作者试图在世界历史的框架中来理解拉美文化的起源、发展及内容,并寻求为拉美文化乃至所有文化进行重新定位。这种文化解放的谋划源自于对大众文化的独特理解。在作者看来,大众文化不仅仅是一种平民主义,而且指涉该民族的整个社会领域;尽管受到剥削或压迫,但它们同时还保持了一种"外在性"。作者由此质疑20世纪80年代后现代主义者们对于"现代性"的理解,并试图从一种全球性的角度,来重构"现代性"这个概念。在此基础上,作者创造性地引入了一种新的"跨现代性"的理论主张,认为一种跨文化的对话必须要是横向性的;必须要是一种多元文化的对话,不预先幻想在各种文化之间存在着对等性。最后,作者还讨论了跨现代性中多元文化对话所应具有的各种维度。

A biological aerated filter （BAF） was evaluated as a fixed-biofilm process to remove water-borne volatile organic compounds （VOCs） from a multiple layer ceramic capacitor （MLCC） manufacturing plant in southern Taiwan. The components of VOC were identified to be toluene, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, bromodichloromethane and isopropanol （IPA）. The full-scale BAF was constructed of two separate reactors in series, respectively, using 10- and 15-cm diameter polypropylene balls as the packing materials and a successful preliminary bench-scale experiment was performed to feasibility. experimental results show that the BAF removed over 90% chemical oxygen demand （COd） from the influent with （1188 ± 605） mg/L of COd. A total organic loading of 2.76 kg biochemical oxygen demand （BOd）/（m3 packing·d） was determined for the packed bed, in which the flow pattern approached that of a mixed flow. A limited VOC concentration of （0.97 ± 0.29） ppmv （as methane） was emitted from the BAF system. Moreover, the emission rate of VOC was calculated using the proposed formula, based on an air-water mass equilibrium relationship, and compared to the simulated results obtained using the Water 9 model. Both estimation approaches of calculation and model simulation revealed that 0.1% IPA （0.0031-0.0037 kg/d） were aerated into a gaseous phase, and 30% to 40% （0.006-0.008 kg/d） of the toluene were aerated.

Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are the important precursors of the tropospheric ozone(O3)and secondary organic aerosols(SOA),both of which are known to harm human health and disrupt the earth’s climate *** this study,VOC emission factors,O3 and SOA formation potentials were estimated for two types of industrial boilers:coal-fired boilers(n=3)and oil-fired boilers(n=3).Results showed that eVOCs concentrations were more than nine times higher for oil-fire.d.boilers compared to those for coal-fired *** factors ofΣVOCs were found to be higher for oil-fired boilers(9.26-32.83 mg-VOC/kg)than for coal-fired boilers(1.57-4.13 mg-VOC/kg).Alkanes and aromatics were obtained as the most abundant groups in coal-fired boilers,while oxygenated organics and aromatics were the most contributing groups in oil-fired ***,n-hexane and o-ethyl toluene were the abundant VOC species in coal-fired boiler emissions,whereas toluene was the most abundant VOC species emitted from oil-fired boilers.O3 and SOA formation potentials were found 12 and 18 times,respectively,higher for oil-fired than for coal-fired *** OFP ranged from 3.99 to 11.39 mg-O3/kg for coal-fired *** oil-fired boilers,total OFP ranged from 36.16 to 131.93 mg-O3/***,total secondary organic aerosol potential(SOAP)ranged from 65.4 to 122.5 mg-SOA/kg and 779.9 to 2252.5 mg-SOA/kg for the coal-fired and oil-fired boilers,respectively.

Femtosecond pulsed lasers have been widely used over the past decades due to their capability to fabricate precise patterns at the micro-and nano-lengths scales. A key issue for efficient material processing is the.d.termination of the laser parameters used in the experimental set ups. despite a systematic investigation that has been performed to highlight the impact of every parameter indepe.d.ntly, little attention has been drawn on the role of the substrate material on which the irradiated solid is placed. In this work, the influence of the substrate is emphasised for films of various thicknesses, which demonstrates that both the optical and thermophysical properties of the substrate affect the thermal fingerprint on the irradiated film while the impact is manifested to be higher at smaller film sizes. Two representative materials, silicon and fused silica, have been selected as typical substrates for thin films(gold and nickel) of different optical and thermophysical behaviour and the thermal response and damage thresholds are evaluated for the irradiated solids. The pronounced influence of the substrate is aimed to pave the way for new and more optimised designs of laserbased fabrication set ups and processing schemes.

In order to investigate the.d.namic behavior, to study a variety of operational problems, to apply different control techniques and to suggest functional improvements of a high power electromechanical system, a pilot study on a low power laboratory simulating system is proposed in this paper. Particularly, to investigate operational problems of a twin AC drive with asynchronous machines used for cement kilns, an under-scale laboratory simulating system has been developed and experimental results are being presented in this research work.

In this paper,the synthesis,structural evolution,and dielectric properties of BaTiO3solid solutions codoped with rare earth elements(Gd3+and eu3+) prepared using the solid-state reaction method are *** pure precursor powders of BaCl3,TiO2,Gd2O3,and eu2O3were mixed in stoichiometric proportions,ground in an agate mortar before being uniaxially pressed at 250 MPa and sintered at 1300℃ in air atmosphere for 6 h to obtain Ba1-3xGd2xTi1-3xeu4xO3（x=0,0.0015,0.01 and0.1）.X-ray diffraction（XRd） and Rietve.d.s refinement results reveal the crystal phase ferroelectric tetragonal BaTiO3for the samples with x=0,0.0015 and 0.01, as well as a consistent increment in the lattice parameters caused by the *** solubility limit of Gd3+and eu3+in the BaTiO3structure is reached for the sample with x>0.01,and the orthorhombic eu2TiO5and monoclinic BaTi2O5secondary phases were *** Raman results show the characteristic peaks of ferroelectric tetragonal BaTiO3around 716 cm-1（LO of A1 symmetry）,515 cm-1（TO of A1 symmetry）,and 305 cm-1（B1）.The maximum relative permittivity measured at 1 kHz was recorded to be 6151.8 for the sample with x=0.0015,and a decrease in the Curie temperature to 105℃ with respect to the undoped sample was *** punctual microanalysis for the samples with x=0.0015,0.01,and 0.1 reveals grains composed of Ba,Ti,O,Gd,and eu homogeneously distributed in the *** Ba/Ti ratios for samples with x=0.0015,0.01 and 0.1 are 2.86,2.91,and 0.68,respectively,indicating substitution at the Ti site for samples with x=0.0015 and 0.01 and a substitution at the Ba site for the sample with x=0.1.

基于旋涡耗散原理,结合平均生成速率正比于化学计量比下的混合分数的概率密度的理论分析,发展Bilger型燃烧反应速率模型,使之能够模拟富氧和贫氧燃烧工况。模型中利用快速反应假设,辐射由多射线模型模拟,结果与Steckler的燃烧实验数据比较,并与文献中多个模型比较。温度、速度分布以及总体量的比较表明,当前模型比传统的edM、Brizulea-Bilger模型在模拟贫氧燃烧方面好。对不同模型的应用提出了建议。
