In this editorial,we will discuss the article by Tang et al published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal *** explored an innovative approach to enhancing gemcitabine(GEM)delivery and efficacy using human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(HU-BMSCs)-derived *** manufacture of GEM-loaded HU-BMSCs-derived exosomes(Exo-GEM)has been *** Tang et al’s study demonstrated that Exo-GEM exhibits enhanced cytotoxicity and apoptosis-inducing effects compared to free GEM,highlighting the potential of exosome-based drug delivery systems as a more effective and targeted approach to chemotherapy in pancreatic *** in vivo studies are required to confirm the safety and effectiveness of Exo-GEM before it can be considered for clinical use.

Our previous work has introduced the newly generated program using the code transformation model GPT-2,verifying the generated programming codes through simhash(SH)and longest common subsequence(LCS)***,the entire code transformation process has encountered a time-consuming ***,the objective of this study is to speed up the code transformation process signi􀀀*** paper has proposed deep learning approaches for modifying SH using a variational simhash(VSH)algorithm and replacing LCS with a piecewise longest common subsequence(PLCS)algorithm to faster the veri􀀀cation process in the test *** the code transformation model GPT-2,this study has also introduced MicrosoMASS and Facebook BART for a comparative analysis of their ***,the explainable AI technique using local interpretable model-agnostic explanations(LIME)can also interpret the decision-making *** experimental results show that VSH can reduce the number of quali􀀀ed programs by 22.11%,and PLCS can reduce the execution time of selected pocket programs by 32.39%.As a result,the proposed approaches can signi􀀀cantly speed up the entire code transformation process by 1.38 times on average compared with our previous work.

In seasonally frozen soil regions,freezing-thawing action and hydrothermal effect have strong influence on physical and mechanical behavior of shallow soil.A field experiment on the Loess Plateau in Northwest China was carried out to analyze the freezing-thawing process and hydrothermal characteristics of shallow soil considering the climate *** results show that the maximum seasonal freezing depth under bare ground surface in this area is from 20 cm to 50 *** ground temperature shows a similar changing trend with air temperature,but it has lagged behind the air temperature,and the ground temperature amplitude exponentially decreases with the increase of soil *** seasonally frozen soil has experienced four typical stages:unfrozen period,alternate freezing period,freezing period and alternate thawing *** freezing-thawing process is characterized by unidirectional freezing and bidirectional *** water content of shallow soil is significantly affected by air temperature,evaporation and precipitation,and the soil water content shows a"low-high-low"changing trend with the increase of *** soil temperature and water content interact with each other,and are often *** variation trend of soil moisture with time is consistent with the change trend of the ground temperature with time in each soil layer,andthe degree of consistency is higher in the near surface soil than that in the lower ***,the spatial-temporal characteristics of soil moisture and temperature is that the volumetric water content and ground temperatureof near surface soil have strong variability,and the range valueKa and coefficient of variation Cvof soil water content and ground temperaturein different seasons show a decreasing trend with the increase of depth.

A series of La2O3-promoted Li-Mn/WO3/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by varying the concentration of La2O3 *** effect of La2O3 promoter on its properties and catalytic performance for OCM was characterized with XRD,FT-IR,O2-TPD,Raman,CO2-TPD,H2-TPR,XPS and CH4-TPSR,The results show that all the La2O3-promoted Li-Mn/WO3/TiO2 catalysts possess a larger amount of strong basic sites and more abundant chemisorbed oxygen species in comparison with Li-Mn/WO3/TiO2,which is beneficial to OCM ***,La2O3 promoter can enhance the mobility of the oxygen species and the Mn species redox ability,which can also be favorable for the improvement of the catalytic performance for OCM,Due to the optimal synergistic interaction of these factors,5 wt%La2O3-Li-Mn/WO3/TiO2 exhibits the best performance among all the catalysts,on which the highest C2 yield of 19.2% is achieved at 750℃.

Inter-purchase time is a critical factor for predicting customer *** the prediction accuracy can exploit consumer’s preference and allow businesses to learn about product or pricing plan weak points,operation issues,as well as customer expectations to proactively reduce reasons for *** remarkable progress has been made,classic statistical models are difficult to capture behavioral characteristics in transaction data because transaction data are dependent and short-,medium-,and long-term data are likely to interfere with each other *** from literature,this study proposed a hybrid inter-purchase time prediction model for customers of on-line ***,the analysis of differences in the purchase behavior of customers has been particularly *** integrated self-organizing map and Recurrent Neural Network technique is proposed to not only address the problem of purchase behavior but also improve the prediction accuracy of inter-purchase *** permutation importance method was used to identify crucial variables in the prediction model and to interpret customer purchase *** performance of the proposed method is evaluated by comparing the prediction with the results of three competing approaches on the transaction data provided by a leading e-retailer in *** study provides a valuable reference for marketing professionals to better understand and develop strategies to attract customers to shorten their inter-purchase times.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism underlying the effects of Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii)on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).METHODS:A network pharmacology approach integrating ingredients of Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii)and target with ADHD,network construction,molecular function interactions and pathway analysis was ***:This approach successfully helped to identify 7 active ingredients of CN,interacting with21 key targets(ADRA1 A,ADRA1 B,ADRA2 A,ADRA2 B,ADRA2 C,ADRB1,ADRB2,CHRM1,CHRM2,CHRM3,PTGS1,SLC6 A2,SLC6 A3,SLC6 A4,DRD1,DRD5,HTR2 A,ADRA1 D,MAOB,GRIA2,HTR1 A).The molecular function interactions among candidate targets mainly consisted of four groups:G-protein coupled amine receptor activity,catecholamine binding,monoamine transmembrane transporter activity and neurotransmitter receptor *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis indicated that Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii)-regulated pathways were mainly classified into signal transduction and monoamine ***:Our investigation revealed that Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii)could improve the symptoms of ADHD by regulating neurotransmitter,in multiple types of compounds-target-pathway,which may be implicated in the major pathological processes of ADHD.

Head and neck(HN)cancer is an endemic disease in Taiwan,*** recurrent HN cancer after full-dose irradia-tion poses a therapeutic challenge,and boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)may be a solution that could provide durable local control with tolerable *** Tsing-Hua Open Pool Reactor(THOR)at National Tsing-Hua University in Hsin-Chu,provides a high-quality epithermal neutron source for basic and clinical BNCT *** first clinical trial,entitled“A phase I/II trial of boron neutron capture therapy for recurrent head and neck cancer at THOR”,was carried out between 2010 and 2013.A total of 17 patients with 23 recurrent HN tumors who had received high-dose photon irradiation were enrolled in the *** fructose complex of l-boronophenylalanine was used as a boron carrier,and a two-fraction BNCT treatment regimen at 28-day intervals was used for each *** was acceptable,and although the response rate was high(12/17),re-recurrence within or near the radiation site was *** obtain better local control,another clinical trial entitled“A phase I/II trial of boron neutron capture therapy combined with image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IG-IMRT)for locally recurrent HN cancer”was initiated in *** first administration of BNCT was performed according to our previous protocol,and IG-IMRT was initiated 28 days after *** of May 2017,seven patients have been treated with this *** treatment-related toxicity was similar to that previously observed with two BNCT *** patients had a complete response,but locoregional recurrence was the major cause of failure despite initially good *** clinical trials combining BNCT with other local or systemic treatments will be carried out for recurrent HN cancer patients at THOR.
