农机服务外包对农民收入的影响研究

剖析农机服务外包与农民收入之间的关系,对实现共同富裕具有重要意义。基于31个省的省级面板数据,运用固定效应模型探讨农机服务外包对农民收入的影响,并利用中介效应模型考察农机服务外包对农民收入的影响机制。研究结果表明:农机服务外包对农民收入具有明显的正向影响,经过稳健性检验结果依旧显著;农机服务外包对农民收入的促进作用通过促进非农就业和扩大农业经营规模来实现。进一步异质性分析发现,农机服务外包在粮食主产区和内陆地区对农民收入具有明显的促进作用,而农机服务外包在非粮食主产区和沿海地区对农民收入的促进作用不显著。基于此,提出完善农机服务外包制度;提升农机服务主体水平,激发农民对农机服务外包的内生需求;针对不同省份发展差异,实施差异化扶持政策等建议。

With the intensified depletion of high-grade iron ores,the increased aluminum content in iron ore concentrates has become unavoidable,which is detrimental to the pelletization ***,the effect mechanism of aluminum on pellet quality must be *** this study,the influence of aluminum occurrence and content on the induration of hematite(H)and magnetite(M)pellets was investigated through the addition of corresponding Al-containing additives,including alumina,alumogoethite,gibbsite,and *** mineralogical analysis,combined with the thermodynamic properties of different aluminum occurrences and the quantitative characterization of consolidation behaviors,were conducted to determine the related *** results showed that the alumina from various aluminum occurrences adversely affected the induration characteristics of pellets,especially at an aluminum content of more than 2.0wt%.The thermal decomposition of gibbsite and kaolinite tends to generate internal stress and fine cracks,which hinder the respective microcrystalline bonding and recrystallization between *** adverse effect on the induration characteristics of fired pellets with different aluminum occurrences can be relieved to varying degrees through the formation of liquid phase bonds between the hematite *** is more beneficial to the induration process than the other three aluminum occurrences because of the formation of more liquid phase,which improves pellet *** research results can further provide insights into the effect of aluminum occurrence and content in iron ore concentrates on downstream processing and serve as a guide for the utilization of high-alumina iron ore concentrates in pelletization.

Large amounts of solid wastes and flue gases are generated in iron and steel production process,probably leading to serious environmental pollution without duly *** innovative and green process of simultaneous reduction of zinc-bearing dusts and activation of low-rank coal was developed and its mechanism was clarified in this *** the optimal conditions,the reduced zinc-bearing dusts containing low harmful elements(0.02%Zn,0.015%K and 0.03%Na)could be made as high-quality burden for blast furnace while the low-rank coal was transferred into K,Na-embedded activated carbon,which can be used as effective adsorbent for purification of SO_(2) and NO-containing flue *** solid wastes were successfully utilized to treat the flue gases through the *** synergetic activation and reduction mechanism in the process was *** coupling effect between reduction reactions of metal oxides in the dusts and activation reaction of carbon in the coal promoted the simultaneous reduction and activation *** the meanwhile,part of the potassium and sodium from the zinc-bearing dusts could be adsorbed by the activated carbon and played a catalytic role in the activation process.

The iron and steel industry(ISI) involves high energy consumption and high pollution. ISI in China, a leading country in the ISI,consumed 15% of the country’s total energy and produced more than 50% of the global ISI’s carbon emissions. Therefore, in the context of global low-carbon economy and emission reduction requirements, low-carbon smelting technology in the ISI has attracted increasingly more attention in China. This review summarizes the current status of carbon emissions and energy consumption in China’s ISI and discusses the development status and prospects of low-carbon ironmaking technology. The main route to effectively reducing carbon emissions is to develop a gas-based direct reduction process and replace sintering with pelletizing, both of which focus on developing pelletizing technology. However,the challenge of pelletizing process development is to obtain high-quality iron concentrates. Consequently, the present paper also summarizes the development status of China’s mineral processing technology, including fine-grained mineral processing technology, magnetization roasting technology, and flotation collector application. This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for the low-carbon development of China’s ISI in terms of a dressing–smelting combination.

