M-N-C(M=Fe,Co,Ni,etc.) catalyst owns high catalytic activity in the oxygen catalytic reaction which is the most likely to replace the Pt-based *** it is still a challenge to further increase the active site *** article constructs the high-efficiency FeMn-N/S-C-1000 catalyst to realize ORR/OER bifunctional catalysis by hetero-atom,bimetal(Fe,Mn) doped simultaneously *** evaluated it as bi-functional electro-catalysts,FeMn-N/S-C-1000 exhibits excellent catalytic activity(E_(1/2)=0.924 V,E_(j=10)=1.617 V) in alkaline media,outperforms conventional Pt/C,RuO_(2) and most non-precious-metal catalysts reported recently,Such outstanding performance is owing to N,S co-coordinated with metal to form multi-types of single atom,dual atom active sites to carry out ***,nitrite poison test provides the proof that the active sites of FeMn-N/S-C are more than that of single-atom catalysts to promote catalytic reactions *** better understand the local structure of Fe and Mn active sites,XAS and DFT were employed to reveal that FeMn-N_5/S-C site plays the key role during ***,the FeMn-N/S-C-1000 based low-temperature rechargeable flexible Zn-air also exhibits superior discharge performance and extraordinary durability at-40℃.This work will provide a new idea to design diatomic catalysts applied in low-temperature rechargeable batteries.

The absence of control over carriers transport during electrochemical cycling,accompanied by the deterioration of the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and the growth of lithium dendrites,has hindered the development of lithium metal ***,a separator complexion consisting of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofiber and MIL-101(Cr)particles prepared by electrospinning is proposed to bind the anions from the electrolyte utilizing abundant effective open metal sites in the MIL-101(Cr)particles to modulate the transport of non-effective *** binding effect of the PANM separator promotes uniform lithium metal deposition and enhances the stability of the SEI layer and long cycling stability of ultra-high nickel layered oxide *** PANM as the li||NCM96 separator enables high-voltage cycling stability,maintaining 72%capacity retention after 800 cycles at a charging and discharging rate of 0.2 C at a cut-off voltage of 4.5 V and 0°***,the excellent high-rate performance delivers a specific capacity of 156.3 mA h g^(-1) at 10 *** addition,outstanding cycling performance is realized from−20 to 60°*** separator engineering facilitates the electrochemical performance of lithium metal batteries and enlightens a facile and promising strategy to develop fast charge/discharge over a wide range of temperatures.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of Neiguan(PC6) acupoint acustimulation in preventing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV),especially for patients with guideline-inconsistent CINV prophylaxis(GICP) due to personal reasons METHODS: From January 2021 to December 2021, 373 patients suffered from solid malignancy were recruited according to the inclusion criteria. Complete response(no emesis and no rescue medication use) rate during the overall phase(0-120 h of each chemo-cycle) was the primary assessment of CINV control. The Functional living Index-Emesis(FliE) questionnaire was investigated among these patients as a secondary 'quality of life' objective to assess the impact of CINV on patients' daily life by recording score of nausea and vomiting. RESULTS: With acustimulation of Neiguan(PC6) acupuncture point through a portable, noninvasive and user-friendly device, in terms of complete response rate and scores in nausea/vomiting by FliE questionnaire, patients achieve a better outcome in highly emetogenic chemotherapy(HEC) induced CINV, especially GICP subgroup. Meanwhile, analysis also demonstrated this tendency existed in other patients with HEC/GCCP(guideline consistent CINV prophylaxis) and moderate emetogenic chemotherapy, although the difference was not significant. CONCLUSION: Considering advantages of Neiguan(PC6) acustimulation such as noninvasive, covered by medical insurance and few side effects, we believe it would be an ideal auxiliary tool in CINV control, especially in patients who receive highly emetogenic chemoprotocol and are reluctant to GCCP for economic reasons.

