Shallow sub-lakes are essential for sustaining the successful wintering of waterbirds in Poyang Lake,China

For migratory waterbirds,the quality of wintering habitat is related to spring migration and successful breeding in the next *** availability of food resources in the habitat is critical and varies within water *** the water-level fluctuations in Poyang Lake have been extremely variable interannually in recent years,the wintering waterbird populations have remained relatively ***,the mechanism of maintaining the stability is worth *** study aimed to compare the distribution of vegetation and herbivorous wa-terbirds in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017,focusing on three shallow sub-lakes and one main lake *** results showed that the emergence of tubers and the growth of Carex *** a continuous food supply and habitat for wintering waterbirds with a gradual decline in the water *** sub-lakes supported almost all of the tuber-eating waterbirds(1.42-1.62×10^(5))and most geese(1.34-1.53×10^(6)).However,the main lake area,covered with Persicaria hydropiper,did not provide adequate and accessible *** resulted in almost no distribution of tuber-eating waterbirds,with only a few geese congregating in early *** results demonstrated that the shallow sub-lakes under human control provided a different environment from the main lake and are key to sustaining the successful wintering of hundreds of thousands of migratory waterbirds in Poyang ***,we recommend refining the anthropogenic management of the shallow sub-lakes to regulate the water level to ensure the carrying capacity of Poyang Lake.

Impact of digital economy development on carbon productivity:An empirical analysis based on threshold effect and spatial spillover effect

Utilizing provincial panel data from 2014 to 2020,this study employs a fixed effect model,a threshold effect model,and a spatial lag model to empirically examine the correlation between digital economic development and carbon *** findings indicate that digital economic development significantly contributes to the enhancement of carbon productivity in the long ***,through instrumental variable method,replacement of explanatory variables and other methods to test its endogeneity and stability,the results remain *** terms of regional heterogeneity,the impact of digital economic development on carbon productivity is less pronounced in the central and western regions compared to the eastern ***,further investigation reveals that industrial structure upgrading and science and technology investment level exhibit different threshold effects on the influence of digital economy development level on carbon ***,there is a significant spatial spillover effect of digital economy development on carbon productivity with H-H and L-L agglomeration spatial correlation.

Background:Peripheral and spinal hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated（HCN） channels play a key role in neuropathic pain by regulating neuronal *** channels are expressed in the ventral-lateral periaqueductal gray（vlPAG）,a region that is important for pain ***,the role of vlPAG HCN channels in neuropathic pain remains poorly *** the present study,we investigated the impact of changes to vlPAG HCN channels on neural activity in neuropathic ***:First,sciatic nerve chronic constriction injury（CCI） was established as a neuropathic pain ***,changes in HCN channels and their influence on vlPAG neuronal activity were ***,role of the channels alteration was verified by the intra-vlPAG infusion of ZD7288,a specific HCN ***:After CCI surgery the following changes occur in vlPAG neurons:the expression of HCN1 and HCN2 channels is increased,the amplitude of the \h is augmented and its activation curve is shifted to more positive potentials and there is an increase in the frequency of AP firing and spontaneous EPSCs that is attenuated by ZD7288,a HCN channel *** addition,forskolin,which can elevate intracellular cAMP,mimics the CCI induced changes in neuronal excitability in the *** effects of forskolin were also reversed by ***-vlPAG infusion of ZD7288 significantly relieved mechanical allodyma and thermal hyperalgesia in CCI ***:Taken together,HCN channels in the vlPAG play an important role in neuropathic pain by modulating neural activity and impact the facilitation role of vlPAG.

Polysaccharide-based membranes with excellent mechanical properties are highly desired. However, severe mechanical deterioration under wet conditions limits their biomedical applications. Here, inspired by the structural heterogeneity of strong yet hydrated biological materials, we propose a strategy based on heterogeneous crosslink-and-hydration（HCH） of a molecule/nano dual-scale network to fabricate polysaccharide-based nanocomposites with robust wet mechanical properties. The heterogeneity lies in that the crosslink-and-hydration occurs in the molecule-network while the stress-bearing nanofiber-network remains unaffected. As one demonstration, a membrane assembled by bacterial cellulose nanofiber-network and Ca2+-crosslinked and hydrated sodium alginate molecule-network is designed. Studies show that the crosslinked-and-hydrated molecule-network restricts water invasion and boosts stress transfer of the nanofiber-network by serving as interfibrous bridge. Overall, the molecule-network makes the membrane hydrated and flexible; the nanofiber-network as stress-bearing component provides strength and *** HCH dual-scale network featuring a cooperative effect stimulates the design of advanced biomaterials applied under wet conditions such as guided bone regeneration membranes.