Development and Performance Evaluation of Catalyst for Productive Ethylene Cracking Feedstock in Selective Hydrocracking of Straight Run Diesel Oil

The upgrading of diesel oil to produce ethylene rich cracking feedstock is an important and promising technical route to reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline. In the present work, a hydrocracking catalyst suitable for selective hydrocracking of straight run diesel oil to produce high-quality ethylene cracking feedstock at low cost was developed, by optimizing the composition of catalyst support materials, using amorphous silicon aluminum and aluminum oxide with high mesopore content as the main support, and modified Y zeolite with excellent aromatic ring opening selectivity as the acidic component. The catalyst has in-depth characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, N2-low temperature adsorption-desorption, NH3-temperature-programmed desorption, and IR techniques. And its catalytic cracking straight run diesel oil performance was evaluated. The results show that the prepared catalyst has high polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ring opening cracking selectivity. However, alkanes retained in diesel distillates can achieve the goal of producing more ethylene cracking feedstocks with low BMCI value under low and moderate pressure conditions. This work may shed significant technical insight for oil refining transformation.

中国粮食生产效率及影响因素分析——基于DEA-Tobit两步法研究

With the advancement of modern industry, the coupling and information interaction among process variables have become increasingly complex. Current key-performance-indicators-related(KPIs) process monitoring methods typically assume that the training data is sufficient and ignore the scarcity of labeled data. Additionally, not all variables are correlated with KPIs, making it inappropriate to use all variables to construct statistic for fault detection and to directly locate faults using contribution plots. To solve the above problems, we propose semi-supervised KPIs generation and faulty variable localization methods. Firstly, a physical prior-guided KPIs generation method is proposed for combining unsupervised learning and supervised learning for KPIs under the guidance of physical knowledge. Secondly, a relative contribution plot method for relevant variables is proposed for fault variable localization through the hierarchical correlation calculation of process variables and KPIs. Finally, the experiment validates the monitoring and localization performance of the proposed method in the industrial case.

[目的]通过测算中国各省市粮食生产效率评价中国粮食生产综合绩效,并从支农政策、要素投入等维度考察其对中国粮食生产效率的影响。[方法]基于2004—2016年省域面板数据,采用MalmquistDEA模型对粮食生产效率进行测度和分解,并运用面板Tobit随机效应模型对粮食生产效率影响因素进行实证检验。[结果]研究期内粮食生产全要素生产率及其分解指标总体达到DEA有效,且具有明显的时空差异特征;粮食全要素生产率改进主要源于技术进步,而技术效率作用偏低,"单引擎"驱动特征明显;化肥、农用机械、灌溉及支农政策对粮食全要素生产率、技术进步、技术效率均具有正向促进作用,但化肥投入对技术效率作用不显著,各因素作用强度排序为"支农政策>化肥>农业机械>灌溉",且这些影响同样具有区域差异。[结论]提升粮食全要素生产率时要注重农业技术更要逐步提升农业技术效率,通过改革财政支农政策体系和转变要素投入结构来提升中国粮食综合生产效率。

[目的]在推进农民农村共同富裕道路进程中，识别数字普惠金融缩小农村内部收入差距的作用，并从农户生计资源多元化配置视角探索其作用机制。[方法]文章合并使用县域数字普惠金融指数和中国家庭追踪调查数据（CFPS），构造衡量农户收入不平等程度的相对剥夺指数，采用面板Tobit模型考察数字普惠金融对农村内部收入差距的影响，采用中介效应模型从生计资源多元化配置视角考察其作用机制。[结果]（1）数字普惠金融能够有效减缓农户的相对收入剥夺程度，进而缩小农村内部收入差距，数字普惠金融指数每上升1%，农户相对收入剥夺水平下降7.87%，通过一系列稳健性检验后该结果依然可信；（2）生计资源多元化是数字普惠金融缩小农村内部收入差距的重要作用机制，数字普惠金融缩差效应的11.85%可由该作用渠道来解释；（3）数字普惠金融对农村内部收入差距缩减效应也具有明显的异质性，男性户主和45岁以下户主的农户、非农就业占比高和兼业化程度大的农户获得的数字普惠金融缩差“红利”更大。[结论]作为新型金融供给方式，政府应大力推进农村数字普惠金融发展，因地制宜实施农村数字金融政策，鼓励农户生计资源多元化配置，多渠道应对风险提高收入水平，进而缩小农村内部收入差距助推共同富裕。
