The effect of Zr addition(0.005,0.013,and 0.054 wt.%)on the microstructure and toughness of simulated coarse-grained heat-affected zone in high-strength low-alloy steels was revealed using a Gleeble 2000 thermal *** was observed that elongated MnS inclusions were formed in the lowest Zr-containing steel,while only pure equiaxed ZrO2 existed in the 0.054Zr steel(Zr content of 0.054 wt.%).Complex oxide-sulfide inclusions(ZrO2+MnS)with size of(1.40±0.25)μtm were formed in 0.013Zr steel(Zr content of 0.013 wt.%).The complex inclusions refined the prior austenite grain,and the nucleation of acicular ferrite was promoted compared to those of 0.005Zr steel(Zr content of 0.005 wt.%)and 0.054Zr ***,the 0.013Zr steel possessed superior low-temperature impact toughness in relation to 0.005Zr and 0.054Zr ***,moderate Zr addition can be considered as an effective method to refine the structure and improve the mechanical properties of the coarse-grained heat-affected zone.

The rich phase behavior of block copolymers(BCPs)has drawn great attention in recent ***,the double diamond(DD)phase is rarely obtained because of the competition between the minimization of interfacial energy and packing ***,a rod-coil BCP containing mesogen-jacketed liquid crystalline polymer is designed to acquire ordered bicontinuous network *** reduction of internal energy originating from the orientational interaction among the rod blocks can compensate for the free energy penalty of packing frustration to stabilize the DD *** resulting BCP can also experience lamellae-to-DD and double gyroid-to-lamellae transitions by changing the annealing *** results make the rod-coil BCP an excellent candidate for the self-assembly of ordered network structures,demonstrating great potential in nanopatterning and metamaterials.

The problem of diving control for an underactuated unmanned undersea vehicle(UUV) considering the presence of parameters perturbations and wave disturbances was *** vertical motion of an UUV was divided into two noninteracting subsystems for surge velocity control and *** stabilize the vertical motion system,the surge velocity and the depth control controllers were proposed using backstepping technology and an integral-fast terminal sliding mode control(IFTSMC).It is proven that the proposed control scheme can guarantee that all the error signals in the whole closed-loop system globally converge to the sliding surface in finite time and asymptotically converge to the origin along the sliding *** a unified control parameters for different motion states,a series of numerical simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the above designed control scheme,which also shows strong robustness against parameters perturbations and wave disturbances.

BACKGROUND Obstructive colorectal cancer(OCC)is always accompanied by severe complications,and the optimal strategy for patients with OCC remains *** from emergency surgery(ES),self-expandable metal stents(SEMS)as a bridge to surgery(BTS),could increase the likelihood of primary ***,the stent failure and related complications might give rise to a high recurrence *** studies have focused on the indications for either method,and the relationship between preoperative inflammation indexes and the prognosis of OCC is still *** To explore the indications for ES and BTS in OCCs based on preoperative inflammation *** One hundred and twenty-eight patients who underwent ES or BTS from 2008 to 2015 were *** operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was used to define the optimal preoperative inflammation index and its cutoff ***–Meier analyses and Cox proportional hazards models were applied to assess the association between the preoperative inflammation indexes and the survival outcomes[overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)].Stratification analysis was performed to identify the subgroups that would benefit from ES or *** OS and DFS were comparable between the ES and BTS groups(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed derived neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(dNLR)as the optimal biomarker for the prediction of DFS in ES(P<0.05).Lymphocyte-tomonocyte ratio(LMR)was recommended for BTS with regard to OS and DFS(P<0.05).dNLR was related to stoma construction(P=0.001),pneumonia(P=0.054),and DFS(P=0.009)in *** was closely related to lymph node invasion(LVI)(P=0.009),OS(P=0.020),and DFS(P=0.046)in the BTS *** was an independent risk factor for ES in both OS(P=0.032)and DFS(P=0.016).LMR affected OS(P=0.053)and DFS(P=0.052)in the BTS *** could differentiate the OS between the ES and BTS groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Preoperative dNLR and LMR could predict OS and DFS in pat

