COVID-19 is an emerging,rapidly evolving pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Due to its distinctive features in etiology,epidemiology and pathology,this infectious disease poses considerable diagnostic and therapeutic challenge[1].Patients with COVID-19 mainly receive supportive care and symptom management.

*** May 11,2023,the internationally renowned journal Nature announced that a first draft of the human pangenome reference has been constructed[1].This research was carried out by the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium(HPRC).One month later,on June 14,2023,a pangenome reference of 36 Chinese populations was published on journal Nature[2],which was performed by Chinese Pangenome Consortium(CPC).As the scientists pointed out that since the Human Genome Project(HGP)published the human reference genome,it provided a reference blueprint for genomic ***,the limitations of the human reference genome have gradually emerged,and it is difficult to reflect the genome diversity of the"human"species.

With the development of central-private enterprises integration,selecting suitable key suppliers are able to provide core components for smart complex *** consider selecting suitable key suppliers from matching perspective,for it not only satisfies natural development of smart complex equipment,it is also a good implementation of equipment project in central-private enterprises integration *** in this paper,we carry out two parts of research,one is evaluation attributes based on comprehensive analysis,and the other is matching process between key suppliers and core components based on the matching *** practical analysis process,we employ comprehensive evaluated analysis methods to acquire relevant attributes for the matching process that *** the analysis process,we adopt entropy-maximum deviation method(MDM)-decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)to obtain a comprehensive *** entropy-MDM is applied to get weight value,DEMATEL is utilized to obtain internal relations,and TOPSIS is adopted to get ideal evaluated *** consider aggregating two types of evaluation information according to similarities of smart complex equipment based on the combination between geometric mean and arithmetic ***,based on the aforementioned attributes and generalized power Heronian mean operator,we aggregate preference information to acquire relevant satisfaction degree,then combine the constructed matching model to get suitable key *** comprehensive analysis of selecting suitable suppliers,we know that two-sided matching and information aggregation can provide more research perspectives for smart complex *** analysis for relevant factors,we find that leading role and service level are also significant for the smart complex equipment development process.

Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors （mAChRs） play crucial roles in various physiological functions and pathophysiological processes. Acetylcholine （ACh）, as a classical ligand and one of the pivotal neurotransmitters, serves as a prototype for the elucidation of molecular interaction and the development of mimicked and antagonized agents. With the advances in medicinal chemistry and structural biology, more and more mAChRs modulators derived from natural toxins have been identified. Based on the chemical structures and the receptor-ligand interaction modes, these mAChRs modulators can be divided into orthosteric modulators, allosteric modulators and other modulators. Moreover, allosteric modulators can be further divided into three groups： alcuronium-like modulators, staurosporine-like modulators, and phlegrnarine-like modulators. In this review, we focus on various mAChRs modulators derived from natural toxins on the basis of the receptor-ligand interaction modes. The under- standing of the affinity, the intrinsic efficacy, and the selectivity of mAChRs modulators may lead to the discovery of new drug leads for the treatment of diseases related to mAChRs.

According to new features of distributed technology innovation collaboration of complex products of China’s aviation,in the multi-agent collaborative R&D process,between main manufacturer and suppliers,this paper summarizes the organizational structure and characteristics of collaborative mode of distributed technology innovation of complex products,basing on the technological innovation and resource integration of complex products,and treating resource contribution rate as a key parameter. It establishes multi-agent resource integration collaborative symbiosis model under distributed collaborative technology innovation mode based on symbiosis theory. And finds that some factors such as the basic attributes of the enterprise,the mutual influence of resources among enterprises and the behavior decision of the main manufacturer have some effects on the resource integration using stability analysis and simulation analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the main manufacturer to optimize the behavior of suppliers’ resource integration.

The presence of protein corona on the surface of nanoparticles modulates their physiological interactions such as cellular association and targeting *** has been shown that α-mangostin(αM)-loaded poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(l-lactide)(PEG-PLA)nanoparticles(NP-αM)specifically increased low density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR)expression in microglia and improved clearance of amyloid beta(Aβ)after multiple ***,how do the nanoparticles cross the blood‒brain barrier and access microglia remain ***,we studied the brain delivery property of PEG-PLA nanoparticles under different conditions,finding that the nanoparticles exhibited higher brain transport efficiency and microglia uptake efficiency afterαM loading and multiple *** reveal the mechanism,we performed proteomic analysis to characterize the composition of protein corona formed under various conditions,finding that both drug loading and multiple dosing affect the composition of protein corona and subsequently influence the cellular uptake of nanoparticles in ***3 and BV-2 *** proteins,immunoglobulins,RAB5A and CD36 were found to be enriched in the corona and associated with the process of nanoparticles ***,we bring a mechanistic understanding about the modulator role of protein corona on targeted drug delivery,and provide theoretical basis for engineering brain or microglia-specific targeted delivery system.
