Investigation of Microstructure, Microhardness and Thermal Properties of Ag-In Intermetallic Alloys Prepared by Vacuum Arc Meltings

Ag-In intermetallic alloys were produced by using vacuum arc furnace. Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometry(EDX) were used to determine the thermal properties and chemical composition of the phases respectively. Microhardness values of Ag-In intermetallics were calculated with Vickers hardness measurement method. According to the experimental results, Ag-34 wt%In intermetallic system generated the best results of energy saving and storage compared to other intermetallic systems. Also from the microhardness results, it was observed that intermetallic alloys were harder than pure silver and Ag-26 wt%In system had the highest microhardness value with 143.45 kg/mm^(2).

Straw return can effectively improve farmland soil microenvironment and fertility. However, excessive straw in the topsoil adversely affects seed germination and crop growth. At present, the characteristics and key driving factors of straw decomposition in dry farmlands are unclear. Based on the interactions between tillage practices including zero tillage(zt), chisel tillage(CT), and plow tillage(PT) and nitrogen(N) fertilization, i.e., low N(N1,180 kg ha-1), normal N(N2, 240 kg ha-1), and high N(N3, 300 kg ha-1), quantitative polymerase chain reaction technology and an enzymatic detection kit were used to investigate the effects of key straw C-degrading enzyme activities and microbial abundance in soil on maize straw decomposition during the growth period of winter wheat in the winter wheat/summer maize double cropping system in a dry farmland of the Loess Plateau, China. Between 2018and 2020, zt and CT significantly increased winter wheat yield(by 10.94% and 12.79%, respectively) and straw decomposition velocity(by 20% and26.67%, respectively), compared with PT. Compared to N1 and N3, N2 significantly increased wheat yield(by 4.65% and 5.31%, respectively) and straw decomposition velocity(by 26.33% and 13.21%, respectively). The partial least squares pathway modelling showed significant positive direct effects of soil moisture, NO3-, NH4+, total N, bacteria, and cellulase, laccase, and xylanase activities on straw decomposition, while soil p H, fungi, and Actinomycetes had significant negative direct effects. Overall, conservation tillage(zt and CT) combined with N2 was beneficial for straw decomposition in the drylands of the Loess Plateau and improved straw resource utilization and basic soil fertility. The results of the study clarified the key drivers of straw decomposition in dry farmlands and provided new ideas for developing updated soil management practices and adaptive N application strategies to promote the resource utilization of straw and achieve the

碳纤维电极表面氨基改性可以显著提高其电化学性能和电场响应性能。通过控制接枝电压(3,5,7)V,在碳纤维表面接枝聚双氰胺薄膜调控电极/海水界面双电层结构和电化学性能。结果表明,接枝电位越高,碳纤维表面聚双氰胺薄膜越均匀,电极双电层结构越稳定。其中CF-7V的综合性能最佳,其比电容达到9.368 F·g^(-1),为空白组的31.6倍;电荷转移电阻和低频容抗显著降低;7天电位漂移量为1.68 mV,可以正常响应1×10^(-3)Hz,0.03 mV/m的低频弱电场信号,电极的响应灵敏度、准确度得到了显著提高。电接枝改性后碳纤维电极的电场响应性能与Ag/AgCl电极相当,这是一种新型高性能海洋电场传感器,可望提高海洋电场探测能力。

BACKGROUND The purpose of the present study was to examine retrospectively the contribution of 18Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography computed tomography(18FDG-PET/CT)to the evaluation of response to first-line gemcitabine plus cispla-tin-based chemotherapy in patients with metastatic bladder *** To evaluate the response to Gemcitabine plus Cisplatin-based chemotherapy using 18FDG-PET/CT imaging in patients with metastatic bladder *** Between July 2007 and April 2019,79 patients underwent 18FDG-PET/CT imaging with the diagnosis of Metastatic Bladder Carcinoma(M-BCa).A total of 42 pa-tients(38 male,4 female)were included in the study,and all had been admi-nistered Gemcitabine plus Cisplatin-based *** completion of the therapy,the patients underwent a repeat 18FDG-PET/CT scan and the results were compared with the PET/CT findings before chemotherapy according to European Organisation for the Research and treatment of cancer *** age was 66.1 years and standard deviation was 10.7 years(range:41–84 years).RESULTS Of the patients,seven(16.6%)were in complete remission,17(40.5%)were in partial remission,six(14.3%)had a stable disease,and 12(28.6%)had a pro-gressive *** overall response rate was 57.1 *** 18FDG-PET/CT can be considered as a successful imaging tool in evaluating response to first-line chemotherapy for metastatic bladder *** and functional data obtained from PET/CT scans may be useful in the planning of secondline and thirdline chemotherapy.

The weakly ionized plasma flows in aerospace are commonly simulated by the single-fluid model,which cannot describe certain nonequilibrium phenomena by finite collisions of particles,decreasing the fidelity of the *** on an alternative formulation of the targeted essentially non-oscillatory(TENO)scheme,a novel high-order numerical scheme is proposed to simulate the two-fluid plasmas *** numerical flux is constructed by the TENO interpolation of the solution and its derivatives,instead of being reconstructed from the physical *** present scheme is used to solve the two sets of Euler equations coupled with Maxwell's *** numerical methods are verified by several classical plasma *** results show that compared with the original TENO scheme,the present scheme can suppress the non-physical oscillations and reduce the numerical dissipation.
