A Cr-Ni-Mo overlayer was deposited on the surface of compacted graphite iron（CGI）by the plasma transferred arc（PTA）alloying *** microstructure of Cr-Ni-Mo overlayer was characterized by optical microscopy（OM）,scanning electron microscopy（SEM）equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy（EDS）,and X-ray diffractometer（XRD）.Results show that the cross-section consists of four regions：alloying zone（AZ）,molten zone（MZ）,heat affected zone（HAZ）,and the substrate（SUB）.The microstructure of AZ mainly consists of cellularγ-（Fe,Ni）solid solution,residual austenite and a network of eutectic Cr7C3 carbide while the MZ area has a typical feature of white cast iron（M3C-type cementite）.The martensite/ledeburite double shells are observed in the *** decreasing the concentration of Cr-Ni-Mo alloys,the fracture mode changes from ductile in the AZ to brittle in the *** maximum hardness of the AZ（450 HV0.2）is lower than that of the MZ（800 HV0.2）.The eutectic M3 C and M7C3 carbides increase the microhardness,while the austenite decreases that of the AZ.

The surface of nodular cast iron （NCI） with a ferrite substrate was rapidly remelted and solidified by plasma transferred arc （PTA） to induce a chilled structure with high hardness and favorable wear resistance. The effect of scanning speed on the microstructure, micro-hardness distribution, and wear properties of PTA-remelted specimens was systematically investigated. Microstructural characterization in-dicated that the PTA remelting treatment could dissolve most graphite nodules and that the crystallized primary austenite dendrites were transformed into cementite, martensite, an interdendritic network of ledeburite eutectic, and certain residual austenite during rapid solidifica-tion. The dimensions of the remelted zone and its dendrites increase with decreased scanning speed. The microhardness of the remelted zone varied in the range of 650 HV0.2 to 820 HV0.2, which is approximately 2.3-3.1 times higher than the hardness of the substrate. The wear re-sistance of NCI was also significantly improved after the PTA remelting treatment.

Low-cost Fe-based disordered rock salt（DRX） Li2FeTiO4is capable of providing high capacity(295 mA h g-1) by redox activity of cations(Fe2+/Fe4+and Ti3+/Ti4+) and anionic ***,DRX structures lack transport channels for ions and electrons,resulting in sluggish kinetics,poor electrochemical activity,and ***,graphene conductive carbon network permeated Li2FeTiO4（LFT/C/G） nanofibers are successfully prepared by a facile sol-gel assisted electrospinning *** Li2FeTiO4nanoparticles（2 nm） and one-dimensional（1D） structure provide abu ndant active sites and unobstructed diffu sion channels,accelerating ion *** addition,introducing graphene reduces the band gap and Li+diffusion barrier and improves the dynamic properties of Li2FeTiO4,thus achieving a relatively mild interfacial reaction and reversible redox *** expected,the LFT/C/1.0G cathode delivers a remarkable discharge capacity(238.5 mA h g-1),high energy density(508.8 Wh kg-1),and excellent rate capability(51.2 mA hg-1at 1.0 A g-1).Besides,the LFT/C/1.0G anode also displays a high capacity(514.5 mA h g-1at 500 mA g-1) and a remarkable rate capability(243.9 mA h g-1at 8 A g-1).Moreover,the full batteries based on the LFT/C/1.0G symmetric electrode demonstrate a reversible capacity of 117.0 mA h g-1after 100 cycles at 50 mA *** study presents useful insights into developing cost-effective DRX cathodes with durable and fast lithium storage.

