Synergistic effect of solvent and solid additives on morphology optimization for high-performance organic solar cells

Controlling the photoactive layer morphology towards nanoscale bi-continuous donor/acceptor interpenetrating networks is a key issue to build high-performance organic solar cells(OSCs).Due to the distinct properties between donor and acceptor materials,casting an active layer from a single solvent solution usually results in either insufficient or excessive phase separation that reduces the device performance.In comparison to the fullerene acceptors with closed-cage structures,the currently dominant non-fullerene acceptors possess the similar anisotropicπ-πinteractions with p-type organic semiconductor donors,giving rise to the complexity of the morphology regulation.Herein,we employ 4,4′-dimethoxyoctafluorobiphenyl(OFP)with strong crystallinity as a volatile solid additive to optimize the active layer morphology of OSCs.The synergistic effect of 1-chloronaphthalene(CN)and OFP as dual additives shows supreme capability on optimizing the morphology over the conventional additive of CN,which is in favor of improving charge transport and suppressing charge recombination for higher fill factors in various systems.In particular,the PTQ10:m-BTP-C6 Ph-based device processed by the additive showed a remarkable powerconversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.74%,whereas the control device processed by CN additive yielded a relatively lower PCE of16.45%.

Principles of Trap Development and Characteristics of Hydrocarbon Accumulation in a Simple Slope Area of a Lacustrine Basin Margin:An Example from the Northern Section of the Western Slope of the Songliao Basin,China

The western slope of the Songliao Basin is a gently dipping monoclinal slope featured by stratum overlap, gradual change of stratum inclination and limited fault development, which formed during basin depression interrupted by a tectonic inversion stage. Structure, sedimentation and reser- voir characteristics show that the development of the slope and its sand bodies＇ depositional genesis de- termined the types, distribution and evolution of traps. Up-dip wedge-out traps in distributary channels, lenticular traps in distal sand bars and sand sheets in the delta front are the main lithologic trap types and usually have thin reservoir beds, small areas, and are distributed in clusters and belts. The episode of tectonic inversion led to the formation of structural traps and combination traps. The combination traps are characterized by large numbers of thin oil-bearing beds occurring along fold belts. Matching axial directions of distributary channel sand bodies in delta fronts with channel morphology during the period between deposition of sand bodies and sealing by an unconformity above is the key to the search for large scale traps in a simple slope area.

Real-Time Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Simulation Using a Particle-Based Physical System

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is used to treat cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Because the high risk of the surgery prevents novice doctors from practicing it on real patients,VR-based surgical simulation has been developed to simulate surgical procedures to train surgeons without patients,cadavers,or animals.In this study,we propose a real-time system designed to provide plausible visual and tactile simulation of the main surgical procedures.To achieve this,the physical properties of organs are modeled by particles,and cluster-based shape matching is used to simulate soft deformation.The haptic interaction between tools and soft tissue is modeled as a collision between a capsule and particles.Constraint-based haptic rendering is used to generate feedback force and the non-penetrating position of the virtual tool.The proposed system can simulate the major steps of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,such as the anatomy of Calot’s triangle,clipping of the cystic duct and biliary artery,disjunction of the cystic duct and biliary artery,and separation of the gallbladder bed.The experimental results show that haptic rendering can be performed at a high frequency(>900 Hz),whereas mesh skinning and graphics rendering can be performed at 60 frames per second(fps).

针对现有对抗样本检测方法存在检测准确率低和训练收敛速度慢等问题,提出一种基于图像去噪技术和图像生成技术实现的对抗样本检测方法 .该检测方法将对抗样本检测问题转换为图像分类问题,无须事先得知被攻击模型的结构和参数,仅使用图像的语义信息和分类标签信息即可判定图像是否为对抗样本.首先,采用基于swin-transformer和vision-transformer实现的移动窗口式掩码自编码器去除图像中的对抗性噪声,还原图像的语义信息.然后,使用基于带有梯度惩罚的条件生成式对抗网络实现的图像生成部分根据图像分类标签信息生成图像.最后,将前两阶段输出的图像输入卷积神经网络进行分类,通过对比完成去噪的图像和生成图像的分类结果一致性判定检测图像是否为对抗样本.在MNIST、GTSRB和CIAFAR-10数据集上的实验结果表明,相比于传统检测方法,本文提出的对抗样本检测方法的平均检测准确率提高6%~36%,F1分数提高6%~37%,训练收敛耗时缩减27%~83%,存在一定优势.

研究目的:地铁车站和地下空间开发一体化设计是大势所趋,本文基于实例对二者的一体化设计进行研究分析,一方面从建筑角度对一体化元素进行探讨,另一方面从结构角度提出一体化设计的重难点。通过此研究分析,真正实现地铁和地下空间开发的有机结合,达到互利共赢,从而为类似工程设计提供参考和借鉴。研究结论:(1)地铁车站和地下空间开发一体化可以做到统一规划、统一设计、统一施工,有明显的经济技术优势;(2)一体化建筑方面需重点考虑空间开发的功能定位、二者的连通形式、和周边城市景观融合这三个要素;(3)一体化结构设计需选择合理的基坑总体方案,可明显缩短建设工期,节约工程造价,接口处推荐刚接形式,形成大刚体,共同受力、共同抵抗变形;(4)一体化设计可广泛应用于地铁车站和地下空间衔接类型的项目中。

Atmospheric stable and fexible Sn-based perovskite solar cells via a bioinspired antioxidative crystal template

