Study on Original Ecological Tridimensional Slope Vegetation

No matter from the perspective of slope protection, landscape effect and construction cost, or from the perspective of ecological benefit, the development of original ecological tridimensional vegetation has become the inevitable trend for slope vegetation in pursuit of protecting ecological condition, decreasing soil erosion, maintaining ecological balance and beautifying environment of slope. The concept of original ecological tridimensional slope vegetation is proposed in this paper, and the original ecological tridimensional slope vegetation is studied through theoretical analysis and experiments. Specifically, the mechanical effect of slope vegetation in reinforcing the cohesion and shear strength of soil mass is firstly discussed, and then experiments are performed to study the water interception and containing function of slope under various vegetation conditions. Moreover, the relation between soil moisture and cohesion, the relation between root distribution density and cohesion, and the relation between root distribution density and soil shear strength are also studied based on ***, based on field observation, the soil erosion states of slope under various vegetation conditions are comparatively studied. It is found that the original ecological tridimensional slope, which combines grass,shrub and tree, can generate comprehensive slope protection effects, and hence strengthen the slope protection ability and bring multiple slope protection benefits. Thereby, the theoretical foundation for developing original ecological tridimensional slope vegetation is established.

Design, Synthesis and Antitumor Activity of Novel Indolin-2-one Derivatives Containing 4-Thiazolidinone Moiety

A series of novel indolin-2-one derivatives containing 4-thiazolidinone moiety（7a--7r） were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antitumour activities against MDA-MB-231 （human breast cancer）, H460（human lung cancer） and HT-29（human colon cancer） cell lines by standard 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazae-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazo- lium bromide（MTT） assay. Representative compounds（Td, 7k, 7m, 7p） with higher cytotoxicity were further examined against one normal cell line（WI-38, human fetal lung fibroblasts）. The preliminary investigation shows that most of the compounds display moderate to excellent potency and high selectivity against different human cancer cell lines. In particular, the most potent compound 7m shows promising cytotoxicity against MDA-MB-231, H460 and HT-29 cell lines with IC5o values of 0.78, 0.056 and 0.018 μmol/L, respectively. The potency is much higher than that of Sunitinib（IC50=3.46 μmol/L against MDA-MB-231, IC50=2.59 μmol/L against H460, IC50=1.50 μmol/L against HT-29） by 4.4, 46.3 and 83.3 fold.

Investigation of the cross-reaction mechanism of C_6H_5F-HNO_2 aqueous solution irradiated at 355 nm by transient absorbance spectrum technique

The transient absorption spectrum technique was employed to investigate the cross-reaction mecha-nism of C6H5F-HNO2 aqueous solution irradiated at 355 nm. The characteristic and the kinetic parame-ters of transient species were also detected. Hydroxyl radical derived from the photolysis of HNO2 was added to monofluorobenzene with a second-order rate constant of (5.83±0.17)×109 L·mol-1·s-1 to form an adduct, C6H5F···OH, which was able to react with HNO2 as the main reaction pathway with a rate constant of (8.3±0.1)×107 L·mol-1·s-1. The C6F6···OH adduct can also be decayed by elimination of H2O to yield monofluorophenyl radical C6H4F·. By GC-MS technique, the final products were identified to be monofluorophenol, nitro-monofluorobenzene, nitro-monofluorophenol and para-fluorobiphenyl.

Design of variable-rate liquid fertilization control system and its stability analysis

Variable-rate technology(VRT)has been paid more attentions by farmers in an attempt to match inputs to local growing conditions *** in every country are highly encouraged to adopt this practice rather than uniform-rate application(URA).However,the standard methods and design used to quantify application accuracy for VRT remain ***,a variable-rate liquid fertilization control system was designed to meet accurate fertilization *** designed control system could enable the real-time proportion and mixture of three kinds of liquid fertilizers,namely,N,P and K,in accordance with decision support *** task controller reads related information and sends such data to the control system,which is responsible for fertilization *** controller could realize liquid fertilizer adjusting through the electromagnetic flow control valves.A high-precision flow meter could measure the fertilization amount,which is sent as feedback to the controller to form a closed-loop control system based on the improved proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control algorithm that could enhance the stability and accuracy of precision variable-rate liquid fertilization control *** between the actual and planned application rates indicated good performance for both static and field experimental *** models and transfer functions for some functional modules were then constructed by classical theories to derive a system characteristic *** verify the static and dynamic performances,the control system was simulated using the Simulink module on *** showed that the variable-rate fertilization was in accordance with the planned data and that the signal trace effect was *** error was less than 5%for fertilization amount and fertilizer proportion,respectively,and the control response time was 6 s.