新型电力系统发展背景下,使用有效的特征选择方法来提取与暂态电压稳定强相关的关键响应特征,对研究暂态电压失稳机理与系统潜在安全隐患具有重要意义。为此,提出一种基于改进过滤法与混合元启发式包装法的复合框架进行特征选择的新方法。基于对称不确定性值改进的最大相关最小冗余性准则进行特征粗筛;将Q学习强化学习融合至元启发式优化算法中,并采用开发探索折衷策略以增强特征细选能力,获取最优关键响应特征子集。在此基础上,采用沙普利值加性解释归因理论综合分析各筛选特征对暂态电压稳定的影响与系统薄弱环节。新型电力系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。

It is challenging for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs)to achieve comparable low-temperature(low-T)performance due to the easy-frozen electrolyte and severe Zn ***,an aqueous electrolyte with a low freezing point and high ionic conductivity is *** with molecular dynamics simulation and multi-scale interface analysis(time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry threedimensional mapping and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method),the temperature independence of the V_(2)O_(5)cathode and Zn anode is observed to be ***,dominated by the solvent structure of the designed electrolyte at low temperatures,vanadium dissolution/shuttle is significantly inhibited,and the zinc dendrites caused by this electrochemical crosstalk are greatly relieved,thus showing an abnormal temperature inversion *** the disclosure and improvement of the above phenomena,the designed Zn||V_(2)O_(5)full cell delivers superior low-T performance,maintaining almost 99%capacity retention after 9500 cycles(working more than 2500 h)at-20°*** work proposes a kind of electrolyte suitable for low-T ZIBs and reveals the inverse temperature dependence of the Zn anode,which might offer a novel perspective for the investigation of low-T aqueous battery systems.

Objective Our previous study has shown that inhibition of the metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype 1（mGluR1） in the output side of rat anterior cingulate cortex（ACC） has therapeutic implications for the sustained nociceptive hypersensitivity. However, it still remains unclear whether the ACC has different subtypes of output neurons. Furthermore, the specific changes in different subtypes of ACC layer 5 pyramidal neurons（L5 PNs） during chronic pain, as well as the distinct effect of mGluR1 inhibition on different neuronal subtypes, have not been well studied. Methods Retrograde labeling combined with immunofluorescence and whole-cell clamp recording were performed to characterize the alterations of commissural ACC L5 PNs in a rat model of chronic constriction injury（CCI） to the sciatic nerve. The specific agonist and antagonist were applied to evaluate the contribution of mGluR1 to these alterations and the underlying mechanisms. Behavioral tests combined with RNA interference were performed to test whether mGluR1 antagonist exerts analgesic effect via its action on the commissural neurons. Results Commissural L5 PNs（projecting to contralateral cortex） existed in the ACC and exhibited few hyperpolarization-activated/cyclic nucleotide-gated channels. The voltagegated potassium channel subunit 2（Kv2）-mediated current in these neurons were substantially reduced after CCI（current densities at +30 m V for the sham and CCI neurons were [mean ± SD] 10.22 ± 3.42 p A/p F vs. 5.58 ± 2.71 p A/p F, respectively;n = 11, p ＜ 0.01）, which increased the spike width and fast afterhyperpolarization potential, resulting in hyperexcitability. Activating mGluR1 in sham slices could mimic the downregulation of Kv2 currents, but inhibition of mGluR1 alleviated the downregulation of Kv2 currents（current density increased by 8.11 ± 3.22 p A/p F;n = 7, p ＜ 0.01） in CCI slices, thereby restoring the normal spike width and fast afterhyperpolarization potential. 地震波波场数值模拟是深入认识复杂地下介质的重要手段.谱元法兼顾了有限元方法的传统优势,并提高了数值精度和稳定性,已成为目前地震波波场数值模拟中最常用的方法之一.随着超大规模并行计算的普及和发展,高分辨模拟所需的网格尺寸越来越小,网格规模越来越大,导致长时程模拟的大步长需求越来越高,成为倍受关注的研究热点.区别于传统的保结构算法,本文采用时间频散变换对时间离散引起的误差进行补偿,并引入空间滤波用于打破CFL(Courant-Friedrichs-Lewy)条件对时间采样间隔的限制.为了克服谱元法中因为非均匀空间采样点引起的滤波频谱计算难题,本文采用空间卷积滤波替换传统频率域滤波,有效的降低了算法的计算需求.该滤波方法也适用于复杂起伏模型的波场模拟.将本文方法用于保结构算法,并针对四阶辛Nyström方法进行了测试,显著增大了四阶辛Nyström方法的时间采样步长.新方法可以有效的用于地球自由振荡的模拟以及其他需要长时程数值模拟的工作中.