Sn-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)demonstrate a potential development in eco-friendly devices due to their hypotoxicity.However,poor stability and crystalline quality are still the challenges for achieving high-performance and long-term operating devices.In this work,inspired by biological protein,nickelporphyrin(Ni-P)with electron cloud on conjugate ring is applied into Sn-based perovskite to prevent perovskite from being eroded.The synergistic effect of water and oxygen is broken in grain boundaries and surface so that the stability of PSCs can be improved obviously,despite there is hardly any barrier for water to erode.Simultaneously,the electron-rich molecules can passivate the defects of perovskite such as iodine vacancy.Moreover,the ester group in Ni-P molecule can bind with SnI;to form complex and then restrain nucleation.Combining with the template effect of 2D molecular,the crystallization of perovskite films is optimized.Therefore,the Sn-based PSCs with Ni-P achieve a stabilized power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 7.79%with negligible hysteresis in fexible devices,respectively.Moreover,the PSCs can maintain 80%of the pristine PCE after 300 h under air environment.

A novel microfluidic flow-cytometry for counting numbers of single-cell β-actins

As a house keeping protein with stable expressions, β-actin is used as a loading control in normalization of western blotting. However, the actual numbers of β-actins at the single-cell level remain elusive. Based on a homedeveloped flow cytometry, single-cell numbers of β-actin from 8 cell types(subtypes) and 2 tumour patient samples were quantified as 9.62 ± 4.29 × 105(A549, Ncell= 14,242), 6.46 ± 3.34 × 105(Hep G2, Ncell= 35,932),1.58 ± 0.90 × 106(MCF 10 A, N6 cell= 16,650), 1.08 ± 0.48 × 10(HeLa, Ncell= 26,151), 7.60 ± 4.34 × 105(PC3, Ncell= 11,922), 1.10 ± 0.72 × 106(SACC-83, Ncell= 13,616), 8.58 ± 4.54 × 105(CAL 27, Ncell= 7271),9.00 ± 4.69 × 105(CAL 27-LN2, Ncell= 6222), 8.26 ± 4.48 × 105(Oral Tumour Patient I, Ncell= 359), and8.19 ± 5.12 × 105(Oral Tumour Patient II, Ncell= 175), and were analyzed by statistical approaches including one-way analysis of variance, neural network based pattern recognition and Bayesian estimation, with varied expressions of β-actins among different cell types located. The dataset reported in this study may serve as a reference in future studies of quantitative protein analysis.

Probing of coupling effect induced plasmonic charge accumulation for water oxidation

A key issue for redox reactions in plasmon-induced photocatalysis, particularly for water oxidation, is the concentration of surface-accumulating charges(electrons or holes) at a reaction site for artificial photosynthesis. However, where plasmonic charge accumulated at a catalyst’s surface, and how to improve local charge density at active sites, remains unknown because it is difficult to identify the exact spatial location and local density of the plasmon-induced charge, particularly with regard to holes. Herein, we show that at the single particle level, plasmon-coupling-induced holes can be greatly accumulated at the plasmonic Au nanoparticle dimer/Ti O2 interface in the nanogap region, as directly evidenced by the locally enhanced surface photovoltage. Such an accumulation of plasmonic holes can significantly accelerate the water oxidation reaction(multi-holes involved) at the interfacial reaction site, with nearly one order of magnitude enhancement in photocatalytic activities compared to those of highly dispersed Au nanoparticles on Ti O2. Combining Kelvin probe force microscopy and theoretical simulation, we further clarified that the local accumulated hole density is proportional to the square of the local near-field enhancement. Our findings advance the understanding of how charges spatially distribute in plasmonic systems and the specific role that local charge density at reaction sites plays in plasmonic photocatalysis.

Diverse and abundant microfossils, such as palynomorphs, algae and Ostracoda, were collected from lower Cretaceous strata of Lishu depression, located in southeastern Songliao basin, and were identified and classified in order to provide relevant, detailed records for paleoclimate research. The early Creta- ceous vegetation and climate of southeastern Songliao basin have been inferred from the analysis of palynomorph genera, algae and Ostracoda of the LSI and SW110 wells. The lower Cretaceous strata include, in ascending stratigraphic order, the Shahezi, Yingcheng and Denglouku formations. Palyno- logical assemblages for each formation, based on biostratigraphic and statistical analyses, provide an assessment of their longitudinal variations. During deposition of the Shahezi Formation, the climate was mid-subtropical. Vegetation consisted of coniferous forest and herbage. During deposition of the Ying- cheng Formation, the climate was south Asian tropical. Vegetation consisted mainly of coniferous forest and herbal shrub. In addition, fresh and saline non-marine water dominated the lacustrine setting during deposition of these formations. Deposition of the Denglouku Formation, however, occurred under a hot and dry tropical climate. The vegetation was mostly coniferous forest and lake waters became saline. Palaeoclimate variation is correlated by the lake level change and the development of sedimentary facies. Palaeoclimate contribute to the formation of hydrocarbon source rocks and reservoir.

三维轮胎花纹模型检索是计算机辅助花纹设计的关键。提出了一种基于非精确邻接图匹配和Cluster Tree的检索方法,利用三维花纹设计参数和几何特征提高检索效率。将B-rep格式的轮胎花纹模型转化为属性邻接图,通过计算边相容度,对两个属性邻接图进行非精确匹配,计算其图相似度;通过设计参数对花纹数据库进行空间划分和递归聚类,构建以Cluster Tree为子树的索引结构,借助几何特征提升拓扑结构相近的花纹模型的区分度。将方法应用于自主开发的三维花纹设计软件平台,结果显示,检索精度和检索效率均较现有通用CAD检索模型高。
