Glioblastoma(GBM)is a malignant brain tumor that grows quickly,spreads widely,and is resistant to *** growth factor receptor(FGFR)1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that regulates cellular processes,including proliferation,survival,migration,and ***1 was predominantly expressed in GBM tissues,and FGFR1 expression was negatively correlated with overall *** rationally designed a novel small molecule CYY292,which exhibited a strong affinity for the FGFR1 protein in GBM cell lines in ***292 also exerted an effect on the conserved Ser777 residue of ***292 dose-depen-dently inhibited cell proliferation,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,stemness,invasion,and migration in vitro by specifically targeting the FGFR1/AKT/Snail pathways in GBM cells,and this effect was prevented by pharmacological inhibitors and critical gene *** vivo experiments revealed that CYY292 inhibited U87MG tumor growth more effectively than ***292 also efficiently reduced GBM cell proliferation and increased survival in orthotopic GBM *** study further elucidates the function of FGFR1 in the GBM and reveals the effect of CYY292,which targets FGFR1,on downstream signaling pathways directly reducing GBM cell growth,invasion,and metastasis and thus impairing the recruitment,activation,and function of immune cells.

Near-space airship is a frontier and hotspot in current military research and development,and the near-space composite propeller is the key technology for its *** order to obtain higher aerodynamic efficiency at an altitude of 22 km,a certain near-space composite propeller is designed as a long and slender aerodynamic shape with a 10 m diameter,which brings many challenges to the composite structure *** initial design is obtained by the composite structure variable stiffness design method using based on fixed region division blending ***,it weighs 23.142 kg,exceeding the required 20 *** order to meet the structural design requirements of the propeller,a variable stiffness design method using the adaptive region division blending model is proposed in this *** with the methods using the fixed region division blending model,this method optimizes region division,stacking thickness and stacking sequence in a single level,considering the coupling effect among *** a more refined region division,this method can provide a more optimal design for composite tapered ***,to improve the efficiency of optimization subjected to manufacturing constraints,a hierarchical penalty function is proposed to quickly filter out the solutions that do not meet manufacturing *** above methods combined with a Genetic Algorithm(GA)using specific encoding are adopted to optimize the near-space composite *** optimal design of the structure weighs 18.831 kg,with all manufacturing constraints and all structural response constraints being *** with the initial design,the optimal design has a more refined region division,and achieves a weight reduction of 18.6%.This demonstrates that a refined region division can significantly improve the mechanical performance of the composite tapered structure.

Efficiently predicting effluent quality through data-driven analysis presents a significant advancement for consistent wastewater treatment *** this study,we aimed to develop an integrated method for predicting effluent COD and NH3 *** employed a 200 L pilot-scale sequencing batch reactor(SBR)to gather multimodal data from urban sewage over 40 *** we collected data on critical parameters like COD,DO,pH,NH_(3),EC,ORP,SS,and water temperature,alongside wastewater surface images,resulting in a data set of approximately 40246 *** we proposed a brain-inspired image and temporal fusion model integrated with a CNN-LSTM network(BITF-CL)using this *** innovative model synergized sewage imagery with water quality data,enhancing prediction *** a result,the BITF-CL model reduced prediction error by over 23%compared to traditional methods and still performed comparably to conventional techniques even without using DO and SS sensor ***,this research presents a cost-effective and precise prediction system for sewage treatment,demonstrating the potential of brain-inspired models.

From summer to autumn in 2022,a severe drought lasted in southern China,posing serious effects on economic growth and ecological *** study explored the atmospheric circulations accounting for this persistent drought *** shows that the drought in southern China during the summer of 2022 was strongly linked to the divergence of water vapor flux and descending motions,which were respectively caused by the anomalous anticyclone over the western North Pacific and the northward movement of the East Asian subtropical jet(EASJ).Differently,the atmospheric background responsible for the sustained drought in autumn is manly featured by a cyclonic circulation anomaly over the region from the Bay of Bengal to the South China Sea,which led to decreased moisture and descending motions in southern *** investigation suggests that the rarely strong surface warming over northern Eurasia and the extreme La Nina-like pattern over the tropical Pacific jointly resulted in the anomalous anticyclone over the western North Pacific and the northward shift of the EASJ in the summer of 2022,while the cyclonic circulation anomaly prevailing over the region from the Bay of Bengal to the South China Sea in autumn was largely attributed to the extremely negative anomalies of the tropical Indian Ocean sea surface temperature.

Regarding the lane keeping system,path tracking accuracy and lateral stability at high speeds need to be taken into account especially for commercial vehicles due to the characteristics of larger mass,longer wheelbase and higher mass *** improve the performance mentioned above comprehensively,the control strategy based on improved artificial potential field(APF)algorithm is *** the paper,time to lane crossing(TLC)is introduced into the potential field function to enhance the accuracy of path tracking,meanwhile the vehicle dynamics parameters including yaw rate and lateral acceleration are chosen as the repulsive force field *** lane keeping controller based on improved APF algorithm is designed and the stability of the control system is proved based on Lyapunov *** addition,adaptive inertial weight particle swarm optimization algorithm(AIWPSO)is applied to optimize the gain of each potential field *** co-simulation results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation index respecting lane tracking accuracy and lateral stability is reduced ***,the proposed control strategy is verified by the HiL *** provides a beneficial reference for dynamics control of commercial vehicles and enriches the theoretical development and practical application of artificial potential field method in the field of intelligent driving.

More space truss construction has been planned to develop and utilize space *** trusses are designed in the way of large-scale,complex,modular,and on-orbit *** meet the upcoming challenge of large-scale space infrastructure construction,it is necessary to study space truss automation design and robotic *** paper proposes an ordinal finite screw adjacency matrix model(OFSAMM),focusing on the relationship between assembly motions,to express and compute a space truss *** this model,a space truss is abstracted as a set of ordered assembly motions,each of which is recorded as a finite screw as the basic element of the truss and its *** operation of truss transformation is also derived under this ***,the truss configuration,the assembly sequence,the truss sub-assembly,the truss components,and the on-orbit assembly task can be expressed and calculated in a unified model,which is calculated and stores the truss topology and assembly with the minimum storage *** the end of this paper,we introduce how to synthesize and optimize space truss design through two *** study will help to improve design ***,it provides a theoretical basis for the automatic construction of space truss structures,especially in the next stage.

Not in Control,but Liable?Attributing human Responsibility for Fully Automated Vehicle Accidents

human agency has become increasingly limited in complex systems with increasingly automated decision-making *** instance,human occupants are passengers and do not have direct vehicle control in fully automated cars(i.e.,driverless cars).An interesting question is whether users are responsible for the accidents of these *** ethical and legal analyses frequently argue that individuals should not bear responsibility for harm beyond their ***,we consider human judgment of responsibility for accidents involving fully automated cars through three studies with seven experiments(N=2668).We compared the responsibility attributed to the occupants in three conditions:an owner in his private fully automated car,a passenger in a driverless robotaxi,and a passenger in a conventional taxi,where none of these three occupants have direct vehicle control over the involved vehicles that cause identical pedestrian *** contrast to normative analyses,we show that the occupants of driverless cars(private cars and robotaxis)are attributed more responsibility than conventional taxi *** dilemma is robust across different contexts(e.g.,participants from China vs the Republic of Korea,participants with first-vs third-person perspectives,and occupant presence vs absence).Furthermore,we observe that this is not due to the perception that these occupants have greater control over driving but because they are more expected to foresee the potential consequences of using driverless *** findings suggest that when driverless vehicles(private cars and taxis)cause harm,their users may face more social pressure,which public discourse and legal regulations should manage appropriately.
