目的分析调任通督针法治疗脑梗死患者的疗效及神经递质、炎症反应的变化。方法2020年1月—2022年5月诸暨市中心医院康复科收治的脑梗死患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予常规抗凝、调脂、营养神经治疗及康复运动治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予调任通督针法治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组治疗4周后疗效,治疗前、治疗4周后神经递质及血管内皮功能,疼痛、痉挛及神经功能,炎症反应。结果治疗4周后,观察组的总有效率(93.02%,40/43)高于对照组(74.42%,32/43)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗4周后,两组血清多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)水平均升高,且观察组组间比较更高(P<0.05);两组疼痛数字评估量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)、Ashworth痉挛评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分,血清细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)、白细胞介素-18(interleukin-18,IL-18)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)水平均降低,且观察组水平更低(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者经调任通督针法治疗的疗效确切,可改善患者疼痛、痉挛及神经功能,分析与其调节机体神经递质、血管内皮功能、炎症反应相关因子表达有关。
