten invariants of the quintic polynomial in five variables. It starts with Wittens vision and the P-fields treatment of GW invariants and FJRW invariants. Then it briefly discusses the master space technique and its application to the set-up of the MSP moduli. Some key results in MSP theory are explained and some examples are provided.
