The " Sharp Eagle” device is a wave energy converter of a hinged double floating body. The wave-absorbing floating body hinges on the semi-submerged floating body structure. Under the action of wave, the wave-absorbing floating body rotates around the hinge point, and the wave energy can be converted into kinetic energy. In this paper, the power take-off system of " Sharp Eagle Ⅱ” wave energy converter (the second generation of " Sharp Eagle”) was studied, which adopts the hydraulic type power take-off system. The 0-1 power generation mode was applied in this system to make the " Sharp Eagle Ⅱ” operate under various wave conditions. The principle of power generation was introduced in detail, and the power take-off system was simulated. Three groups of different movement period inputs were used to simulate three kinds of wave conditions, and the simulation results were obtained under three different working conditions. In addition, the prototype of " Sharp Eagle Ⅱ” wave energy converter was tested on land and in real sea conditions. The experimental data have been collected, and the experimental data and simulation results were compared and validated. This work has laid a foundation for the design and application of the following " Sharp Eagle” series of devices.

To process optimization and improve the degree of reduction, a two-step experiment was designed. The experiment was carried out in the micro-fluidized bed. The reactor in the micro-fluidized bed is operated as a differential reactor to ensure an equal temperature and residence time with the reactor volume. The experiment used Brazilian iron ore and reducing gas of CO. The operating temperature was 400 to 800 ℃ and the residence time was between 10 and 60 min. In correspondence with experiment, microscopic technique was applied too. The test shows that temperature and residence time of the pre-reduction stage have an important effect on the degree of reduction. By using two-step experiment, the maximum value of reduction degree increases by 44.1% compared with the maximum value of traditional reduction experiment. Microscopic analysis shows that the specific surface area, surface morphology and texture of reduced iron ore after pre-reduction stage have an important effect on the degree of final reduction too.

A series of bis{oxo bis[heteroaromatic carboxylatodibenzyltin(Ⅳ)]} complexes {[(PhCH 2) 2Sn· (O 2CR)] 2O} 2[where R=2 furyl, 2 (2 furyl)vinyl, 2 (5 tert butyl)furyl, 2 thiophenyl, 2 pyridinyl, 3 pyridinyl , 4 pyridinyl, 3 indolyl, 3 indolylmethyl, 3 indolylpropyl] was synthesized by the reactions of heteroaromatic carboxylic acids with dibenzyltin(Ⅳ) oxide. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and NMR spectra. The complexes were tested against two human tumour cell lines: MCF 7 and WiDr. The results show that they have higher activities in vitro . The crystal structure of bis{oxo bis[2 furylcarboxylatodibenzyltin(Ⅳ)]}(1) was determined by X ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group P2 1/n, a =1 6641(2) nm, b =1 25073(18) nm, c =1 7193(3) nm, β= 101 951(2)° , Z=2, R 1=0 0446, wR 2=0 1100. Complex 1 is of a centrosymmetric dimer structure with a four membered central endo cyclic Sn 2O 2 unit in which the bridged oxygen atoms are tri coordinated. Each bridged oxygen atom also connects with an exo cyclic tin atom. The tin atoms are six coordinated and have a coordination geometry of a distorted octahedron. The exo cyclic tin atoms are five coordinated and have a coordination geometry of a monocapped trigonal bipyramid with a very similarly distorted mode. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. The two of the four carboxylate ligands are bidentate and bridged to each pair of exo and endo cyclic tin atoms by using both the oxygen atoms. The other two are monodentate and bridged to each pair of exo and endo cyclic tin atoms but each utilizes one O atom only.

