The effects of a high magnetic field on the evolution of the single-phase interface and the liquid-solid interface energy in Al-Cu alloy were investigated *** is found that the application of the magnetic field has a significant promotion effect on the migration of liquid droplets,accelerating the formation of the single-phase *** should be attributed to the thermoelectric(TE)magnetic convection in the droplets which has enhanced the diffusion and increased the migration speed of liquid ***,the effect of the high magnetic field on the solid-liquid interface energy is analyzed by an improved grain boundary groove(GBG)*** average solid-liquid interface energy of theα-Al/Al-Cu and Al2Cu/Al-Cu systems increases and decreases with the increase of the magnetic field,*** above experiment results are well explained based on the formation and interaction of the magnetic dipole at the solid-liquid ***,experimental results reveal that the magnetic-field-induced interface energy increases and decreases the nucleation undercooling of the Al-30wt.%Cu alloy and Al-35wt.%Cu alloy,*** studying the effect of the magnetic-field-induced interface energy on the nucleation undercooling,the understanding of the interface energy-induced nucleation undercooling deepens.

In this study, an analysis on the internal wave generation via the gravity collapse mechanism is carried out based on the theoretical formulation and the numerical simulation. With the linear theoretical model, a rectangle shape wave is generated and propagates back and forth in the domain, while a two-dimensional non-hydrostatic numerical model could reproduce all the observed phenomena in the laboratory experiments conducted by Chen et al. （2007）, and the related process realistically. The model results further provide more quantitative information in the whole domain, thus allowing an in depth understanding of the corresponding internal solitary wave generation and propagation. It is shown that the initial type of the internal wave is determined by the relative height between the perturbation and the environmental density interface, while the final wave type is related to the relative height of the upper and lower layers of the environmental fluid. The shape of the internal wave generated is consistent with that predicted by the KdV and EKdV theories if its amplitude is small, as the amplitude becomes larger, the performance of the EKdV becomes better after the wave adjusts itself to the ambient stratification and reaches an equilibrium state between the nonlinear and dispersion effects. The evolution of the mechanical energy is also analyzed.

We present a comparative study of the ground state of the one-dimensional Hubbard model. We first use a new fermion coherent state method in the framework of Fermi liquid theory by introducing a hole operator and considering the interactions of two pairs electrons and holes. We construct the ground state of the Hubbard model as ｜〉=[f＋∑^tφk1σ1hk2σ2ck3σ3hk4σ4 ∏exp（ρck1σ1 hk2σ2）]｜〉0,where φ and ρ are the coupling constants. Our results are then compared to those of varlational methods, density functional theory based on the exact solvable Bethe ansatz solutions, variational Monto-Carlo method （VMC） as well as to the exact result of the infinite system. We find satisfactory agreement between the fermion coherent state scheme and the VMC data, and provide a new picture to deal with the strongly correlated system.

A non-contact type force actuator is necessary for studying the dynamic performance of a high-speed spindle system owing to its high-speed operating conditions. A non-contact electromagnetic exciter is designed for identifying the dynamic coefficients of journal bearings in high-speed grinding spindles. A linear force control method is developed based on PID controller. The influence of amplitude and frequency of current, misalignment and rotational speed on magnetic field and excitation force is investigated based on two-dimensional finite element analysis. The electromagnetic excitation force is measured with the auxiliary coils and calibrated by load cells. The design is validated by the experimental results. Theoretical and experimental investigations show that the proposed design can accurately generate linear excitation force with sufficiently large amplitude and higher signal to noise ratio. Moreover, the fluctuations in force amplitude are reduced to a greater extent with the designed linear control method even when the air gap changes due to the rotor vibration at high-speed conditions. Besides, it is possible to apply various types of excitations： constant, synchronous, and non-synchronous excitation forces based on the proposed linear control method. This exciter can be used as linear-force exciting and controlling system for dynamic performance study of different high-speed rotor-bearing systems.

Numerical simulation of nanoparticle nucleation and coagulation in a mixing layer with sulfuric acid vapor binary system is performed using the large eddy simulation and the direct quadrature method of moment. The distributions of number concentration, volume concentration, and average diameter of nanoparticles are obtained. The results show that the coherent structures have an important effect on the distributions of number concentration, volume concentration and average diameter of nanoparticles via continuously transporting and diffusing the nanoparticles to the area of low particle concentration. In the streamwise direction, the number concentration of nanoparticles decreases, while the volume concentration and the average diameter increase. The distributions of number concentration, volume concentration and average diameter of nanoparticles are spatially inhomogeneous. The characteristic time of nucleation is shorter than that of coagulation. The nucleation takes place more easily in the area of low temperature because where the number concentration of nanoparticles is high, while the intensity of coagulation is mainly affected by the number concentration. Both nucleation and coagulation result in the variation of average diameter of nanoparticles.

