Cuprotosis,a new type of cell death,provides great opportunities for the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma,as nanocarriers of copper ions can induce cuprotosis and immunogenic ***,we studied an editor that enables production of a nanoparticle“storm”in oral squamous cell carcinoma,maximizing the toxic effect of these particles and reprogramming the tumor microenvironment;as a result,T cells and natural killer(NK)cells can infiltrate the tumor microenvironment to activate an antitumor immune *** this basis,the editor can be combined with optical therapy to improve patient *** this study,the metal ratio was regulated in response to the nanocarrier of acid response ***,in the presence of a specific copper ion content,the nanocarrier could change the permeability of the tumor cell *** on these results,the nanoparticles were cracked in an acidic environment and then released copper ***,the nanoparticles contributed to cuprotosis and immunogenic *** addition,the editor could inhibit murine oral cancer 1(MOC1)tumors in C57BL/6 without *** rate of tumor growth inhibition was as high as approximately 80%.This strategy provides a new idea for ***,it can improve the interaction between immunotherapy and the copper-induced death of oral squamous cell *** all,this study will provide a new opportunity for the effective treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

金刚石的限形生长有利于其后续加工.对于磨料级金刚石限形生长的研究已经比较透彻,但金刚石大单晶的限形生长尚缺乏全面系统的研究.本文以Fe Ni(64wt%:36wt%)合金为触媒,利用高温高压下的温度梯度法在5.6 GPa时对不同温度下分别沿(100)面和(111)面生长的Ib型金刚石大单晶的晶形进行了研究.研究表明:随着温度的升高,沿(100)晶面生长的金刚石大单晶的晶形分别为板状、塔状直至尖塔状,而沿(111)面生长的金刚石大单晶的晶形则分别为塔状和板状;分析了不同温度下分别沿(100)面和(111)面生长金刚石大单晶不同晶形高径比的变化情况.利用不同压力和温度下的金刚石大单晶合成实验绘制了沿(100)和(111)面生长金刚石大单晶的晶形在V形生长区域内的分布示意图,表明沿(111)面生长的金刚石大单晶V形区温度下限明显比以(100)面生长的高,而沿这两面生长金刚石大单晶的V形区温度上限差别并不明显.对不同生长面V形区温度上下限的差别进行了解释,据此实现了Ib型金刚石大单晶的限形生长.

With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) *** present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2) treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative *** International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism,and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations).

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2.15)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2.18),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

2.18年是中国改革开放40周年,也是"科学的春天"40周年。随着中国进入特色社会主义新时代,人文与经济地理学也将迈入新时代。青年学者恰好处在承前启后的这一时期,围绕学科传承和创新发展需要,面向新时代国家和经济社会发展的现实需求,青年学者积极行动起来,努力学习和传承人文与经济地理学前辈所建立的学科体系,并力图继续开拓和创新。一是助力建设学科文化,打造具有学科认同感和归属感的学术共同体。二是在向西方学习的同时,加强中国特色的自主理论建构与创新。三是向相关学科方向学习,加强交叉与综合的数据和方法创新,建设科学化、多元化的研究方法体系。四是青年学者更需要踏实认真的态度,找准个人研究领域方向,求真务实并力图创造新的知识,不断提升研究深度。人文与经济地理学的学科梦必将在一代代青年学者的接力奋斗中变为现实。

中国高教版《政治地理学》教材已沿用二十余年。在当前百年未有之大变局的背景下,冠以“政治地理学”的研究成果不断涌现,更加剧了甄别相关概念学理的紧迫性。为此,全国政治地理学课程的任课教师以及部分海外同行一道,围绕在现有教材的基础上如何深化教材特色、拓展教材内容,做到本土化、国际化和知识性、趣味性相结合,对政治地理学的教材建设进行了研讨。主要结论为:(1)在教材的特色化方面:要重视基本概念和理论的本土化;中西方理论视角的融合;多尺度内容体系的构建和应用知识的加强。(2)在教材的内容拓展方面:应关注并吸收行为主义、批判地缘政治、政治生态学、城市政治地理学、身份政治、选举地理等流派和视角。(3)在教材的应用面向方面:应加强对“一带一路”倡议、海洋强国建设、跨境河流治理等现实关切问题的理论响应。总体上,政治地理学教材建设要抓住人地关系主线,立足本土、融合经典、面向实践,构建知识导向、政策导向与学术研究良性互动的内容体系。本研究对于未来政治地理学教材的编写及修订、以及解决当下政治地理学的教与学的知识困扰具有重要的参考意义。
