The effects of matrix silicate and experimental conditions on the determination of iron in flame atomic absorption spectrometry （FAAS） were investigated. It was found that boric acid as a matrix modifier obviously eliminated silicate interference. Under the optimum operating conditions, the determination results of iron in layered crystal sodium disilicate and sodium silicate samples by FAAS were satisfactory. The linear range of calibration curve is 0-10.5 μ***^-1, the relative standard deviation of method is 1.2%-2.2%, the recovery of added iron is 96.0%- 101%, the sensitivity is 0.19 μ***^-l and the detection limit is 77 ***^-1. The effect of the determination of iron of the standard curve method, standard addition calibration and colorimetry method was the same, but the first has the merits of rapid sample preparation, reduced contamination risks and fast analysis.

The influence of calcium treatment on non-metallic inclusions had been studied when control technology of refining top slag in ladle furnace was used in ultra-low oxygen steelmaking. A sufficient amount aluminium was added to experimental heats for final deoxidizing during BOF tapping, and the refining top slag with strong reducibility, high basicity and high Al2O3 in ladle furnace was used to produce ultra-low oxygen steel and the transformation of nonmetallic inclusions in molten steel was compared by calcium treatment and no calcium treatment. The results show that the transformation of Al2O3--MgO - Al2O3 spinel-CaO-MgO-Al2O3 complex inclusions has been completed for aluminum deoxidation products and calcium treatment to molten steel is unnecessary when using the control technology of ladle furnace refining top slag to produce ultra-low oxygen steel, and the complex inclusions are liquid at the temperature of steelmaking and easily removable to obtain very high cleanliness steel by flotation. Further- more, the problems of nozzle clogging in casting operations do not happen and the remaining oxide inclusions in steel are the relatively lower melting point complex inclusions.

With the deep integration of software collaborative development and social networking, social coding represents a new style of software production and creation paradigm. Because of their good flexibility and openness,a large number of external contributors have been attracted to the open-source communities. They are playing a significant role in open-source development. However, the open-source development online is a globalized and distributed cooperative work. If left unsupervised, the contribution process may result in inefficiency. It takes contributors a lot of time to find suitable projects or tasks from thousands of open-source projects in the communities to work on. In this paper, we propose a new approach called "RepoLike," to recommend repositories for developers based on linear combination and learning to rank. It uses the project popularity, technical dependencies among projects, and social connections among developers to measure the correlations between a developer and the given projects. Experimental results show that our approach can achieve over 25% of hit ratio when recommending 20 candidates, meaning that it can recommend closely correlated repositories to social developers.

Three novel chiral selectors 4a-c were synthesized from （S）-amino acids and （R）-1-phenyl-2-（4-methylphenyl）ethylamine. 4a-c were connected to 3-aminopropylsilanized silica gel to be used as the chiral stationary phase for HPLC. Five amino acid derivatives and two pyrethroid insecticides were fairly resolved on these three new chiral stationary phases under normal phase condition.

Expression and Distribution Characteristics of Human Ortholog of Mammalian Enabled (hMena) in Glioma

Objective: To investigate the utility of hMena, a family of enabled/vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (Ena/VASP), we sought to characterize the expression profile and distribution characteristics of hMena in a large panel of glioma samples and determine whether hMena expression levels might correlate with the pathological grade of glioma. Methods: Sixty-five specimens of glioma with different pathological grades and five control brain tissues were collected. In 6 of the 21 glioblastoma patients, multi-specimens were obtained respectively from the main tumor mass, the junction zone between the tumor and the normal tissue, and adjacent brain tissue 1.5 cm away from the tumor boundary under assistance of neuronavigation system during the operation. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and distribution characteristics of hMena. hMena expression was analyzed by Western blot in 20 specimens. Results: The hMena expression was negative in control brain tissue but positive in different grades of glioma. The expression rate of hMena was positively correlated with the increasing grade of the World Health Orgnization (WHO) classification (rs=0.682, P=0.000). hMena was located in cytoplasm. Positive cells only distributed around the vessels within the tumor mass in low grade glioma, while in high grade glioma, these cells were able to be detected not only in the tumor but also in the boundary zone and adjacent brain parenchyma. In the tumor mass, hMena expressed highly and diffusedly. In the junction zone, hMena positive cells formed radiolitic pattern around the vessels. In adjacent brain parenchyma, single positive cell was scattered. hMena expression was markedly elevated in Grade III and IV glioma compared with Grade II and I. Conclusion: Our data suggested that the expression of hMena is closely related to malignant grade of glioma. hMena can label the migrating cells, and indicate the migrating path of glioma cells from the tumor to adjacent tissue al

