Dear Editor,In this letter, a novel data-driven adaptive predictive control method is proposed using the triangular dynamic linearization technique. The proposed method only contains one time-varying parameter with explicit physical meaning, which can prevent severe deviation in parameter estimation. Specifically, a triangular dynamic linearization (TDL) data model is employed to predict future system outputs, and then to correct inaccurate predictive outputs, a feedback regulator is designed.

CO_(2) emulsions used for EOR have received a lot of interest because of its good performance on CO_(2)mobility ***,most of them have been focusing on the high quality CO_(2) emulsion(high CO_(2) fraction),while CO_(2) emulsion with high water cut has been rarely *** this paper,we carried out a comprehensive experimental study of using high water cut CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion for enhancing oil ***,a nonionic surfactant,alkyl glycosides(APG),was selected to stabilize CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion,and the corresponding morphology and stability were evaluated with a transparent PVT ***,plugging capacity and apparent viscosity of CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion were measured systematically by a sand pack displacement apparatus connected with a 1.95-m long capillary ***,a high water cut(40 vol%) CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion was selected for flooding experiments in a long sand pack and a core sample,and the oil recovery,the rate of oil recovery,and the pressure gradients were *** results indicated that APG had a good performance on emulsifying and stabilizing CO_(2) *** inversion from H_(2)O/CO_(2) emulsion to CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion with the increase in water cut was ***_(2)/H_(2)O emulsions with lower water cuts presented higher apparent viscosity,while the optimal plugging capacity of CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion occurred at a certain water ***,the displacement using CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion provided 18.98% and 13.36% additional oil recovery than that using pure CO_(2) in long sand pack and core tests,*** work may provide guidelines for EOR using CO_(2) emulsions with high water cut.

Estrogen receptor(ER) is a vital biomarker in the development and development of breast cancer, and its status has great clinical value in clinical treatment strategy, endocrine therapy efficacy prediction, and breast cancer prognosis. By specifically combining 18F-FES with ER, 18F-FES PET/CT imaging uses standard uptake value(SUV) to semi-quantitatively reflect the distribution of ER and its biological activity in patients, and assesses the expression of ER in breast cancer patients about primary and metastases before or after treatment, to provide a basis for personalized treatment of breast cancer. In this review, we will review the imaging principles of a new ER detection method 18F-FES PET/CT, and the research progress in the clinical application of breast cancer, and compare its diagnostic and treatment value with non-specific tumor imaging 18F-FDG PET/CT in breast cancer.

Evolution Mechanism of a Severe Squall Line Triggered by the Coupling of a Sea Breeze Front and a Gust Front

In the present study, a severe squall line(SL) was analyzed by using intensive observational surface data and radar monitoring products. In this process, mesoscale convergence lines, such as the sea breeze front(SBF), gust front and dry line, served as the main triggering and strengthening factors. The transition from convection triggering to the formation of the initial shape was mainly affected by the convergence line of the SBF, which combined with thermal convection to form the main parts of the SL. In the later stage, the convergence line of the gust front merged with other convergence lines to form a series of strong convective cells. The SBF had good indicative significance in terms of severe convective weather warnings. The suitable conditions of heat, water vapor and vertical wind shear on the Shandong Peninsula were beneficial to the maintenance of the SL. Before SL occurrence, tropopause folding strengthened, which consequently enhanced the baroclinic property in the middle and upper troposphere. The high sensible heat flux at the surface easily produced a positive potential vorticity anomaly in the low layer, resulting in convective instability, which was conducive to the maintenance of these processes. In the system, when precipitation particles passed through the unsaturated air layer, they underwent strong evaporation, melting or sublimation, and the cooling effect formed negative buoyancy, which accelerated the sinking of the air and promoted the sustained development of the surface gale. Together with the development of lowlevel mesocyclones, the air pressure decreased rapidly, which was conducive to gale initiation.

This paper investigates the security issue of multisensor remote estimation *** optimal stealthy false data injection(FDI)attack scheme based on historical and current residuals,which only tampers with the measurement residuals of partial sensors due to limited attack resources,is proposed to maximally degrade system estimation *** attack stealthiness condition is given,and then the estimation error covariance in compromised state is derived to quantify the system performance under *** optimal attack strategy is obtained by solving several convex optimization problems which maximize the trace of the compromised estimation error covariance subject to the stealthiness ***,due to the constraint of attack resources,the selection principle of the attacked sensor is provided to determine which sensor is attacked so as to hold the most impact on system ***,simulation results are presented to verify the theoretical analysis.

