Microstructural evolution and phase transformation induced by different heat treatments of the hypereutectic aluminium-silicon alloy, Al-25Si-5Fe-3Cu （wt%, signed as 3C）, fabricated by traditional cast （TC） and spray forming （SF） processes, were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM） combined with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques. The results show that A17Cu2Fe phase can be formed and transformed in TC- and SF-3C alloys between 802-813 K and 800-815 K, respectively. The transformation from β-Al5FeSi to δ-Al4FeSi2 phase via peritectic reaction can occur at around 858-870 K and 876-890 K in TC- and SF-3C alloys, respectively. The starting precipitation temperature of δ-Al4FeSi2 phase as the dominant Fe-bearing phase in the TC-3C alloy is 997 K and the exothermic peak about the peritectic transformation of δ-Al4FeSi2→β-Al5FeSi is not detected in the present DSC experiments. Also, the mechanisms of the microstructural evolution and phase transformation are discussed.

To quantitatively investigate the water mass transport of mesoscale eddies,the mass transport induced by a simulated anticyclonic eddy in the South China Sea was evaluated by using the Regional Ocean Modelling System(ROMS)and a built-in passive tracer *** results indicate that the eddy can trap and transport 51%of the initial water in the eddy core to 689 km from its origin during its lifetime of 100 days,with a stable loss rate of 6‰per *** propagation,there is drastic horizontal water exchange between the inside and outside of the ***,the vertical mass transport is signifi cant,and 65%of the water initially in the mixed layer of the eddy is eventually detrained into the subsurface.A tracer budget analysis of eddy shows that advection is the dominant dynamic process of transport,while the eff ect of mixing is weak,and horizontal process plays a controlling *** and vertical advection exhibit opposite patterns and strongly off set each ***,a distinct dipole pattern is found in the local velocity fi eld of the eddy,with signifi cant convergence(downwelling)and divergence(upwelling)zones in the anterior and posterior of the eddy,respectively,which is likely related to the driving mechanism of the westward propagation of the *** dipole further induces a vertical overturning cell,through which the surface water in the anterior of the eddy detrains into the subsurface by downwelling and resurface from the posterior of the eddy by upwelling and gradually spreads out of the *** temporal variability in the tracer budget is signifi cant,in which horizontal advection is *** propagation acceleration and temporal derivative of the deformation rate are highly correlated with tracer transport,suggesting the potential eff ect of the temporal instability of eddies on the eddy mass transport.

BACKGROUND Perioperative nursing can reduce the stress reaction and improve the prognosis of *** To elucidate the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)with family care in perioperative nursing children with an inguinal hernia and its impact on the *** The data of 100 children with inguinal hernia were retrospectively *** participants were divided into three groups according to different nursing methods:Groups A(n=38),B(n=32),and C(n=30).Group A received multidisciplinary collaborative ERAS nursing combined with family care nursing;Group B received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for ERAS;and Group C received routine *** postoperative recovery results of the three groups were compared,including intraoperative blood loss and postoperative feeding time,time of getting out of bed,hospitalization time,and defecation ***,the incidence of common complications was also compared between the three *** There was less intraoperative blood loss in Groups A and B than in Group C(P0.05).Each index had no statistical significance between Groups A and B(P>0.05).The incidence of urinary retention,infection,hematoma,and hernia recurrence in Group A was less than that in Group C(P0.05).CONCLUSION The application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing combined with family care in the perioperative care of children with an inguinal hernia for ERAS may promote postoperative rehabilitation for children and reduce the incidence of complications.

Chromite is an important raw material applied in *** have been made to obtain high-performance chromite by adding MgO and Al203 from the viewpoint of structure *** order to explore the effect of Al203 and MgO on the structure,two formulas,i.e.,Mg-rich and Al-rich ones,were *** phase and microstructure development of samples heated in the temperature range of 1200-1600℃ were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive *** and Al203 added have diffused into chromite successfully by heat *** diffuses into chromite,occupying the tetrahedral vacancies caused by the diffusion and oxidation of Fe2+ions to stabilize the ***203 diffuses into the surface layer of chromite,forming spinel-sesquioxide ***-rich sample which has spinel-sesquioxide structure shows better corrosion resistance toward fayalite slag than Mg-rich sample which has single spinel structure by blocking the interdiffusion between Fe^2+ions in fayalite slag and Mg^2+ions in chromite.