660 nm red light-enhanced bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for hypoxic-ischemic brain damage treatment

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation is an effective treatment for neonatal hy- poxic-ischemic brain damage. However, the in vivo transplantation effects are poor and their survival, colonization and differentiation efficiencies are relatively low. Red or near-infrared light from 600-1,000 nm promotes cellular migration and prevents apoptosis. Thus, we hypothesized that the combination of red light with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation would be effective for the treatment of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage. In this study, the migra- tion and colonization of cultured bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on primary neurons after oxygen-glucose deprivation were detected using Transwell assay. The results showed that, after a 40-hour irradiation under red light-emitting diodes at 660 nm and 60 mW/cmz, an increasing number of green fluorescence-labeled bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells migrated towards hypoxic-ischemic damaged primary neurons. Meanwhile, neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage were given an intraperitoneal injection of 1 x 106 bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, followed by irradiation under red light-emitting diodes at 660 nm and 60 mW/cm2 for 7 successive days. Shuttle box test results showed that, after phototherapy and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation, the active avoidance response rate of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage rats was significantly increased, which was higher than that after bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation alone. Exploring evolutionary features of directed weighted hazard network in the subway construction

A better understanding of previous accidents is an effective way to reduce the occurrence of similar accidents in the future. In this paper, a complex network approach is adopted to construct a directed weighted hazard network(DWHN) to analyze topological features and evolution of accidents in the subway construction. The nodes are hazards and accidents, the edges are multiple relationships of these nodes and the weight of edges are occurrence times of repetitive relationships. The results indicate that the DWHN possesses the property of small-world with small average path length and large clustering coefficient, indicating that hazards have better connectivity and will spread widely and quickly in the network. Moreover,the DWHN has the property of scale-free network for the cumulative degree distribution follows a power-law *** makes DWHN more vulnerable to target attacks. Controlling key nodes with higher degree, strength and betweenness centrality will destroy the connectivity of DWHN and mitigate the spreading of accidents in the network. This study is helpful for discovering inner relationships and evolutionary features of hazards and accidents in the subway construction.

Arabidopsis Phytochrome D Is Involved in Red Light-Induced Negative Gravitropism of Hypocotyles

The phytochrome gene family, which is in Arabidopsis thaliana, consists of phytochromes A-E（phyA to phyE）, regulates plant responses to ambient light environments. PhyA and phyB have been characterized in detail, but studies on phyC to phyE have reported discrepant functions. In this study, we show that phyD regulates the Arabidopsis gravitropic response by inhibiting negative gravitropism of hypocotyls under red light condition. PhyD had only a limited effect on the gravitropic response of roots in red light condition. PhyD also enhanced phyB-regulated gravitropic responses in hypocotyls. Moreover, the regulation of hypocotyl gravitropic responses by phyD was dependent upon the red light fluence rate.

An OGC standard-oriented architecture for distributed coal mine map services

GIS- or CAD-based technology has been widely used for cartographic maps in coal mines, but structural gaps between such maps make it difficult to provide an integrated map service, for any specific purpose, at higher levels. There is no uniform platform that can be used to manage all involved maps. The main reason for this is that datasets are submitted by individual coal mines using their individual, diverse software. No consistent model is used within the software for data abstraction and symbolization. This paper first reviews all the essential specifications concerning OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium) interoperability. Then an OGC standard-oriented architecture is proposed to provide distributed coal mine map services. Within this new architecture the management of spatial data archives, and the integration of coal mine maps, are achieved through the interfaces of geospatial services. Finally an open source geospatial approach is suggested to implement the proposed scheme. A case study of the Huaibei Coal Group is used to demonstrate the proposal.

Magnetic phase diagram of single-layer CrBr_(3)

We theoretically provide a magnetic phase diagram for the single-layer(SL)CrBr_(3),which could be effectively tuned by both strain engineering and charge doping in SL-CrBr_(3).Through systematical first-principles calculations and Heisenberg model Hamiltonian simulations,three different magnetic phases in SL-CrBr_(3),which are off-plane ferromagnetic,in-plane ferromagnetic and in-plane Neél-antiferromagnetic phases,are found in the strain and charge doping regimes we ***,our results show that higher order Heisenberg exchange parameters and anisotropy exchange parameters should be taken into account for accurately illustrating the magnetic phase transition in SL-CrBr_(3).As a result,we find from the SpinW simulation that the Curie temperature is about T_(c)=38.4 K,which is well consistent with the experimental result 34 K[Nano Lett.193138(2019)].The findings here may be confirmed in future experiments,and may be useful for the potential applications of SL-CrBr_(3)in spintronics field.
