目的探讨基础治疗联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周病的疗效及安全性。方法88例牙周病患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组44例。对照组予以基础治疗,实验组则在基础治疗的同时联合使用盐酸米诺环素。对比两组临床疗效、康复指标[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、龈沟液炎性因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))]水平以及不良事件发生情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率97.73%高于对照组的84.09%(P0.05)。结论在牙周病治疗中联合应用基础治疗与盐酸米诺环素疗效显著,能促使GI、PLI、PD、SBI及龈沟液中炎性因子水平得到改善,且不会增加不良事件,该治疗方案值得在牙周病治疗中推广应用。

To date, the studies on the combination positioning of high-speed trains have made great progress, but the positioning accuracy of these methods is relatively low. Map-matching positioning can improve positioning accuracy, but information transmission is time-consuming. Few studies incorporate it into combination positioning. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a high-speed train positioning method based on combining a Beidou navigation system, an inertial navigation system, and an electronic map. First, the combination positioning problem is transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem, which weights the direction similarity and distance error to form a fitness function and converts the railway line and the maximum error range of each positioning system into constraints. Second, an improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve this problem. By referencing the gray wolf algorithm,the differential evolution algorithm updates individuals by varying toward the direction of multiple optimal values. Then, a new combination positioning algorithm for high-speed trains is proposed. In the simulation,the increase in positioning speed and accuracy is analyzed and validated. Compared to the current algorithms, the proposed algorithm performs better. The proposed method has practical value for improving the reliability and safety of train operations.

This article studied experimentally the effect of multi-wall carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs） on the thermo physical properties of ionic liquid-based nanofluids. The nanofluids were composed of ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3- methylimidazolium diethylphosphate [EMIM][DEP], or its aqueous solution[EMIM][DEP]（1）＋ H20（2） and MWCNTs without any surfactants. The thermal conductivity, viscosity and density of the nanofluids were mea- sured experimentally. The effects of the mass fraction of MWCNTs, temperature and the mole fraction of water on the thermo physical properties of nanofluids were studied. Results show that the thermal conductivity of nanofluids increases within the range of 1.3%-9.7% compared to their base liquids, and have a well linear depen- dence on temperature. The viscosity and density of the nanofluids exhibit a remarkable increase compared with those of the base liquids. Finally, the correlation of the effective thermal conductivity and viscosity of the nanofluids was made using the models in the literatures.

In the class imbalanced learning scenario, traditional machine learning algorithms focusing on optimizing the overall accuracy tend to achieve poor classification performance especially for the minority class in which we are most interested. To solve this problem, many effective approaches have been proposed. Among them, the bagging ensemble methods with integration of the under-sampling techniques have demonstrated better performance than some other ones including the bagging ensemble methods integrated with the over-sampling techniques, the cost-sensitive methods, etc. Although these under-sampling techniques promote the diversity among the generated base classifiers with the help of random partition or sampling for the majority class, they do not take any measure to ensure the individual classification performance, consequently affecting the achievability of better ensemble performance. On the other hand, evolutionary under-sampling EUS as a novel under- sampling technique has been successfully applied in searching for the best majority class subset for training a good- performance nearest neighbor classifier. Inspired by EUS, in this paper, we try to introduce it into the under-sampling bagging framework and propose an EUS based bagging ensemble method EUS-Bag by designing a new fitness function considering three factors to make EUS better suited to the framework. With our fitness function, EUS-Bag could generate a set of accurate and diverse base classifiers. To verify the effectiveness of EUS-Bag, we conduct a series of comparison experiments on 22 two-class imbalanced classification problems. Experimental results measured using recall, geometric mean and AUC all demonstrate its superior performance.

To discover the microscopic mechanism responsible for cavitation nucleation in pure water,nucleation processes in pure water are simulated using the molecular dynamics *** nucleation is generated by uniformly stretching the system under isothermal conditions,and the formation and development of cavitation nuclei are simulated and discussed at the molecular *** processes of energy,pressure,and density are analyzed,and the tensile strength of the pure water and the critical volume of the bubble nuclei are *** results show that critical states exist in the process of cavitation *** the critical state,the energy,density,and pressure of the system change abruptly,and a stable cavitation nucleus is produced if the energy barrier is broken and the critical volume is *** pressure and water density are the key factors in the generation of cavitation *** the critical state is surpassed,the liquid is completely ruptured,and the volume of the cavitation nucleus rapidly increases to larger than 100 nm^(3);at this point,the surface tension of the bubble dominates the cavitation nucleus,instead of intermolecular *** negative critical pressure for bubble nucleation is-198.6 MPa,the corresponding critical volume is 13.84 nm^(3),and the nucleation rate is 2.42×10^(32)m^(-3)·s^(-1)in pure water at 300 *** has a significant effect on nucleation:as the temperature rises,nucleation thresholds decrease,and cavitation nucleation occurs earlier.

A visual servoing tracking controller is proposed based on the sliding mode control theory in order to achieve strong robustness against parameter variations and external disturbances. A sliding plane with time delay compensation is presented by the pre-estimate of states. To reduce the chattering of the sliding mode controller, a modified exponential reaching law and hyperbolic tangent function are applied to the design of visual controller and robot joint controller. Simulation results show that the visual servoing control scheme is robust and has good tracking performance.

Our study is concerned with the time-varying formation tracking problem for second-order multi-agent systems that are subject to unknown nonlinear dynamics and external disturbance, and the states of the followers form a predefined time-varying formation while tracking the state of the leader. The total uncertainty lumps the unknown nonlinear dynamics and the external disturbance, and is regarded as an extended state of the agent. To estimate the total uncertainty, we design an extended state observer(ESO). Then we propose a novel ESO based time-varying formation tracking protocol. It is proved that, under the proposed protocol, the ESO estimation error and the time-varying formation tracking error can be made arbitrarily small. An application to the target enclosing problem for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach.