为了优化国产Zr-4合金的耐腐蚀性能,在420℃、10.3 MPa的高温高压水蒸气加速腐蚀条件下,研究了合金元素Fe+Cr以及杂质元素Si对国产Zr-4合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在美国材料实验学会(ASTM)规定的Fe+Cr含量范围内(0.28 wt%~0.37 wt%,wt%表示质量分数),Fe+Cr含量越高,析出的第二相数目越多、尺寸越大,越有利于材料耐腐蚀性能提升。在420℃水蒸气中腐蚀126 d后,当Fe+Cr含量从0.28 wt%增加到0.37 wt%时,Zr-4合金的腐蚀增重降低约30%。Zr-4合金在1100℃淬火时,当Si含量低至10 mg/kg时,形成粗大的平行板条结构;而增加Si含量到100 mg/kg后,析出的细小Zr_(3)Si为α相提供形核位置,使得组织中出现网篮结构和细小的平行板条结构。网篮结构能促使组织中第二相分布更均匀弥散,因此,高Si含量的Zr-4合金表现出更优良的耐腐蚀性能。

目的获取和发掘祛湿活血方作用于非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)肝细胞后的转录组数据库和肝细胞炎症环境相关细胞焦亡差异表达基因。方法研究用棕榈酸诱导的人肝细胞系L-02建立NAFLD的细胞模型,采用去除核糖体RNA的转录组测序法(Ribo-Zero RNA-Seq)对中药祛湿活血方处理的L-02细胞模型进行转录组测序,并进行系统的生物信息学分析,筛选出与炎症环境相关细胞焦亡的差异表达基因。然后通过实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术和蛋白免疫印迹(Western Blot)验证核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)及其诱导的肝细胞焦亡相关分子的表达。结果本次测序分析共获得3000多个显著性差异表达的基因,其中差异基因的数量在空白处理组/祛湿活血方组最多,1435个上调,658个下调。差异表达基因主要富集在炎症信号、细胞命运和脂肪代谢等相关通路,NLRP3、消皮素D(GSDMD)和半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶1(Caspase-1)等焦亡相关基因被筛选出。qRT-PCR、Western Blot等验证结果表明,祛湿活血方处理肝细胞可以降低以上分子在基因和蛋白水平的表达。结论祛湿活血方可调控炎症相关焦亡信号分子NLRP3、GSDMD和Caspase-1基因及蛋白的表达,从而降低炎症反应,抑制肝细胞焦亡,这可能是祛湿活血方治疗NAFLD的一个有效靶点。

该研究探讨低强度脉冲超声(low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)对氧化损伤的人牙周膜干细胞(human periodontal ligament stem cells,h PDLSCs)成骨分化的保护作用及机制。采用浓度为300μmol/L的H_(2)O_(2)构建细胞氧化损伤模型,将其分为对照组、H_(2)O_(2)组、LIPUS组和LIPUS+H_(2)O_(2)组。DCFH-DA探针和TBA比色法分别检测各组细胞活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)水平;碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)和茜素红染色分别评估各组细胞早期及晚期成骨分化能力;WB(Western blot)评价抗氧化酶[过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase 2,SOD-2)]、成骨相关蛋白[矮小相关转录因子2(runt-related transcription factor-2,RUNX2)、ALP和骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)]、叉头框蛋白O1(forkhead box protein O1,FOXO1)和(phospho-FOXO1,p-FOXO1)表达水平。随后采用FOXO1抑制剂AS1842856(100 nmol/L)处理细胞,实验分为对照组、H_(2)O_(2)+二甲基亚砜(dimethyl sulfoxide,DMSO)组、LIPUS+H_(2)O_(2)+DMSO组和LIPUS+H_(2)O_(2)+AS1842856组。CCK-8(cell counting kit-8)法检测细胞活力;DCFH-DA探针检测各组细胞ROS水平,WB检测各组RUNX2、ALP和OPN的蛋白表达情况。结果发现与空白对照组相比,H_(2)O_(2)组ROS与MDA水平均升高,抗氧化酶蛋白表达下调(P<0.0001);ALP和茜素红阳性染色以及成骨相关蛋白表达水平均显著降低(P<0.0001);p-FOXO1/FOXO1蛋白值上升(P<0.0001)。与H_(2)O_(2)组比较,LIPUS+H_(2)O_(2)组的ROS与MDA水平均下降,抗氧化酶蛋白表达上调(P<0.0001);成骨染色及相关蛋白表达量显著增加(P<0.0001);p-FOXO1/FOXO1蛋白值降低(P<0.0001)。相较于LIPUS+H_(2)O_(2)+DMSO组,LIPUS+H_(2)O_(2)+AS1842856组细胞活力下降,p-FOXO1/FOXO1蛋白表达上调,ROS水平升高且成骨分化相关蛋白表达量显著降低(P<0.0001)。研究结果显示LIPUS通过调节FOXO1的磷酸化水平,发挥抗氧化防御作用并提高氧化损伤的h PDLSCs成骨分化能力。
