The superlubrication property of articular cartilage is attributed to the hydration lubrication *** involves the complexation of biomacromolecules with phosphatidylcholine lipids to form a lubricating boundary layer on the *** on this mechanism,a branched polyelectrolyte polymer-PEi-PMPc was synthesised in this study to enhance lubrication via tert-butyl hydroperoxide-initiated grafting polymerisation of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine(MPc)onto polyethyleneimine(PEi)with various molecular *** the characterisation of the polymer using nuclear magnetic resonance,a series of tribological tests were performed under different normal loads and different scan *** results showed that the PEi-PMPc polyelectrolyte polymer in aqueous solution could effec.ively reduce the fric.ion coefficient and wear generation between the polyethylene ball and the silica ***,an improvement in the lubrication performance was detected for the PEi-PMPc polyelectrolyte polymer when high molecular weight PEi was used during the reac.ion,which was attributed to the formation of the hydration shells surrounding the zwitterionic charges of PMPc and the viscosity of the *** conclusion,the PEi-PMPc polyelectrolyte polymer developed herein was characterised by enhanced lubrication,and may be potentially used for biomedical applications such as intra-articular injec.ion to restore joint lubrication.

降雨季节亚热带常绿阔叶林透冠雨对土壤可溶性有机质的迁移作用

[目的]作为森林土壤中活性最高的组分,可溶性有机质(DOM)不仅可以直接被微生物利用,还是生态系统中c、N、P等元素迁移的主要载体,其迁移过程受到透冠雨驱动的水力作用和溶解过程的影响。[方法]通过野外原位控制透冠雨输入试验,以亚热带常绿阔叶林的砂质红壤为对象,对照林窗降雨,分析降雨季节森林透冠雨对不同土层土壤可溶性有机碳(DOc)、可溶性有机氮(DON)和可溶性有机磷(DOP)动态变化的影响。[结果](1)相对于林窗降雨,整个降雨季节以透冠雨为载体输入到土壤的DOM显著增加(pc、DON和DOP浓度分别增加37.00%,93.47%,85.12%,DOc、DON和DOP通量分别增加20.76%,49.93%,61.55%,但通过40 cm深土壤后,其输出通量差异并不显著,表明土壤对透冠雨中DOM具有较强的吸收能力。(2)相较于林窗降雨,透冠雨显著降低土壤表层输入c/N的29.19%,c/P的26.00%,而无明显改变N/P,而经过40 cm深土壤后,透冠雨显著降低土壤40 cm深度输入c/N的19.35%,c/P的13.35%和N/P的7.45%。表明透冠雨DOM增加主要是因为吸收冠层中的DON与DOP,而在土壤中DOM减少部分主要集中在DOc与DOP。(3)土壤DOc与DOP表现为截留减少,而DON表现为富集增加。相较于林窗降雨,透冠雨显著增加0—40 cm土壤对DOc截留量的39.93%和DOP截留量的72.42%,显著减少对DON释放量的32.37%。[结论]研究结果充分证明亚热带常绿阔叶林透冠雨能促进DOM的输入,有利于土壤各层次对DOM的吸收,对于生态系统可持续经营和管理具有一定的科学意义。

Four organic crystals displaying distinc.ively different emission colors based on an ESiPT-ac.ive organic molecule

Four crystals A–D based on a structurally simple ESiPT-ac.ive molecule 4MPP were obtained by subtly controlling the crystallization conditions. Notably, crystals A and c display single emission bands, which correspond to the keto＊（K＊） and enol＊（E＊） emission, respec.ively. B and D exhibit dual emission with different proportion of E＊/K＊ emissions while D sucessfully ac.ieves white emssion. The distinc.ively different emission properties of A–D is mainly because of the change in crystal structures. in addition, A displays amplified spontaneous emission, which indicates its potential as single crystal lasers.