A 2D depth-averaged flow-pollutant coupled model based on quad-tree meshes was established to accurately simulate flows in water areas with irregular natural boundaries in this paper. The grids were generated by recursive subdivision about seeding points. A new neighbor-finding algorithm was presented. The governing equations were discrctized in collocated conservative variables by using the finite volume method, and the normal flux of mass, momentum and pollutants across the interlace between cells were computed by a Godunov-type Flux Difference Splitting （FDS） scheme. The model was applied to simulate flow fields around a groin. The computed values are in agreement with observed data. The results indicate that quad-tree meshes have fine local resolution, high efficiency and easy local refinement. It is clear that the quad-tree grid model can offer gains in efficiency when applied to complex flow domains or strong shear flows. Finally the model is applied to flow fields and concentration fields simulation in Jiangsu Haizhou Bay. The simulated polluted area is matched well with observations. Therefore, this model can be used to predict flow and concentration fields of actual water area with irregular natural land boundaries.

An efficient electrocatalyst is indispensable to significantly reduce energy consumption and accelerate the conversion efficiency of water *** this work,the honeycomb-like porous MoCo alloy on nitrogen-doped three-dimensional(3D)porous graphene substrate(Mo_(0.3)Co_(0.7)@NPG)has been synthesized from the annealing of layered double hydroxide(MoCo-LDH@NPG).Especially,the Mo_(0.3)Co_(0.7)@NPG exhibits low hydrogen evolution overpotential of 75 mV(10 mA·cm^(-2))and a Tafel slope of 69.9 mV·dec^(-1),which can be attributed to highly conductive NPG substrate,the unique nanostructure and the synergistic effect of Mo and ***,the Mo_(0.3)Co_(0.7)@NPG can maintain the original morphology and high catalytic activity after 50-h stability *** work proposes a general strategy to synthesize a multi-element alloy on conductive substrates with high porosity for electrocatalytic reaction.

Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double minute 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a administration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

AIM:To investigate whether electroacupuncture(EA)at Zusanli(ST36)prevents intestinal barrier and remote organ dysfunction following prolonged hemorrhagic shock through a vagus anti-inflammatory ***:Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to about 45%of total blood volume loss followed by delayed fluid replacement(DFR)with Ringer lactate 3h after *** a first study,rats were randomly divided into six groups:(1)EAN:EA at non-channel acupoints followed by DFR;(2)EA:EA at ST36 after hemorrhage followed by DFR;(3)VGX/EA:vagotomy(VGX)before EA at ST36 and DFR;(4)VGX/EAN:VGX before EAN and DFR;(5)α-bungarotoxin(α-BGT)/EA:intraperitoneal injection ofα-BGT before hemorrhage,followed by EA at ST36 and DFR;and(6)α-BGT/EAN group:α-BGT injection before hemorrhage followed by EAN and *** and mean arterial pressure(MAP)were monitored over the next 12 *** a second study,with the same grouping and treatment,cytokine levels in plasma and intestine,organ parameters,gut injury score,gut permeability to 4 kDa FITC-dextran,and expression and distribution of tight junction protein ZO-1 were ***:MAP was significantly lowered after blood loss;EA at ST36 improved the blood pressure at corresponding time points 3 and 12 h after *** at ST36 reduced tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin(IL)-6 levels in both plasma and intestine homogenates after blood loss and DFR,while vagotomy or intraperitoneal injection ofα-BGT before EA at ST36reversed its anti-inflammatory effects,and EA at ST36did not influence IL-10 levels in plasma and *** at ST36 alleviated the injury of intestinal villus,the gut injury score being significantly lower than that of EAN group(1.85±0.33 vs 3.78±0.59,P<0.05).EA at ST36 decreased intestinal permeability to FITCdextran compared with EAN group(856.95 ng/mL±90.65 ng/mL vs 2305.62 ng/mL±278.32 ng/mL,P<0.05).EA at ST36 significantly preserved ZO-1 protein expression and localization at 12 h after ***,E
