Herein a new approach to the application of agricultural eutrophic wastewater for rice plant cultivation is *** was used as a medium for the sorption of ammonia from simulated wastewater and subsequently as a nitrogen(N)releaser in the cultivation of rice *** main goals of this approach were to isolate ammonia from simulated wastewater and transfer it into rice cultivation,and or explore how exogenous N promoted the growth of *** results demonstrate that according to X-ray diffraction phase analysis,most of the properties of biochar were retained before and after loading NH_(4)^(+)-*** with biochar,the crystal peak of AlOOH in N-loaded biochar(NLB)disappeared and the intensity of the crystal peak of CuCaSe_(2)decreased,which was the important mechanism allowing it to adsorb 30.8%of the N present in simulated low N-concentration agricultural *** soil N content in NLB treatments was higher than in Non-NLB treatments during the critical tillering and reproductive growth ***,the N adsorption-desorption process of NLB matched the N requirements of the rice plant,and thus greatly increased the tiller number by 11.9%and rice yield by 7.5%.These results indicated that the indirect use of ammonia derived from wastewater using biochar as a sorption and releasing medium for rice plant cultivation was *** is the first time that biochar was used for possibly indirect reuse of agricultural eutrophic wastewater and enhancement of rice plant growth.

In order to predict acoustic radiation from a structure in waveguide, a method based on wave superposition is proposed, in which the free-space Green＇s function is used to match the strength of equivalent sources. In addition, in order to neglect the effect of sound reflection from boundaries, necessary treatment is conducted, which makes the method more efficient. Moreover, this method is combined with the sound propagation algorithms to predict the sound radiated from a cylindrical shell in waveguide. Numerical simulations show the effect of how reflections can be neglected if the distance between the structure and the boundary exceeds the maximum linear dimension of the structure. It also shows that the reflection from the bottom of the waveguide can be approximated by plane wave conditionally. The proposed method is more robust and efficient in computation, which can be used to predict the acoustic radiation in waveguide.

Background:Cardiomyocytes derived from human embryonic stem cells(hESCs)are regulated by complex and stringent gene networks during *** non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)exert critical epigenetic regulatory functions in multiple differentiation ***,the involvement of lncRNAs in the differentiation of hESCs into cardiomyocytes has not yet been fully ***,we identified the key roles of ZFAS1(lncRNA zinc finger antisense 1)in the differentiation of cardiomyocytes from ***:A model of cardiomyocyte differentiation from stem cells was established using the monolayer differentiation method,and the number of beating hESCs-derived cardiomyocytes was *** expression was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR(qRTPCR).Immunofluorescence assays were performed to assess the expression of cardiac troponin T(cTnT)andα-actinin protein in ***:qRT-PCR showed that ZFAS1 expression in the mesoderm was significantly higher than that in embryonic stem cells,cardiac progenitor cells,and *** of ZFAS1 inhibited cardiomyocyte differentiation from hESCs,which was characterized by reduced expression of the cardiac-specific markers cTnT,α-actinin,myosin heavy chain 6(MYH6),and myosin heavy chain 7(MYH7).In contrast,ZFAS1 overexpression remarkably increased the percentage of spontaneously beating *** terms of the mechanism,we found that ZFAS1 is an antisense lncRNA at the 5′end of the protein-coding gene *** of ZFAS1 could increase the mRNA expression level of ***,qRT-PCR demonstrated that the silencing of ZNFX1 led to an increase in cardiac-specific markers that predicted the promotion of cardiomyocyte ***:Altogether,these data suggest that lncRNA-ZFAS1 is required for cardiac differentiation by functionally inhibiting the expression of ZNFX1,which may provide a reference for the treatment of heart disease to a certain extent.

Quality of service（QoS） multicast routing is non-linear combinatorial optimization problem. It tries to search a multicast routing tree with minimal cost that can meet constraints such as bandwidth, delay, and delay jitter. This paper presents a hybrid scatter search algorithm（ACO＆SS） to solve QoS multicast routing problem. The main feature of the hybrid algorithm is to hybridize the solution construction mechanism of the ACO with scatter search（SS）. Moreover, the hybrid algorithm considers both solution diversification and solution quality. The method has both the advantages of ant colony optimization, the ability to find the higher performance solutions, and that of scatter search, the ability to explore different parts of the solution space and to find better solutions. Finally, the simulation results show that the ACO＆SS algorithm performs well in terms of solution quality.

针对辽西半干旱区稻田土壤保水保肥能力低下的问题,并为探明节水灌溉稻田中斜发沸石的节水减肥效应、明确其调控的氮积累过程参数与水稻产量之间的关系,于2019年和2020年在辽西彰武县绿维农场进行了大田试验。采用随机区组试验设计,设置常规淹灌(对照)、干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石、干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石并减氮1/4、干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石并减磷1/4、干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石并使用等量有机肥替代传统速效肥等5个处理,对水稻耗水量、干物质量、吸氮量等指标进行监测。结果表明,相较于常规淹灌,节水灌溉条件下施用斜发沸石可以显著节水4.8%~11.4%、提高水分生产率6.2%~15.5%、减少磷肥用量25%,最高增产9.7%;水稻耗水量呈现先增加、后降低的单峰曲线规律,而水稻需氮规律符合Richards生长函数变化趋势;主成分分析表明,水稻高产的3个关键因素为前期氮素积累量、氮素积累时间和积累过程的平稳性;干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石并减磷1/4处理与干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石处理增产的原因主要是提高了叶片的氮素积累,继而提高了干物质积累量和氮素在穗部的积累量。综上,干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石并减磷1/4处理与干湿交替灌溉和施加斜发沸石处理氮素积累总量和氮素积累时效均较高,且氮素积累较平稳,是辽西半干旱地区稻田节水增效的重要模式。