The autonomic nervous system contributes to prostate cancer proliferation and metastasis. However, the exact molecular mechanism remains unclear. In this study, muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M1 （CHRM1） expression was measured via immunohistochemical analysis in human prostate cancer tissue array slides. PC-3, LNCaP, and A549 cells were treated with pirenzepine or carbachol, and the cell migration and invasion abilities were evaluated. Western blotting and quantitative real-time PCR were performed to measure GLI family zinc finger 1 （GLI1）, patched 1 （PTCH1）, and sonic hedgehog （SHH） expression levels. High expression of CHRM1 was found in early-stage human prostate cancer tissues. In addition, the selective CHRM1 antagonist pirenzepine inhibited PC-3, LNCaP, and A549 cell migration and invasion, but the agonist carbachol promoted the migration and invasion of these three cell lines. Muscarinic signaling can be relayed by hedgehog signaling. These data show that CHRM1 is involved in the regulation of prostate cancer migration and invasion through the hed^eho~ si^nalin~ ~athwav.

An Early Paleozoic Tectonic Mélange at the Western Margin of West Cathaysia: Constraints from Organic-walled Microfossils

The Jiangshan-Shaoxing-Pingxiang Fault(JSP Fault) is traditionally considered as the boundary between the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks in South China. Whether the previously defined Shenshan and Kuli formations located along the JSP fault and near the Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, are continuous strata or parts of a tectonic mélange is important for understanding the geological history of South China. A carbonaceous phyllite from the area, previously considered as part of the Neoproterozoic Shenshan and Kuli formations, is analyzed palynologically in this study. The AsteridiumComasphaeridium acritarch assemblage found in the slate can be correlated with the basal Cambrian AsteridiumHeliosphaeridium-Comasphaeridium(AHC) acritarch assemblage in Tarim and the Yangtze Block. The early Cambrian biostratigraphical age assignment for the carbonaceous phyllite indicates the presence of both Neoproterozoic and Cambrian rocks in the sedimentary package, and supports that the package is a part of tectonic mélange rather than a continuous Neoproterozoic strata. The Cambrian slate is the youngest known lithology in the mélange at present.

High-elevation Adaptation of Motion Visual Display Modifications in the Toad-Headed Agamid Lizards(Phrynocephalus)

Understanding the process of adaptation is a key mission in modern evolutionary *** living at high elevations face challenges in energy meta bolism due to several environmental constraints(e.g., oxygen supply, food availa bility,and movement time). Animal behavioral processes are intimately related to energy meta bolism, and therefore, behavioral modifica tions are expected to be an important mechanism for high-elevation adaptation. We tested this behavioral adaptation hypothesis using va ria tions of motion visual displays in toad-headed agamid lizards of the genus Phr ynocephalus. We predicted tha t complexity of visual motion displays would decrease with the increase of elevation, because motion visual displays are energetically costly. Displays of 12 Phr ynocephalus species were collected with elevations ranging from sea level to 4600 m. We quantified display complexity using the number of display components, display duration, pathways of display components, as well as display speed for each species. Association between display complexity and elevation was analyzed using the phylogenetic generalized least squares(PGLS)model. We found that both the number of display components and the average value of tail coil speed were negatively correlated with elevation, suggesting that toad-headed lizards living at high-elevation areas reduced their display complexity to cope with the environmental constraints. Our research provides direct evidence for high-elevation adaptation from a behavioral aspect and illustrates the potential impacts of environment heterogeneity on motion visual display diversification.

Benefiting from the development of Federated Learning(FL)and distributed communication systems,large-scale intelligent applications become *** devices not only provide adequate training data,but also cause privacy leakage and energy *** to optimize the energy consumption in distributed communication systems,while ensuring the privacy of users and model accuracy,has become an urgent *** this paper,we define the FL as a 3-layer architecture including users,agents and *** order to find a balance among model training accuracy,privacy-preserving effect,and energy consumption,we design the training process of FL as game *** use an extensive game tree to analyze the key elements that influence the players’decisions in the single game,and then find the incentive mechanism that meet the social norms through the repeated *** experimental results show that the Nash equilibrium we obtained satisfies the laws of reality,and the proposed incentive mechanism can also promote users to submit high-quality data in *** the multiple rounds of play,the incentive mechanism can help all players find the optimal strategies for energy,privacy,and accuracy of FL in distributed communication systems.
