Neuregulin 4 (Nrg4),an epidermal growth factor (EGF) family member,can bind to and activate the ErbB4 receptor tyrosine kinase.Nrg4 has five different isoforms by alternative splicing and performs a wide variety of functions.Nrg4 is involved in a spectrum of physiological processes including neurobiogenesis,lipid metabolism,glucose metabolism,thermogenesis,and angiogenesis.In pathological processes,Nrg4 inhibits inflammatory factor levels and suppresses apoptosis in inflammatory diseases.In addition,Nrg4 could ameliorate obesity,insulin resistance,and cardiovascular diseases.Furthermore,Nrg4 improves non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by promoting autophagy,improving lipid metabolism,and inhibiting cell death of hepatocytes.Besides,Nrg4 is closely related to the development of cancer,hyperthyroidism,and some other diseases.Therefore,elucidation of the functional role and mechanisms of Nrg4 will provide a clearer view of the therapeutic potential and possible risks of Nrg4.

PNF联合KT对大学生肩胛动力障碍患者肩周肌肉激活的效果观察

目的探讨本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation,PNF)联合肌内效贴技术(kinesio taping,KT)对大学生肩胛动力障碍(scapular dyskinesis,SD)患者肩周肌肉激活的效果。方法选取2021年3-7月沈阳体育学院大学生SD患者30例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(PNF联合KT干预)和对照组(仅PNF干预),两组均干预8周。比较干预前后两组上肢表面肌电变化。结果30例患者中男14例、女16例;年龄18~26岁,平均(21.6±1.7)岁。与干预前相比,干预后两组肩关节功能性动作测试(前屈、外展、毛巾抵墙滑动)的最大自主收缩(maximal voluntary contraction,MVC)的差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);干预后,与对照组相比,试验组肩关节前屈的下斜方肌(lower trapezius,LT)的MVC较高[(20.83±3.11)%比(16.36±3.76)%],肩关节外展的上斜方肌(upper trapezius,UT)的MVC较低[(34.95±8.15)%比(42.49±8.06)%]、LT的MVC较高[(27.38±4.61)%比(23.93±6.05)%],肩关节毛巾抵墙滑动的LT的MVC较高[(7.51±1.99)%比(5.87±1.66)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PNF联合KT和PNF单独训练均有利于减少SD肩胛骨位置异常、改善UT过度激活和LT激活不足等肩周肌内异常激活现象,两者联合干预的效果更佳。

Characteristics of atmospheric nitrous oxide observed at Mt.Waliguan GAW global station in the inland Eurasia during eighteen years

This study presents atmospheric N_(2)O mole fractions measured from discrete air samples from 2001 to 2018 at Mt.Waliguan(WLG)station(36°17′N,100°54′E,3816 m asl)in China,which is a global background station of the World Meteorological Organization/Global Atmosphere Watch Programme(WMO/GAW)in central Eurasia.Observed N_(2)O characteristics of annual means,interannual variability,and seasonal cycles were investigated.Our results show that N_(2)O at WLG possess a distinct increasing trend and a statistically significant seasonal cycle,with an average growth rate of 0.9±0.01 ppb yr^(−1)(1σ)(1ppb=10^(−9)),which is close to the global mean.The detrended seasonal cycle shows a trough of−0.25±0.04(1σ)ppb in June and a peak of 0.13±0.07(1σ)ppb in September,with an amplitude of 0.38 ppb.The pattern is due to combined effects of variation in surface sources,vertical convection within the boundary layer and stratosphere to troposphere transportation(STE).The interannual variability in growth rate was partly driven by quasi-biennial oscillation(QBO)of tropical zonal wind through stratospheric transport into the troposphere.According to a cluster analysis of back trajectories and the corresponding average N_(2)O load,most air masses cover arid and semi-arid areas in inner Asia with low N_(2)O emissions,indicating that the atmospheric N_(2)O at the WLG represents the background N_(2)O level in central Eurasia.

