Exploring the tidal effect of urban business district with large-scale human mobility data

Business districts are urban areas that have various functions for gathering people,such as work,consumption,leisure and entertainment.Due to the dynamic nature of business activities,there exists significant tidal effect on the boundary and functionality of business districts.Indeed,effectively analyzing the tidal patterns of business districts can benefit the economic and social development of a city.However,with the implicit and complex nature of business district evolution,it is non-trivial for existing works to support the fine-grained and timely analysis on the tidal effect of business districts.To this end,we propose a data-driven and multi-dimensional framework for dynamic business district analysis.Specifically,we use the large-scale human trajectory data in urban areas to dynamically detect and forecast the boundary changes of business districts in different time periods.Then,we detect and forecast the functional changes in business districts.Experimental results on real-world trajectory data clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of our framework on detecting and predicting the boundary and functionality change of business districts.Moreover,the analysis on practical business districts shows that our method can discover meaningful patterns and provide interesting insights into the dynamics of business districts.For example,the major functions of business districts will significantly change in different time periods in a day and the rate and magnitude of boundaries varies with the functional distribution of business districts.

目的探讨个体化干预应用于老年帕金森体位性低血压(OH)患者的效果。方法选择2020年6月至2022年6月收治的90例老年帕金森OH患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和干预组,每组45例。对照组护理方式为常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上行个体化干预。观察2组OH自我管理水平、血压下降情况、认知功能及并发症发生情况。结果干预前比较,2组干预2周后OH自我管理水平问卷各项评分均更高,且干预组各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);2组干预2周后的收缩压及舒张压下降值降低,且干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组干预2周后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分提高,且干预组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化干预能够改善老年帕金森OH患者自我管理水平及血压下降情况,并可改善患者认知功能,减少并发症。

目的基于Logistic回归分析帕金森病(PD)脑深部电刺激术(DBS)后并发症发生的相关因素。方法纳入2019-12—2023-02张家口市第一医院收治的PD患者347例,均接受DBS治疗,术后随访30 d,以并发症发生情况为依据分为并发症组(n=31)和无并发症组(n=316),回顾性收集患者的临床资料。通过单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析PD患者DBS后发生并发症的相关因素。结果347例PD患者DBS后发生并发症31例,发生率8.93%。多因素Logistic分析显示,低蛋白血症、统一PD评定量表(UPDRSⅢ)评分升高、手术时间延长为PD患者DBS后并发症的相关因素(分别为OR=2.065,95%CI:1.167~3.652;OR=1.925,95%CI:1.278~2.899;OR=2.425,95%CI:1.323~4.444,P<0.05)。结论PD患者DBS后发生并发症的相关因素包括低蛋白血症、UPDRSⅢ评分升高、手术时间延长,可为筛选高危患者、制定临床防治策略提供依据。

目的研究帕金森病伴抑郁患者接受心理干预对负性情绪、睡眠质量的改善作用。方法选取2018年9月至2021年1月入住的帕金森病伴抑郁患者72例,按随机数字表模式将其分组,每组36例。对照组接受基础临床指导,观察组基于对照组条件开展心理干预,比较2组不同干预阶段患者的负性情绪与睡眠状况。结果干预后第3、6周末,观察组测评结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组睡眠效率(1.67±1.15)、睡眠时间(1.32±0.57)、睡眠质量(1.72±1.21)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后出现入睡障碍、梦魇等不良睡眠事件的患者总占比为16.67%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能够有效减轻帕金森病伴抑郁患者的抑郁症状,并且对改善其睡眠质量也非常有利。

Starting from December 2019,Wuhan,China,encountered the first outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)(1-2).The epidemic was successfully suppressed by strict containment so that the number of infected people was reduced to 0 on April 8,2020(3–4).After that,China experienced roughly 3 dozen outbreaks with local transmission caused by imported severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).

目的:观察胫骨远端后侧多向锁定钢板在旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折治疗中的应用价值和安全性。方法: 2012年3月至2017年10月,采用切开复位内固定治疗旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折25例,男17例、女8例;年龄25~71岁,中位数44岁;左侧11 例,右侧14例。受伤后至手术时间1~13 d,中位数8 d。外踝骨折采用常规锁定钢板固定,内踝骨折采用空心螺钉固定,后踝骨折采用胫骨远端后侧多向锁定钢板固定。术后随访观察切口和骨折愈合情况,并采用美国足与踝关节协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝与后足功能评分量表评定总体疗效。结果:本组患者手术时间100~150 min,中位数 125 min 。所有患者均获随访,随访时间12~23个月,中位数16个月。1例切口出现红肿、皮温稍高,给予抗生素、冰敷、抬高患肢等治疗后切口愈合;1例切口有淡黄色渗出液,拆除部分缝线、敞开部分切口、清创换药后切口愈合;其余切口均甲级愈合。骨折均愈合,愈合时间12~23周,中位数15周。术后1年,本组AOFAS踝与后足功能评分(90.70±4.75)分,优21例、良3例、可1例。均无皮肤坏死、骨折畸形愈合或不愈合等并发症发生。结论:切开复位内固定治疗旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折时,采用胫骨远端后侧多向锁定钢板治疗后踝骨折,骨折固定牢靠、愈合好,有利于踝关节功能的恢复,且并发症少。
