Since the development of the HP memristor,much attention has been paid to studies of memristive devices and applications,particularly memristor-based nonvolatile semiconductor *** to its unique properties,theoretically,one could restart a memristor-based computer immediately without the need for reloading the ***,current memories are mainly binary and can store only ones and zeros,whereas memristors have multilevel states,which means a single memristor unit can replace many binary transistors and realize higher-density *** is believed that memristors can also implement analog storage besides binary and multilevel information *** this paper,an implementation scheme for analog memristive memory is considered.A charge-controlled memristor model is derived and the corresponding SPICE model is *** write and read operations are demonstrated through numerical analysis and circuit *** addition,an audio analog record/play system using a memristor crossbar array is *** system can provide great storage capacity(long recording time)and high audio quality with a simple small circuit structure.A series of computer simulations and analyses verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Due to advances in rendering techniques and hardware capability,stereoscopic 3D(s3D)visualization is becoming increasingly common in daily ***,this does not change the fact that stereo effects and visual comfort depend greatly on how the related parameters are controlled during the production of the s3D *** geovirtual reality systems,which are important browsers for Digital Earth,the maintenance of these parameters is deeply related to the navigation ***,the navigation method in such systems requires special *** paper presents a new flying method based on a Cubemap *** method defines a Vehicle model and modifies the original Cubemap structure by adding a front view camera during the navigation;it allows the users to fly through a virtual geographic environment with automatic speed control,smooth collision resolution,and dynamic adjustment of the s3D-related parameters.A user test was conducted to compare this new method with the original method based on the Cubemap *** results show that the new method performs better than the former one for it provides a convenient interaction experience with improved stereoscopic effect,and diminishes visual discomfort.

Chronic hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection is a significant threat to public health and an enormous burden on society. Mechanisms responsible for chronic HBV infection remain poorly understood. A better understanding of the natural course of chronic HBV infection may shed new light on the mechanisms underlying this disease and help in designing new antiviral strategies. Natural course of chronic HBV infection is conventionally viewed as an uninterrupted process that is usually marked by HBV e antigen （HBeAg） seroconversion or characterized by different phases associated with assumed host responses to HBV infection. However, none of these descriptions captures or highlights the core events that determine the natural course of chronic HBV infection. In this review, we briefly present the current knowledge on this subject and explain the significance and implication of events that occur during infection. A pre-core mutant becomes predominant in the viral population following elimination of the wild-type virus in duck hepatitis B virus-chronically infected animals. The coupled events in which first there is viral clearance that clears wild-type virus and then there is the reinfection of wild-type virus cleared livers with mutant virus are highly relevant to understanding of the natural course of chronic HBV infection under both treated and untreated conditions. In our new perspective, a general natural course of chronic HBV infection comprises cycles of viral clearance and reinfection, and such cycles prolong the chronic HBV infection course. Reviewing published data on the natural course of chronic HBV infection can reduce the possibility of missing important points in the initial data interpretation.

Potassium ions （K+） doped graphitic carbon nitride （g-C3N4） was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide （KOH） as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K+.Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K+doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） generation rate of2,140.2μmol *** apparent quantum yield （AQY） at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion （SCC） are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K+acted as a bridge between g-C3N4layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons （H+） and promoted the yield of *** catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals （·O2-）were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H2O2was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H2O2generation.

Fronts, baroclinic transport, and mesoscale variability of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current （ACC） along 115°E are examined on the basis of CTD data from two hydrographic cruises occupied in 1995 as a part of the World Ocean Circulation Experiment （WOCE cruise I9S） and in 2004 as a part of CLIVAR/CO2 repeat hydrography program. The integrated baroclinic transport across I9S section is （97.2×106±2.2×106） m3/s relative to the deepest common level （DCL）. The net transport at the north end of I9S, determined by the south Australian circulation system, is about 16.5× 106 m3/s westward. Relying on a consistent set of water mass criteria and transport maxima, the ACC baroclinic transport, （117×106±6.7×106） m3/s to the east, is carried along three fronts： the Subantarctic Front （SAF） at a mean latitude of 44°-49°S carries （50.6×106=t=13.4×106） m3/s; the Polar Front （PF）, with the northern branch （PF-N） at 50.5°S and the southern branch （PF- S） at 58°S, carries （51.3×106±8.7×106） m3/s; finally, the southern ACC front （SACCF） and the southern boundary of the ACC （SB） consist of three cores between 59°S and 65°S that combined carry （15.2× 106±1.8× 106） m3/s. Mesoscale eddy features are identifiable in the CTD sections and tracked in concurrent maps of altimetric sea level anomalies （SLA） between 44°-48°S and 53°-57°S. Because of the remarkable mesoseale eddy features within the SAF observed in both the tracks of the cruises, the eastward transport of the SAF occurs at two latitude bands separating by 1°. Both the CTD and the altimetric data suggest that the mesoscale variability is concentrated around the Antarctic Polar Frontal Zone （APFZ） and causes the ACC fronts to merge, diverge, and to fluctuate in intensity and position along their paths.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc RNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

A Model-Embedded Trend Test with Incorporating Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium Information

The genetic models are greatly important in the analysis of genetic epidemiologic studies and many of the studies are conducted using the trend test under the additive model. However, for many complex diseases and traits, the underlying genetic model for a genetic locus is usually uncertain. So a robust test free of genetic model is appropriate. In this paper, the authors propose a model-embedded trend test by incorporating Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium information and obtain the explicit formula to calculate its statistical significance. Extensive simulation studies show the proposed test is more robust than the existing procedures. Finally, a real application is further analyzed to show the performance of the proposed test.

Insights from the adverse effect of humic acid （HA） on arsenate removal with hydrous ferric oxide （HFO） coprecipitation can further our understanding of the fate of As（V） in water treatment process. The motivation of our study is to explore the competitive adsorption mechanisms of humic acid and As（V） on HFO on the molecular scale. Multiple complementary techniques were used including macroscopic adsorption experiments, surface enhanced Raman scattering （SERS）, extended X-ray absorption fine structure （EXAFS） spectroscopy, flow-cell attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared （ATR-FTIR） measurement, and charge distribution multisite complexation （CD- MUSIC） modeling. The As（V） removal efficiency was reduced from over 95% to about 10% with the increasing HA concentration to 25 times of As（V） mass concentration. The SERS analysis excluded the HA-As（V） complex formation. The EXAFS results indicate that As（V） formed bidentate binuclear surface complexes in the presence of HA as evidenced by an As-Fe distance of 3.26--3.31 ,~. The in situ ATR-FTIR measurements show that As（V） replaces surface hydroxyl groups and forms inner- sphere complex. High concentrations of HA may physically block the surface sites and inhibit the As（V） access. The adsorption of As（V） and HA decreased the point of zero charge of HFO from 7.8 to 5.8 and 6.3, respectively. The CD-MUSIC model described the zeta potential curves and adsorption edges of As（V） and HA reasonably well.

Embedded real-time systems employ a variety of operating system platforms. Consequently, for automatic code generation, considerable redevelopment is needed when the platform changes. This results in major challenges with respect to the automatic code generation process of the architecture analysis and design language (AADL). In this paper, we propose a method of template-based automatic code generation to address this issue. Templates are used as carriers of automatic code generation rules from AADL to the object platform. These templates can be easily modified for different platforms. Automatic code generation for different platforms can be accomplished by formulating the corresponding generation rules and transformation templates. We design a set of code generation templates from AADL to the object platform and develop an automatic code generation tool. Finally, we take a typical data processing unit (DPU) system as a case study to test the tool. It is demonstrated that the autogenerated codes can be compiled and executed successfully on the object platform.