Stigma color plays an important role in *** nature,melon(cucumis melo L.)stigmas are either yellow or green;however,a review of the literature found no report on how stigma color affects pollination and fruit development in ***,we used an F_(2)melon population derived from a cross between‘MR-1’(P_(1),with green stigmas)and‘M1–32’(P_(2),with yellow stigmas),and performed genetic analysis and *** results of bulked segregant analysis allowed the identification of genetic loci controlling stigma color on chromosomes 6 and *** F2 population consisting of 150 individuals was used for initial mapping.A genetic map of 304.17 cM was constructed using 37 cleaved amplified polymorphism sequence(cAPS)*** identified one major quantitative trait locus(QTL)and one minor QTL for stigma *** major QTL GS8.1 was further mapped to a 4.13 cM interval between cAPS markers 8c-10 and 8c-16,which explained 27.04%of the phenotypic *** addition,GS6.1 was mapped between E-49 and 6A-7,explaining 18.6%of the phenotypic *** study provides a theoretical basis for the fine mapping and cloning of melon genes controlling stigma color.

棘头梅童鱼(collichthys lucidus)是重要的小型经济鱼类,为了解其营养结构和食性等特征,于2021和2022年在珠江口水域采集样本,并基于碳、氮稳定同位素(δ13c、δ15N)技术从营养生态位、营养结构指标、食性等角度对其进行研究。结果表明:棘头梅童鱼δ13c为(-18.74±1.41)‰,δ15N为(12.35±0.57)‰,营养级为(3.25±0.17)‰。δ13c在体长小于100.00 mm时随体长增加逐渐上升,之后随体长增加而下降;δ15N在体长120.00 mm两阶段的营养多样性较高,营养生态位宽幅较大;在体长100.00~120.00 mm阶段,种群冗余度与均匀度较高,群落内营养生态位分布均匀,拥有相似营养特征的个体占比高。贝叶斯混合模型溯源表明,浮游动物对棘头梅童鱼的食物贡献比例最高。研究结果可为棘头梅童鱼的资源保护与开发提供理论依据。

为了对贵州冬瓜山大桥区域堆积体稳定性进行初步分析,为桥梁选址提供技术支持。通过详细的工程地质调查、钻探等手段,查明冬瓜山大桥区域堆积体分为D1、D2、D3三个区域,初步判定D1、D2区堆积体处于变形阶段、D3区堆积体稳定。采用极限平衡分析方法与有限差分数值分析对堆积体稳定性、岩土体应力特征进行分析,结果表明:1)D1区堆积体前缘在暴雨工况下处于基本稳定状态,堆积体沿基岩面整体滑动可能性较小,浅层潜在滑动趋势显著;2)D2区堆积体浅层滑动体在天然与暴雨工况下均不稳定,深层滑动体在两种工况下均处于稳定状态,D2区堆积体整体处于稳定状态。D2区堆积体浅层粉质黏土滑移趋势显著,沿深层潜在滑动面和基岩面整体滑动的可能性小;3)D3区堆积体处于稳定状态,堆积体沿着基岩面整体滑动的可能性较小。建议对D1区潜在前缘深层滑动体进行加固防护;对D2区浅层滑动体进行防护设计;对D3区采用加强堆积体范围内截排水措施和变形观测等综合防治措施。

目的探讨硫酸羟氯喹联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性膜性肾病(iMN)的临床效果。方法选取东部战区总医院2021年10月至2023年2月收治的83例iMN患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(41例)和观察组(42例)。所有患者均接受肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂、利尿剂、抗凝药和钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂环孢素的常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予醋酸泼尼松片口服治疗;在对照组基础上,观察组给予硫酸羟氯喹口服治疗;2组患者均治疗12个月。比较2组临床治疗效果。检测并比较2组治疗前后总胆固醇、血肌酐、甘油三酯、白蛋白、c反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、估算肾小球滤过率和24 h尿蛋白水平。比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组[92.9%(39/42)比70.7%(29/41)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.860,P=0.009)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇、血肌酐、甘油三酯、c反应蛋白、24 h尿蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均PiMN临床效果较好,能够明显控制蛋白尿,改善肾功能,调节血脂,且安全性较好。
