为了提高跟踪算法在目标发生形变和被遮挡时的准确性,提出一种融合HOG(histogram of oriented gradient)特征和注意力模型的孪生目标跟踪算法.首先,采用对ResNet残差模型改进后的CIR(cropping inside residual)模型塑造孪生目标跟踪网络的骨干网络,充分利用不同层次的特征图,同时加深网络;其次,融入HOG特征,增强网络对图形几何变化的鲁棒性;再次,加入CBAM(convolutional block attention module)注意力模型,使网络能够在结合上下文信息的同时调节HOG特征在特征图中所占比例,增强特征图中的有效特征,弱化无效特征,使网络中各特征图发挥出最好的效果;最后,定义算法的损失函数.实验结果表明,所提算法在GOT-10 k数据集上进行训练后,能够在OTB100上获得较好的跟踪效果,在该数据集中精确率和成功率分别达到81.9%和60.6%.在目标物体发生形变和被遮挡的情况下,所提算法仍能取得较好的跟踪效果.

目前,在Cr 3+掺杂的近红外长余辉材料中,主要研究工作是关于强晶体场和中等晶体场格位的发光中心与长余辉特性(发射波长、余辉时间和光存储性质)的依赖关系,但缺乏对处于弱晶体场格位的Cr 3+与长余辉特性关系的研究。采用自蔓延燃烧法制备了不同铬离子掺杂浓度的钆铝酸钙(CaGdAlO 4∶x%Cr 3+)近红外长余辉发光材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、激发和发射光谱等技术手段研究了离子掺杂浓度和热处理条件对粉末样品的微结构、形貌、粒子尺寸及发光性能的影响。结果表明:在0.1%~2.0%的掺杂浓度范围内,由于具有相同配位数的Cr 3+和Al 3+半径相近,Cr 3+取代了CaGdAlO 4中的Al 3+格位。从样品的激发谱中可以发现,240,373及592 nm的激发峰分别归属于Cr 3+的4 A 2→4T 1(4P),4A 2→4T 1(4F)和4A 2→4T 2(4F)的跃迁,对应于276和313 nm的激发峰则来源于基质中的Gd 3+8S 2/7→6I j和6P 2/7→8S 2/7的跃迁;在红光(592 nm)的激发下,650~850 nm范围内出现了极大值位于744 nm的近红外宽带发射,并叠加有若干窄带近红外发射。近红外发光强度随着Cr 3+的掺杂浓度的增加呈先增加后下降的趋势,最佳掺杂浓度为1%。对上述优化浓度的样品经真空气氛800℃热处理后,发现样品的平均晶粒尺寸由417 nm增大到843 nm,发光强度增强了2倍。实验发现,在CaGdAlO 4基质中,Cr 3+取代了处于弱晶体场环境的Al 3+格位。通过晶场参数计算和光谱分析,指认了样品光致发光的起源。通过激发光谱数据的计算,发现晶体场强度Dq/B=1.54<2.3,理论计算表明Cr 3+处于较弱的晶体场格位环境,与实验研究结果相符合。发射光谱中670 nm宽带发射可归属为4T 2→4A 2的零声子线,744和756 nm宽带发射对应于4T 2→4A 2的声子边带跃迁。热处理后的样品,余辉时间超过了60 s。尤其,与Cr 3+处于中等和强晶体场格位的情形相比(近红外发射峰极大值位于697 nm),处于弱晶体场环境的铬离子近红外发射峰的极大值移动到744 nm,更接近于第一生物窗口的中央,这将更有利于生物医学成像的应用。该研究对发现新型长余辉发光材料和拓展其应用具有重要的实际意义。

Innovations in genomics have enabled the development of low-cost,high-resolution,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)genotyping arrays that accelerate breeding progress and support basic research in crop ***,we developed and validated the Soy SNP618 K array(618,888 SNPs)for the important crop *** SNPs were selected from whole-genome resequencing data containing 2,214 diverse soybean accessions;29.34%of the SNPs mapped to genic regions representing 86.85%of the 56,044annotated high-confidence ***-by-state analyses of 318 soybeans revealed 17 redundant accessions,highlighting the potential of the Soy SNP618 K array in supporting gene bank *** patterns of population stratification and genomic regions enriched through domestication were highly consistent with previous findings based on resequencing data,suggesting that the ascertainment bias in the Soy SNP618 K array was largely compensated ***-wide association mapping in combination with reported quantitative trait loci enabled fine-mapping of genes known to influence flowering time,E2 and Gm PRR3 b,and of a new candidate gene,Gm ***,genomic prediction of flowering and maturity time in 502 recombinant inbred lines was highly accurate(>0.65).Thus,the Soy SNP618 K array is a valuable genomic tool that can be used to address many questions in applied breeding,germplasm management,and basic crop research.