Lead halide perovskites have received increasing attention recently as a candidate material in various optoelectronic areas because of their high performance as light ***,we report the growth of CsPbI_(3) nanobelts via a solution process.A single-crystalline CsPbI_(3) nanobelt with uniform morphology can be achieved by controlling the amount of PbI_(2).A single-crystalline CsPbI_(3) nanobelt possesses a mean width,length,and thickness of 100 nm,5μm,and 20 nm,*** this work,photodetectors(PDs)based on individual CsPbI_(3) nanobelts are constructed and found to perform well with an external quantum efficiency and responsivity of 2.39×10^(5)% and 770 A/W,*** PDs also show a high detectivity of up to 3.12×10^(12) Jones,which is at par with that of Si *** PDs developed in this work exhibit great promise in various optoelectronic nanodevices.

Droplet manipulation plays a significant role in the fields of biomedical detection,microfluidics,and chemical ***,it still remains a great challenge to simultaneously achieve remote,selective,and in situ droplet manipulation on the same ***,Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles were doped in a shape-memory polymer(SMP)to prepare a photothermal-responsive Fe_(3)O_(4)-SMP composite which showed remarkable near-infrared(NIR)light-triggered shape-memory *** micropillar array was constructed on such Fe_(3)O_(4)-SMP composite through femtosecond laser microfabrication and fluoroalkylsilane *** surface wettability of the as-prepared surface can transform from a low-adhesive sliding state to a high-adhesive pinning state as the micropillars are deformed by ***,the deformed micropillars can stand up and restore to their original morphology under remote NIR light irradiation,resulting in the reversible and repeatable recovery of the ultralow-adhesive *** such light-triggered wettability switching,the droplets pinning on the sample surface can be remotely,selectively,and in situ ***,the superhydrophobic Fe_(3)O_(4)-SMP surface is successfully applied in lossless liquid transfer,selective droplet release,and droplet-based *** as-fabricated superhydrophobic surfaces with NIR light-controlled reversible wettability will hold great promise in the fields of liquid manipulation,lab-on-a-chip,and microfluidics.

Channel avulsion is a natural phenomenon that occurs abruptly on alluvial river deltas,which can affect the channel *** causes for avulsion could be generally categorized as topography-and flood-driven ***,previous studies on avulsion thresholds usually focused on topography-driven factors due to the centurial or millennial avulsion timescales of the world’s most deltas,but neglected the impacts of flood-driven *** the current study,a novel demarcation equation including the two driven factors was proposed,with the decadal timescale of avulsion being considered in the Yellow River Estuary(YRE).In order to quantify the contributions of different factors in each category,an entropy-based methodology was used to calculate the contributing weights of these *** factor with the highest weight in each category was then used to construct the demarcation equation,based on avulsion datasets associated with the *** avulsion threshold was deduced according to the demarcation *** avulsion threshold was then applied to conduct the risk assessment of avulsion in the *** results show that:two dominant factors cover respectively geomorphic coefficient representing the topography-driven factor and fluvial erosion intensity representing the flood-driven factor,which were thus employed to define a two dimensional mathematical space in which the demarcation equation can be obtained;the avulsion threshold derived from the equation was also applied in the risk assessment of avulsion;and the avulsion threshold proposed in this study is more accurate,as compared with the existing thresholds.

BACKGROUND meigs syndrome is a rare neoplastic disease characterized by the triad of benign solid ovarian tumor,ascites,and pleural *** postmenopausal women with pleural effusions,ascites,elevated CA-125 level,and pelvic masses,the probability of disseminated disease is ***,the final diagnosis is based on its histopathologic features following surgical removal of a mass *** we describe a case of meigs syndrome with pleural effusion as the initial *** SUMMARY A 52-year-old woman presented with a 2-mo history of dry cough and oppression in the chest and was admitted to our hospital due to recurrent pleural effusion and gradual worsening of dyspnea that had occurred over the previous *** months before admission,the patient underwent repeated chest drainage and empirical anti-tuberculosis ***,the pleural fluid accumulation persisted,and the patient began to experience dyspnea on exertion leading to admission.A computed tomography scan of the chest,abdominal ultrasound,and magnetic resonance imaging confirmed the presence of right-sided pleural effusion and ascites with a right ovarian *** tumor markers showed raised *** a suspicion of a malignant tumor,the patient underwent laparoscopic excision of the ovarian mass and the final pathology was consistent with an ovarian *** the seventh day postoperation,the patient had resolution of the right-sided pleural *** Despite the relatively high risk of malignancy when an ovarian mass associated with hydrothorax is found in a patient with elevated serum levels of CA-125,clinicians should be aware about rare benign syndromes,like meigs,for which surgery remains the preferred treatment.