With the increase in the amount of tasks offtoaded to the network edge, the energy supply of edge devices has become a challenge worthy of attention. It is a feasible way to use renewable energy to supply energy for edge devices, but production of renewable energy has certain uncertainty and stochasticity. In order to provide sufficient energy to ensure stable operation of edge devices, energy Internet (EI) provides an idea, that is, different edge devices are connected with distributed small energy supply and storage systems. As the core equipment of energy Internet, energy router (ER) plays an important role in information transmission, energy transmission and system control. In this paper, the concept of edge energy router is proposed, which has the ability of task computing and scheduling similar to edge computing server, as well as the ability of energy transmission and system control of energy router. Each edge energy router is connected with loads, photovoltaic panel (PV), micro turbine (MT) and battery energy storage (BES) to form a self-sufficient microgrid (MG) system. However, there exists a delay in energy transmission and task scheduling between different ERs. Moreover, the DC bus voltage stability of each edge energy router system is negatively affected by internal uncertainty, stochasticity and external interference. Therefore, the system is modeled by Markov jump ODEs with time delay, and robust control of DC bus voltage deviation is discussed in this paper. The linear matrix inequality (LMI) method is used to solve this Markov jump control problem. Finally, numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this study,a novel Ni-W-Co-Mo medium heavy alloy(MHA)was designed to improve its mechanical strength via Mo *** the Ni-42W-10Co-x Mo alloy series,where x represents the weight percent of Mo and varies between 0,1,2,5,and 10,the microstructure transitions from a dendritic structure to a hypo-eutectic structure as the Mo content increases from 0 to 5wt.%.Moreover,as the Mo content increases from 0 to 10wt.%,the distribution of theμ-phase shifts from being individually dispersed to forming aggregates,and its volume fraction rises from 0.5%to 7.9%.Notably,theμ-phase evolves into an eutectic microstructure,which helps in minimizing the segregation of *** change is accompanied by a substantial enhancement in mechanical properties;specifically,the compressive yield strength at room temperature increases from 350 MPa to 646 MPa,indicating a significant 85%***,the microhardness increases from 230 HV to 304 *** dynamics simulations further reveal that the strengthening mechanism of Ni-42W-10Co-x Mo alloys is Mo-induced solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening.

This article concentrates on the fixed-time stabilization(FS) and fixed-time synchronization(FTS) of discontinuous inertial neural networks(DINNs) with distributed delays. Using mathematical induction to a new differential equality, a novel fixed-time stability lemma is constructed. Then, by designing an aperiodically semi-intermittent switching control and combining it with the theory of nonsmooth analysis, some novel criteria on the FS and FTS of DINNs are obtained. Unlike the methods used in most existing studies, the FS and FTS results are structured using the newly proposed fixed-time stability lemma and the nonreduced-order approach, resulting in broader practical applications and strengthening the scientific quality of the derived results. Lastly, numerical simulations and applications proffer the effectiveness of the established FS and FTS criteria.

The off situ accurate reconstruction of the core neutron field is an important step in realizing real-time reactor *** existing off situ reconstruction method of the neutron field is only applicable to cases wherein a single region changes at a specified location of the ***,when the neutron field changes are complex,the accurate identification of the individual changed regions becomes challenging,which seriously affects the accuracy and stability of the neutron field ***,this study proposed a dual-task hybrid network architecture(DTHNet)for off situ reconstruction of the core neutron field,which trained the outermost assembly reconstruction task and the core reconstruction task jointly such that the former could assist the latter in the reconstruction of the core neutron field under core complex ***,to exploit the characteristics of the ex-core detection signals,this study designed a global-local feature upsampling module that efficiently distributed the ex-core detection signals to each reconstruction unit to improve the accuracy and stability of *** experiments were performed on the simulation datasets of the CLEAR-I reactor to verify the accuracy and stability of the proposed *** results showed that when the location uncertainty of a single region did not exceed nine and the number of multiple changed regions did not exceed ***,the reconstructed ARD was within 2%,RD_(max)was maintained within 17.5%,and the number of RD≥10%was maintained within ***,when the noise interference of the ex-core detection signals was within±2%,although the average number of RD≥10%increased to 16,the average ARD was still within in 2%,and the average RD_(max)was within 22%.Collectively,these results show that,theoretically,the DTHNet can accurately and stably reconstruct most of the neutron field under certain complex core changes.