AIM:To investigate the association of PNPLA3 polymorphisms with concurrent chronic hepatitis B(CHB) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).METHODS:A cohort of Han patients with biopsyproven CHB,with or without NAFLD(CHB group,n = 51;CHB + NAFLD group,n = 57),and normal controls(normal group,n = 47) were recruited from Northern(Tianjin),Central(Shanghai),and Southern(Zhangzhou) *** PNPLA3 polymorphisms were genotyped by gene *** association between PNPLA3 polymorphisms and susceptibility to NAFLD,and clinical characteristics of NAFLD were evaluated on the basis of physical indices,liver function tests,glycolipid metabolism,and histopathologic *** association of PNPLA3 polymorphisms and hepatitis B virus(HBV) load was determined by the serum level of HBV ***:After adjusting for age,sex,and body mass index,we found that four linked single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of PNPLA3,including the rs738409 G allele(CHB + NAFLD group vs CHB group:odds ratio[OR]= 2.77,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.18-6.54;P = 0.02),rs3747206 T allele(CHB+ NAFLD group vs CHB group:OR = 2.77,95%CI:1.18-6.54;P = 0.02),rs4823173 A allele(CHB +NAFLD group vs CHB group:OR = 2.73,95%CI:1.16-6.44;P= 0.02),and rs2072906 G allele(CHB+ NAFLD group vs CHB group:OR = 3.05,95%CI:1.28-7.26;P = 0.01),conferred high risk to NAFLD in CHB *** patients with both CHB and NAFLD,these genotypes of PNPLA3 polymorphisms were associated with increased susceptibility to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)(NAFLD activity score ≥3;P =0.01-0.03) and liver fibrosis(>1 Metavir grading;P =0.01-0.04).As compared to those with C/C and C/G at rs738409,C/C and C/T at rs3747206,G/G and G/A at rs4823173,and A/A and A/G at rs2072906,patients in the CHB + NAFLD group with G/G at rs738409,T/T at rs3747206,A/A at rs4823173,and G/G at rs2072906 showed significantly lower serum levels of HBV DNA(P< 0.01-0.05).CONCLUSION:Four linked SNPs of PNPLA3(rs738409,rs3747206,rs4823173,and rs2072906) a

无铬复合钝化膜的微观组织结构及耐腐蚀性能

目的解决热镀锌钢板表面六价铬钝化工艺所产生的环境污染问题。方法以钼酸铵、纳米硅溶胶、单宁酸、硅烷偶联剂KH151和KH792为主要原料配制新型环保的无铬复合钝化液,在镀锌板表面制备钝化膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析无铬复合钝化膜表面的微观形貌、元素组成和化学成分,用电化学工作站测试Mo元素对镀锌板耐蚀性的影响,使用中性盐雾实验研究不同皮模量时膜层的耐蚀性。结果无铬复合钝化膜中的Mo元素可以抑制微裂纹的产生和发展,阻挡腐蚀性介质向金属基体扩散,提高复合硅烷膜的电阻。复合钝化膜的电化学交流阻抗比硅烷钝化膜提高了1.6倍,与六价铬钝化膜接近,可以有效抑制腐蚀电化学反应的发生,降低反应速度,提高膜层的耐蚀性。皮膜量为892 mg/m2时,膜层的腐蚀面积为0,耐蚀性达到六价铬钝化膜水平;皮膜量为1252 mg/m2时,耐蚀性能优异。结论制备的无铬复合钝化膜结合了硅烷钝化膜和钼酸盐钝化膜两方面的优点,提高了膜层的致密性和结合性,膜层耐腐蚀性接近/达到了六价铬钝化的效果。

研究了Fe2+/UV催化臭氧对腈纶废水的降解特性,分析了Fe2+与O3的质量浓度比([Fe2+]/[O3])、气相臭氧质量浓度和紫外光强对Fe2+/UV催化臭氧降解腈纶废水效果的影响,讨论了Fe2+/UV催化臭氧工艺中光催化反应动力学特征,并利用红外光谱表征了降解后腈纶废水中有机物基团的变化。结果表明,当[Fe2+]/[O3]为3.2～3.8、气相臭氧质量浓度为20～30mg/L和光量子流密度为8.62×10-12Einstein时,腈纶废水降解效果较好。Fe2+/UV催化臭氧工艺降解腈纶废水的反应符合类一级动力学反应,腈纶废水初始COD值在320～400mg/L范围内时,一级反应速率常数在0.01518～0.01762min-1范围。温度对Fe2+/UV催化臭氧降解腈纶废水反应的影响具有双重性,温度在25～30℃范围时,降解反应最快。经Fe2+/UV催化臭氧处理后,腈纶废水中有机基团被有效降解。