The decomposition and identification of signals are crucial for flow vector acquisition in a multi-dimensional measurement. Here, we proposed a two-dimensional(2D) flow vector measurement system based on all-fiber laser feedback frequency-shifted multiplexing technology. The reliable performance of the system is characterized by experimental verification and numerical simulation. An orthogonal dual-beam structure is employed to eliminate the impact of an unknown incident angle in the practical application. Meanwhile, the vector velocity signals in 2D can be decomposed into one-dimensional(1D) scalar signals by adopting the frequency-shifted multiplexing,which makes it easy to obtain the vector information and velocity distribution of fluid motion through the self-mixing interference frequency spectrum.

Growth of gallium nitride(GaN)inverted pyramids on c-plane sapphire substrates is benefit for fabricating novel devices as it forms the semipolar *** this work,GaN inverted pyramids are directly grown on c-plane patterned sapphire substrates(PSS)by metal organic vapor phase epitaxy(MOVPE).The influences of growth conditions on the surface morphol-ogy are experimentally studied and explained by Wulff *** competition of growth rate among{0001},{1011},and{1122}facets results in the various surface morphologies of GaN.A higher growth temperature of 985 ℃ and a lowerⅤ/Ⅲratio of 25 can expand the area of{}facets in GaN inverted *** the other hand,GaN inverted pyramids with almost pure{}facets are obtained by using a lower growth temperature of 930℃,a higherⅤ/Ⅲratio of 100,and PSS with pattern arrangement perpendicular to the substrate primary flat.

This paper presents a wide-bandwidth back-illuminated modified uni-traveling-carrier photodiode(MUTC-PD)packaged with standard WR-5 rectangular waveguide for high-speed wireless *** optimized epitaxy structure and coplanar waveguide electrodes,the fabricated 4-μm-diameter PD exhibits ultra-flat frequency response and high saturation *** passive circuits including low-loss bias-tee and E-plane probe are designed to package the PD into a compact module with waveguide *** packaged PD module has demonstrated a flat frequency response with fluctuations within±2.75 dB over a broadband of 140-220 GHz and a high saturated output power of-7.8 dBm(166μW)at 140 *** wireless communication applications,the packaged PD is used to implement 1-m free space transmission at carrier frequencies of 150.5 and 210.5 GHz,with transmission rates of 75 and 90 Gbps,respectively.

基于数据驱动的在线软测量是当前工业智能化感知的重要研究方向。在算法实际部署中,过程模态切换以及数据漂移都会导致软测量性能下降,传统自适应方法又存在模型单一、模态遗忘等不足。针对上述问题提出一种基于即时学习的样本时空加权条件高斯回归(STWCGR)软测量算法。该方法用概率密度估计和条件概率计算实现软测量建模和预测:首先根据即时学习思想通过样本时空混合加权方法筛选局部建模数据,然后结合高斯混合回归思想累积局部单高斯概率密度模型对数据分布进行拟合,最后引入预测动量更新和模态更新策略提高预测稳定性并赋予模型对新工况的学习适应能力。通过仿真实验验证了所提方法在预测精度、稳定性以及新模态适应能力上的有效性。

对配电网拓扑进行准确的实时辨识是电力系统安全稳定运行的基础,但随着新能源的接入以及配电网规模不断增大,配电网拓扑结构的动态变化愈加频繁且难以辨识。然而,现有配电网拓扑辨识算法所使用的历史数据需要人工对其进行拓扑标注,且拓扑辨识时间长,难以实现配电网拓扑实时辨识。因此,文中提出了一种基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPAG)的两阶段配电网拓扑结构实时辨识算法。该算法不需要预先给出配电网拓扑类别的数量,即可对已有历史数据进行相应的拓扑标注及分类,并且基于FPGA实现了对配电网拓扑的实时辨别。该算法分为2个阶段:第1阶段采用变分贝叶斯高斯混合模型,对已有历史数据进行相应的拓扑标注及分类;第2阶段采用麻雀搜索算法,使得支持向量机快速收敛得到最优参数,以实现对配电网拓扑结构的精准辨识。基于该算法,利用FPGA并行架构以及高速高密度特性建立了实时拓扑结构辨识平台。最后,通过算例分析验证了所提辨识方法的有效性和优越性。