Temperature tolerance restricts the distribution of a species. However, the molecular and cellular mechanisms that set the thermal tolerance limits of an organism are poorly understood. Here, we report on the function of dual-specificity phosphatase 1(DUSP1) in thermal tolerance regulation. Notably, we found that dusp1-/- zebrafish grew normally but survived within a narrowed temperature range. The higher susceptibility of these mutant fish to both cold and heat challenges was attributed to accelerated cell death caused by aggravated mitochondrial dysfunction and over-production of reactive oxygen species in the gills. The DUSP1-MAPK-DRP1 axis was identified as a key pathway regulating these processes in both fish and human cells. These observations suggest that DUSP1 may play a role in maintaining mitochondrial integrity and redox homeostasis. We therefore propose that maintenance of cellular redox homeostasis may be a key mechanism for coping with cellular thermal stress and that the interplay between signaling pathways regulating redox homeostasis in the most thermosensitive tissue(i.e., gills) may play an important role in setting the thermal tolerance limit of zebrafish.

Objective: To explore the clinicpathologic features and MRI manifestations of the thoracic lumbar tuberculosis by underwenting MRI and pathological examinations. Methods: 34 cases of Thoracic lumbar tuberculosis were collected which underwent MRI examination and confirmed by pathology or treatment of anti-TB drugs, the clinical cure from June 2008 to June 2012 in our hospital. The first MRI was performed on all patients, to determine the MRI findings, and surgical treatment for pathological examination in order to determine the pathological features. Results: 34 patients with 81 vertebral involvement, in which two adjacent vertebral involvement is the common, accounting for 72.25%, vertebral showed uneven long T1, long T2 signal. Intervertebral disc abnormalities accounted for 90.17%, the performance showed long T1, long T2 signal changes in the intervertebral disc damage, often accompanied by disc space narrowing or disappear. Paraspinal abscess accounted for 90.67%, often more than vertebra, up and down across one or more vertebral bodies showed long T1, long T2 signal. The vertebrae were damaged kyphosis or (and) the posterior longitudinal ligament abscess caused by the dural sac and spinal column with pressure accounted for 74.72%. In enhanced scan, vertebrae, intervertebral discs showed heterogeneous enhancement, paraspinal abscess was curved or ring enhancement. The pathological diagnosis may be obvious to confirm the degree of swelling and lesions. Conclusion: By doing the MRI and pathologic examinations, it can determine the clinical and pathological features and MRI findings of spinal tuberculosis patients with Thoracic lumbar spinal tuberculosis, and lay a reliable foundation for the treatment of the subsequent treatment.

Objective:To investigate the effects of sevoflurane inhalation general anesthesia on serum IL-6,brain injury protein S100βand coagulation function in elderly patients undergoing total hip ***:From May 2017 to May 2019,84 patients,age 60-75 underwent total hip arthroplasty in our *** randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=42)and group B(n=42).Group A was maintained with sevoflurane inhalation by general anesthesia and group B with propofol by intravenous *** surgical related indexes and postoperative complications in the two groups were *** level of serum IL-6,S100β,Coagulation function index[platelet count(PLT),Fibrinogen(FIB),plasma D-dimer(D-D),activated partial enzyme activity time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)],MMSE score and MoCA score were compared between two groups before and after ***:There was no significant difference in anesthesia time,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage(P>0.05).1h,1d and 7d after operation,the level of PLT,D-D and FIB in group A were significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05),PT and APTT were significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).1h,1d and 7d after operation,the level of IL-6,S100βin group A were significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).1d after operation,the MMSE and MoCA scores in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(2.38%)and cognitive impairment(2.38%)in group A was lower than that in group B(14.29%,16.67%)(t1=3.896,P1=0.048;t2=4.974,P2=0.026).Conclusion:sevoflurane anesthesia can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and cognitive impairment of the lower extremity after operation in elderly patients with thr,stabilize the coagulation index of patients,and downregulate the expression of il-6 and S100β.
