A novel pyrrolo-benzoxaborole,6-（pyrrol-1-yl）-1,3-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2,1-benzoxaborole,was synthesized with 27%overall yield over six steps from 2-bromo-1-methyl-4-nitrobenzene as starting *** derivatization was achieved via Friedel-Crafts reaction catalyzed by anhydrous stannic chloride with various acyl chlorides giving 3-acyl-1-phenylpyrroles as the main products.

In situ synthesis method was used to prepare V8C7–*** vanadate, ammonium dichromate and nanometer carbon black were used as raw *** products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry(TGDSC) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) *** results show that V8C7–Cr3C2nanocomposite with an average crystallite size of 25.4 nm can be synthesized at 1200 °C for 1 *** synthesis temperature required by the method is at least 200 °C lower than that required by the conventional approaches for preparing vanadium and chromium *** powders show good dispersion and are mainly composed of spherical or nearly spherical particles with a mean diameter of about 30 *** weight loss ratio of the precursor throughout the reaction process reaches 58 wt%.Three exothermic peaks and four endothermic peaks occur during the *** surface of the specimen is mainly composed of V, Cr, C and O elements.

The shape and size optimization of brackets in hull structures was conducted to achieve the simultaneous reduction of mass and high stress,where the parametric finite element model was built based on Patran Command Language *** optimization procedure was executed on Isight platform,on which the linear dimensionless method was introduced to establish the weighted multi-objective *** extreme processing method was applied and proved effective to normalize the *** bracket was optimized under the typical single loads and design waves,accompanied by the different proportions of weights in the objective function,in which the safety factor function was further established,including yielding,buckling,and fatigue strength,and the weight minimization and safety maximization of the bracket were *** findings of this study illustrate that the dimensionless objectives share equal contributions to the multi-objective function,which enhances the role of weights in the optimization.

Unconventional reservoirs usually contain many weak surfaces such as faults,laminae and natural fractures,and effective activation and utilization of these weak surfaces in reservoirs can significantly improve the extraction *** hydraulic fracturing,when the artificial fracture approaches the natural fracture,the natural fracture would be influenced by both the original in-situ stress field and the hydraulic fracturing-induced stress *** this paper,the hydraulic fracturing-induced stress field is calculated based on the relative position of hydraulic fracture and natural fracture,the original in-situ stress,the net pressure inside the hydraulic fracture and the pore pressure of the ***,the stability model of the natural fracture is established by combining the Mohr-Coulomb rupture criterion,and extensive parametric studies are conducted to explore the impact of each parameter on the stability of the natural *** validity of the proposed model is verified by comparing with the reservoir characteristics and fracturing process of the X-well 150e155 formation in the Songliao *** is found that the stress field induced by the hydraulic fracture inhibits the activation of the natural fracture after the artificial fracture crossed the natural ***,for similar reservoirs as X-well 150e155,it is suggested to connect natural fractures with hydraulic fractures first and then activate natural fractures which can effectively utilize the natural fractures and form a complex fracture network.

Optimizing efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes（OLEDs） with a structure of Al/glass/nanometerthick polycrystalline p-Si（NPPS） anode/SiO_2/N＇-bis-（1-naphthl）-diphenyl-1,1＇-biphenyl-4,4＇-diamine（NPB）/tris（8-hydroxyquinoline） aluminum（Alq_3）/4,7-diphenyl^（-1）,10-phenanthroline（BPhen）：Cs_2CO_3/Sm/Au were studied. The NPPS anodes were fabricated by magnetron sputtering（MS）Si and Ni layers followed by Ni-induced crystallization of the amorphous Si layers. By adjusting the resistivity of the p-Si target adopted in MS, the electroluminescent efficiency of the OLED was optimized. When the resistivity of the p-Si target is 0.01 Ω·cm, the current and power efficiency of the NPPS anode OLED reach maximum values of 6.7 cd ·A^（-1）and 4.64 lm ·W^（-1）, respectively, which are 2.7 and 3.1 times those of the resistivity-optimized bulk p-Si anode counterpart and 2.9 and 3.7 times those of the indium tin oxide（ITO） anode counterpart, and then, the physical reasons were discussed.

Jie-Geng-Tang(JGT),a traditional formula,is employed in the treatment of sore throat and cough and comprises Platycodonis Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in the ratio 1:*** previous study demonstrated that JGT protected mice from ***-induced acute lung injury(ALI).Five constituents of JGT showed antibacterial activities against *** in ***,the potential effective constituents of JGT in vivo were still *** this study,the chemical constituents of JGT were identified by liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight spectrometry(LC-Q-TOF-MS).A total of 96 constituents were identified or assumed,including seven organic acids,45 flavonoids,36 triterpene saponins,and eight compounds of other *** structures of 31 of the constituents were confirmed by comparing them with corresponding authentic ***,15 prototypes and 49 metabolites were deduced in the serums of mice,24 prototypes and 47 metabolites were deduced in the lungs of mice after the oral administration of *** types of constituents,namely organic acids,flavonoids,and triterpene saponins,could be absorbed into the ***,flavonoids and triterpene saponins were more likely distributed in the lung than in the *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first report on the systematic metabolites profile of JGT in *** results reported were beneficial to the elucidation of the effective material basis of JGT.

The Mechanism of Chemokine Receptor 9 Internalization Triggered by Interleukin 2 and Interleukin 4

In previous study, we found that the chemokine receptor 9 （CCR9） was highly expressed on CD4^＋T cells from patients with T-cell lineage acute lymphocytic leukemia （T-ALL） and mediated leukemia cell infiltration and metastasis. Combined use of interleukin 2 （IL-2） and IL-4 promoted the internalization of CCR9 and therefore attenuated leukemia cell infiltration and metastasis. In this study, we preliminarily investigated the mechanism of internalization of CCR9 on MOLT4 cell model （a human leukemia T-cell line, naturally expresses CCR9） and found that IL-2 upregulated the cell surface expression of IL-4Rα （CD124） greatly, whereas IL-4 had no significant influence on α （CD25） and β subunits （CD122） of IL-2R. Moreover, specific inhibitors, such as staurosporine, H89 and heparin, inhibited internalization of CCR9, which indicated a role of protein kinase C （PKC） and G protein-coupled kinase 2 （GRK2）, respectively. Furthermore, GRK2 was upregulated and translocated to cell membrane in IL-2 and IL-4 treated cells which indicated that PKC could be a prerequisite for GRK2 activity.