Evidence suggests associations between COVID-19 patients or vaccines and glycometabolic dysfunction and an even higher risk of the occurrence of diabetes.Herein,we retrospectively analyzed pancreatic lesions in autopsy tissues from 67 SARS-CoV-2 infected non-human primates(NHPs)models and 121 vaccinated and infected NHPs from 2020 to 2023 and COVID-19 patients.Multi-label immunofluorescence revealed direct infection of both exocrine and endocrine pancreatic cells by the virus in NHPs and humans.Minor and limited phenotypic and histopathological changes were observed in adult models.Systemic proteomics and metabolomics results indicated metabolic disorders,mainly enriched in insulin resistance pathways,in infected adult NHPs,along with elevated fasting C-peptide and C-peptide/glucose ratio levels.Furthermore,in elder COVID-19 NHPs,SARS-CoV-2 infection causes loss of beta(β)cells and lower expressed-insulin in situ characterized by islet amyloidosis and necrosis,activation ofα-SMA and aggravated fibrosis consisting of lower collagen in serum,an increase of pancreatic inflammation and stress markers,ICAM-1 and G3BP1,along with more severe glycometabolic dysfunction.In contrast,vaccination maintained glucose homeostasis by activating insulin receptorαand insulin receptorβ.Overall,the cumulative risk of diabetes post-COVID-19 is closely tied to age,suggesting more attention should be paid to blood sugar management in elderly COVID-19 patients.

结构模型的构建是多孔炭材料结构表征、“构效”关系探究、吸附模拟研究等的前提和基础。本文对基于分子模拟的多孔炭材料结构模型构建方法、应用及特点进行了综述性评介,以挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)吸附净化用活性炭的选型需求为导向,分析各种模型构建方法的适用性。结果表明,由片段单元组装构成多孔炭结构的早期模型,能展现多孔炭材料的部分表观性质,但对多孔炭吸附性能的解析与机理阐释尚缺乏指导意义。多孔炭结构模型构建方法可归为仿真过程法和结构重建法,前者适于炭材料微观结构演变的研究,但所需算力高;后者通过拟合多孔炭的实验、表征数据、在一定约束条件下重建模型,其中的随机填充法可以针对性地调控模型的孔结构和官能团,应用于吸附模拟研究时有助于确定吸附特定VOCs的最优孔结构、筛选合适的活性炭,进而指导多孔炭材料的制备。然而,对包括随机填充法在内的结构重建法,尚需掌握量化调控结构模型孔结构、表面官能团的方法与关键参数,发展能够进行多参数、多指标“构效”关系研究的多尺度化模型,才能对多孔炭材料的实际应用提供指导。

This paper proposes an artificial neural network to determine orientation using polarized skylight. This neural network has specific dilated convolution, which can extract light intensity information of different polarization directions. Then, the degree of polarization (DOP) and angle of polarization (AOP) are directly extracted in the network. In addition, the exponential function encoding of orientation is designed as the network output, which can better reflect the insect’s encoding of polarization information and improve the accuracy of orientation determination. Finally, training and testing were conducted on a public polarized skylight navigation dataset, and the experimental results proved the stability and effectiveness of the network.

锂是当今中国重要的战略金属资源。近年来,在西昆仑稀有金属成矿带中陆续发现卡拉瓦拉、牧林场、康西瓦、白龙山、雪凤岭等中大型高品位伟晶岩型锂矿。为了在具有锂铍化探异常圈定区域寻找新的稀有金属矿床,本次研究以西昆仑造山带东缘大红柳滩稀有金属矿集区的白龙山矿床为模型,建立“晚三叠世S型花岗岩-伟晶岩+巴颜喀拉群地层+韧性剪切带的薄弱地段就位+锂铍化探异常”的组合找矿模型。为了探究位于大红柳滩东缘的克里雅地区是否具有发现稀有金属矿床的潜力,本文以这套组合找矿模型为指导思想,结合地球化学、锆石U-Pb年代学及Hf-Nd同位素等方法对克里雅花岗岩体的研究成果,同时通过区域地层及其构造背景与白龙山矿床的对比分析,结果表明:克里雅岩体属于S型二长花岗岩,平均年龄为207±1.1Ma,与白龙山矿床母岩S型二云母花岗岩在误差范围内一致;此外,尽管克里雅区域锂铍化探异常较高,出露地层相同,且出露伟晶岩,构造形成环境同为后碰撞,但两者岩浆源区不一致。基于以上研究,本文认为克里雅地区不适合运用以白龙山伟晶岩型锂矿床为模型的找矿理论指导。

流行性乙型脑炎国际上统称为日本脑炎（Japanese encephalitis）,简称乙脑,是由黄病毒科虫媒病毒——乙脑病毒引起的一种侵害中枢神经系统的传染病.接种乙脑疫苗是预防流行性乙型脑炎的有效措施.目前国内使用的乙脑疫苗有减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗[1].本文应用液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用（LC/ ESI-MS）方法就本公司生产的乙型脑炎灭活疫苗（Vero 细胞）蛋白质成分进行了初步分析,以期对该类疫苗的研发及生产有所参考,同时希望能在疫苗类蛋白质成分分析及基因工程疫苗的构建方面提供方法学上的参考.