With the Chinese reformation of medical care system actualizing, Chinese hospital’s management enters into a competitive market environment. It’s a problem of hospitals how to survive and develop themselves quickly under the complex competition environment. It’s also a problem need to research in management field of our country. This paper focuses on the issue of hospital’s management in the complex environment of knowledge society, especially studies on the human resources investment risks in the process of hospital human resources management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the inbeing of hospital management with the means of value chain, and analyses the characters of hospital’s value chain. Secondly, by redefining the concept of medical treatment quality, this paper brings forward new meaning of medical treatment quality, and analyzes the hospital’s value based on this new meaning. Thirdly, this paper establishes an interrelation model of hospital, employee, sufferer, investor and supplier, and studies the relation of each of the factors. Then, this paper studies the value chain of the inner hospital, especially analyzes the value and risk of human resources management which have influence on the development of hospital. Finally, this paper brings forward fore conclusions about hospital’s human resources management and elusion of human resources investment risks.

La0.7Sr0.3MnO3（LSMO） nanorods were synthesized by a method combining sol-gel with molten salts at 950 ℃ for 10 h, which employed KCl＋NaCl（mass ratio 4：1） as eutectic molten salts. The morphologies and magnetic properties of the resulting LSMO nanorods were investigated by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, and vibrating sample magnetometer（VSM） measurements. It was found that the obtained perovskite manganite LSMO was a uniform nanorod with a diameter of about 50 nm and a length of longer than 500 rim. The Curie temperature（To） of the LSMO nanorod used here was 262 K, much lower than that of bulky single crystal LSMO（360 K）. The low Curie temperature might be a result of the great disorder near the grain boundary, which could be observed clearly from the TEM picture.

BACKGROUND The rare incidence of esophageal neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC)and limited treatment experience result in insufficient clinical observations and unsuitable guidelines for its *** To investigate the prognostic value of pretreatment contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT)characteristics in patients with esophageal *** Seventy-seven esophageal NEC patients who received contrast-enhanced CT at two hospitals were enrolled in this study from June 2014 to December *** clinical features and image characteristics were recorded *** survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test,and multivariate analysis was carried out with a Cox proportional hazards *** The multivariate analysis performed using the Cox proportional hazards model showed that N stage,adjuvant chemotherapy,and degree of enhancement were independent prognostic factors for overall survival(OS).Meanwhile,adjuvant chemotherapy was an independent prognostic factor for progression-free survival(PFS).The hazard ratios(HRs)of N stage,adjuvant chemotherapy,and degree of enhancement(mild vs moderate/marked)for OS were 0.426(P=0.024),3.862(P=0.006),and 2.169/0.809(P=0.037),*** HR of adjuvant chemotherapy for PFS was 6.432(P<0.001).Adjuvant chemotherapy was significantly associated with degree of enhancement(P=0.018).CONCLUSION Adjuvant chemotherapy is an independent prognostic factor for OS and ***,N stage and degree of enhancement are prognostic factors for OS in patients with esophageal NEC.

Background We analysed and compared the aquaporin 8 （AQP8） expression in ascending and descending colon mucosa between patients with diarrhoea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （D-IBS） and healthy volunteers, in order to study the relationship between the clinical feature of IBS, the expression of AQP8 and the pathological mechanism of D-IBS. Methods Specimens were taken from the proximal ascending colon or distal descending colon of D-IBS patients （n=-26） and healthy volunteers （n=30）, and AQP8 mRNA expression of each specimen was determined by fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （FQ-RT-PCR）. In patients with D-IBS, the relationship was analysed between AQP8 expression in both ascending and descending colons and clinical features including gender, age of onset, duration of illness, frequency of defecation, and stool characteristics. Results Although AQP8 was present in the epithelium of the ascending and descending colons in healthy persons and D-IBS patients, the AQP8 level of the D-IBS patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy persons （P〈0.01 in the ascending colon, P〈0.05 in the descending colon）. AQP8 expression was not correlated with the age of patients with D-IBS （P〉0.05 both in the ascending and descending colons） or the age at the onset （P〉0.05 both in the ascending and descending colons）, but closely with the duration of illness （P〈0.05 in the ascending colon, P〈0.01 in the descending colon）, frequency of defecation （P〈0.01 in the ascending colon, P〈0.05 in the descending colon） and stool characteristics （P〈0.01 in the ascending colon, P〉0.05 in the descending colon）. Conclusions The decreased AQP8 expression in D-IBS patients indicates that dysfunction of colonic absorption may cause reduced water absorption, loose stool and diarrhoea. The expression of AQP8 may be related to D-IBS.
