In this paper, a class of fractional-order cyclic coupled gene networks(FCCGNs) with diffusion effects and time delays is constructed, both delay factor in time domain and diffusion effect in space domain are taken into account. The study initially focuses on stability and the existence of Hopf bifurcation. Subsequently, in order to improve the stability of the system,the pulse control strategy is adopted and the global uniform Lipschtiz stability of the pulse controlled system is analyzed. Finally,the above theorem is verified by numerical simulation.

In this paper, a delayed fractional SIR epidemic model with incommensurate orders is considered. Firstly, the stability is investigated and the conditions of the existence for Hopf bifurcation are attained by analyzing its characteristic equation. When the delay exceeds the critical value, a Hopf bifurcation occurs, the system loses its stability. An fractional PD control method is proposed to control the bifurcation behaviors of the delayed fractional SIR epidemic model. Finally, some numerical simulations are given to illustrate the validity of theoretical analysis.

In this paper, we study the fractional-order delayed gene regulatory network based on the comparative system ***, we introduced the concept of fractional differential. We use Lyapunov direct method to prove the impulsive synchronization. For the oscillation behavior of a fractional-order system with time delay, we apply the pulse to control its synchronization. Finally, we verify the correctness of our theory through experiment.

In this study,the piecewise Lyapunov function based switching fuzzy controller is proposed to get a relaxed criterion for the H∞ control of continuous T-S fuzzy *** particle swarm optimization（PSo） algorithm,which is useful for nonlinear optimization problem,is utilized with the LMI tool to get the optimal H∞ performance due to that some conditions of the criterion are bilinear with the s-procedure *** simulation results have shown the validity of the proposed H∞ control method.

In this paper, to avoid the problem of local optimization and slow convergence in complex environment, a reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. A robot path planning model is built and its feasibility is verified by simulation. In addition, this paper proposes a deep environment to neural network for robot camera to establish a deep reinforcement learning path planning model, and establishes a deep recursive Q-network（DRQN） and Deep Dueling Q-network（DDQN）respectively. In the comparison of the final simulation results, DRQN needs to consume more computation time, but can achieve better results with higher accuracy.

In order to overcome the problem of path planning failure in traditional potential field method, an improved potential field path planning method based on genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, for the problem of inaccessibility of the target, a factor method is added to the traditional gravity function to solve it;then the local minimum point problem of the traditional artificial potential field method is solved to ensure that the robot can reach the target point. At the same time, in order to get the optimal path, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the combined potential field function of gravity and repulsion, to find the lowest point of potential energy directly, so as to determine the step size and moving direction of the robot. Simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method.

Alcohol-related liver disease(ALD),which is induced by excessive alcohol con-sumption,is a leading cause of liver-related morbidity and *** pa-tients exhibit a spectrum of liver injuries,including hepatic steatosis,inflam-mation,and fibrosis,similar to symptoms of nonalcohol-associated liver diseases such as primary biliary cholangitis,metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease,and nonalcoholic *** has been approved for the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis and has been shown to improve symptoms in both animal models and in vitro cell models of metabolic dysfunc-tion-associated steatotic liver disease and nonalcoholic ***,the efficacy of elafibranor in treating ALD remains *** this article,we comment on the recent publication by Koizumi et al that evaluated the effects of elafibranor on liver fibrosis and gut barrier function in an ALD mouse *** findings indicate the potential of elafibranor for ALD treatment,but further experimental investigations and clinical trials are warranted.

Reperfusion following cerebral ischemia causes both structural and functional damage to brain tissue and could aggravate a patient's condition;this phenomenon is known as cerebral ischemia-reperfusion *** studies have elucidated the neuroprotective role of the sirtuin protein family(Sirtuins)in modulating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion ***,the potential of utilizing it as a novel intervention target to influence the prognosis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury requires additional *** this review,the origin and research progress of Sirtuins are summarized,suggesting the involvement of Sirtuins in diverse mechanisms that affect cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,including inflammation,oxidative stress,blood-brain barrier damage,apoptosis,pyroptosis,and *** therapeutic avenues related to Sirtuins that may improve the prognosis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were also investigated by modulating Sirtuins expression and affecting representative pathways,such as nuclear factor-kappa B signaling,oxidative stress mediated by adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase,and the forkhead box *** review also summarizes the potential of endogenous substances,such as RNA and hormones,drugs,dietary supplements,and emerging therapies that regulate Sirtuins *** review also reveals that regulating Sirtuins mitigates cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury when combined with other risk *** Sirtuins show promise as a potential target for the treatment of cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury,most recent studies are based on rodent models with circadian rhythms that are distinct from those of humans,potentially influencing the efficacy of Sirtuinstargeting drug ***,this review provides new insights into the role of Sirtuins in the pathology and treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
