Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)combined with adjuvant chemotherapy on myelosuppression for colorectal cancer(CRC)patients using network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods Literature searches in both international(PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library)and Chinese(China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure)databases for relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were conducted from inception until October 10,*** included RCTs of patients who received CHM combined with chemotherapy,including FOLFOX,XELOX,FOLFIRI,and other relevant regimens in the CHM treatment *** outcomes included the incidence of myelosuppression,leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and *** reviewers independently screened the databases,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias and credibility of *** 5.4.1 software and STATA 14.0 were used to perform the *** A total of 31 RCTs were included,published from 2008 to 2021 in *** these,2,314 participants comparing the following 9 CHMs were identified:Shengbai Recipe(SBR),Bazhen Decoction(BZD),Jianpi Jiedu Recipe(JJR),Jianpi Recipe(JR),Compound Cantharis Capsule(CCC),Zaofan Pill(ZFP),Guilu Erxian Gel(GL),Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction(BZ),and Qiamagu Capsule(QM).The results of NMA found an indirect *** on the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),the ZFP+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of myelosuppression,with an odds ratio(OR)of 0.08[95%confidence interval(CI):0.01,0.76],whereas the GL+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia,with an OR of 5.25(95%CI:2.41,11.43),4.66(95%CI:2.23,9.72),and 0.27(95%CI:0.13,0.54),***,BZD+chemotherapy could alleviate leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia(P<0.01).Pairwise comparison showed that there was no difference in the efficacy among the 8 CHMs+c

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.

OBJECTIVES To establish a scoring system combining the ACEF score and the quantitative blood flow ratio(QFR) to improve the long-term risk prediction of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS In this population-based cohort study, a total of 46 features, including patient clinical and coronary lesion characteristics, were assessed for analysis through machine learning models. The ACEF-QFR scoring system was developed using 1263consecutive cases of CAD patients after PCI in PANDA Ⅲ trial database. The newly developed score was then validated on the other remaining 542 patients in the *** In both the Random Forest Model and the Deep Surv Model, age, renal function(creatinine), cardiac function(LVEF)and post-PCI coronary physiological index(QFR) were identified and confirmed to be significant predictive factors for 2-year adverse cardiac events. The ACEF-QFR score was constructed based on the developmental dataset and computed as age(years)/EF(%) + 1(if creatinine ≥ 2.0 mg/d L) + 1(if post-PCI QFR ≤ 0.92). The performance of the ACEF-QFR scoring system was preliminarily evaluated in the developmental dataset, and then further explored in the validation dataset. The ACEF-QFR score showed superior discrimination(C-statistic = 0.651;95% CI: 0.611-0.691, P < 0.05 versus post-PCI physiological index and other commonly used risk scores) and excellent calibration(Hosmer–Lemeshow χ^(2)= 7.070;P = 0.529) for predicting 2-year patient-oriented composite endpoint(POCE). Emphysema,myofibroblast accumulation and airway remodeling can occur in the lungs due to exposure to atmospheric pollution,especially fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),leading to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Specifically,bronchial epithelium-fibroblast communication participates in airway remodeling,which results in *** increasing number of studies are now being conducted on the role of exosome-mediated cell-cell communication in disease ***,we investigated whether exosomes generated from bronchial epithelial cells could deliver information to normal stromal fibroblasts and provoke cellular responses,resulting in airway obstruction in *** studied the mechanism of exosome-mediated intercellular communication between human bronchial epithelial(HBE) cells and primary lung fibroblasts(pLFs).We found that PM_(2.5)-induced HBE-derived exosomes promoted myofibroblast differentiation in ***,the exosomal lncRNA expression profiles derived from PM_(2.5)-treated HBE cells and nontreated HBE cells were investigated using an Agilent Human LncRNA *** coculture assays and direct exosome treatment,we found that HBE cell-derived exosomal HOTAIRM1 facilitated the myofibroblast differentiation of ***,we discovered that exosomal HOTAIRM1 enhanced p LF proliferation to secrete excessive collagen secretion,leading to airway obstruction by stimulating the TGF-β/SMAD3 signaling ***,PM_(2.5)reduced FEV1/FVC and FEV1 and increased the level of serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 in healthy people;moreover,serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 was associated with PM_(2.5)-related reductions in FEV1/FVC and *** findings show that PM_(2.5)triggers alterations in exosome components and clarify that one of the paracrine mediators of myofibroblast differentiation is bronchial epithelial cell-derived HOTAIRM1,which has the potential to be an effective prevention and therapeutic target for PM_(2.5)-induced COPD.
