BACKGROUND： The abnormal posture and motor pattern have not stabilized in children with cerebral palsy at early period, thus timely treatment can establish normal postural reflex and motor pattern, and prevent complications of muscle contracture, ankylosis, skeletal deformity, etc. The clinical factors affecting the rehabilitative efficacy of gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy should be observed. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of therapeutic occasion, grading of gross motor function and developmental level on the rehabilitative efficacy in children with cerebral palsy. DESIGN： A case-controlled analysis. SETTING： Qilu Children＇s Hospital of Shandong University. PARTICIPANTS： Totally 138 children with cerebral palsy, who were hospitalized for 12 months in the Rehabilitation Center of Qilu Children＇s Hospital, Shandong University, were selected from April 2004 to September 2006, and all the children were diagnosed to be accorded with the standard set by the national seminar on cerebral palsy in 2004. There were 97 males and 41 females, including 55 cases of 0-2 years old, 47 cases of 2-4 years and 36 cases of 4-6 years. Informed contents were obtained from relatives of all the children. METHODS： ① Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment： Vojta method was to induce the children to turn over the body and crawl by stimulating reflective turn over and crawling on belly. Bobath method including trainings of head control, turning over body, keeping sitting position, keeping balance, crawling, keeping standing position, and walking, etc.; The children were massaged by using the maneuvers of push, press, rub, pull, wave, etc. according to the sites and types of palsy. Acupuncture was performed mainly at bilateral motor areas, the needle was retained for 1 hour per time, 6 days continuously every week, and followed by a 1-day interval. ② Prognosis assessment： The gross motor functional grading of the children with cerebral palsy at admission was asses

BACKGROUND： The recovery of gross motor function is the basis for the improvement of other abilities. It is helpful for judging the rehabilitative effect and prognosis of children with cerebral palsy to analyze the effect of different clinical types on the gross motor ability. OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the influence of different clinical types and different involved sites of limbs of cere- bral palsy on the effect of rehabilitative interventions on gross motor function. DESIGN ： A controlled observation before and after treatment SETTING： Rehabilitation Center of Qilu Children＇s Hospital, Shandong University PARTICIPANTS： Totally 138 children with cerebral palsy having complete data, who were hospitalized for 12 months in the Rehabilitation Center of Qilu Children＇s Hospital, Shandong University, were selected from Apnl 2004 to September 2006, including 97 males and 41 females; 55 cases were younger than 2 years old, 47 cases younger than 4 years and 36 cases younger than 6 years; 76 cases of spasm type, 30 cases of involuntary movement and 32 cases of mixed type （mixture of spasm and involuntary movement）; 64 cases of diplegia, 46 cases of tetraplegia and 28 cases of hemiplegia. All the children and their relatives were informed and agreed to cooperate with the expenments.METHODS： All the 138 children with cerebral palsy were given comprehensive rehabilitative treatment： The assessment of comprehensive ability was conducted to all the children with cerebral palsy by the rehabilitative group before rehabilitation treatment, the rehabilitative objective was established according to the results of the assessment, then feasible rehabilitative training plan was made up. The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world *** study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in *** patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence,pattern,severity and outcome of associated adverse ***:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,*** incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients,the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities,such as fever,chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders,such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders,such as nausea,abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders,such as palpitation and increased heart *** of these ADRs were mild in ***:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low,which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological ***,the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited,and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety.

目的探讨性发育异常(DSD)患儿临床表型及基因型的异质性及相关性。方法回顾性分析全国36家儿童医疗机构2017年1月至2021年5月临床拟诊DSD的1235例患儿的临床资料,对277个DSD相关候选基因进行捕获之后进行二代测序,结合临床表型分析其异质性及相关性。结果1235例临床拟诊为DSD的患儿初诊时社会性别男980例、女255例,初诊年龄为1日龄至17.92岁。通过基因分子学检测致病性变异患儿共443例,阳性检出率为35.9%。临床表型以小阴茎(455例)、尿道下裂(321例)、隐睾(172例)常见;基因检测发现常见变异为SRD5A2变异(80例),AR变异(53例)及CYP21A2变异(44例)。其中临床表型为单纯小阴茎和单纯尿道下裂患儿中,均表现为SRD5A2变异最常见(分别为33例及11例),而单纯隐睾患儿中,以AMH变异最常见(7例)。结论中国DSD患儿最常见的基因变异是SRD5A2变异,常见的临床表型是小阴茎、隐睾、尿道下裂。分子诊断可以提供有关DSD生物学基础的线索并指导临床医生进行特定的临床检查,目标序列捕获探针并二代测序技术能针对性地为DSD患儿提供有效而经济的遗传学诊断。
