Microchannel flow boiling heat transfer has the advantages of strong heat dissipation capacity,good temperature uniformity,and compact *** is an excellent way to thermally manage electronic devices,but when the heat flux exceeds CHF(Critical Heat Flux),the heat transfer performance deteriorates as the working fluid dries ***-azeotropic mixtures have the potential to effectively delay or avoid dry-out during the boiling process due to their temperature slide characteristics which causes the mass transfer *** understand the influence of non-azeotropic mixtures on microchannel flow boiling,using the phase-change microchannel heat sink as the research object,the experiments on the flow boiling heat transfer performance of R245fa/R134a mixtures under different working conditions were carried out,and the characteristics of flow boiling heat transfer were obtained under the different working conditions,and comparison was developed with those of pure substance *** results demonstrated that a small amount of low-boiling-point components in the high-boiling-point working fluid inhibited boiling heat transfer to some extent,and lowered the average heat transfer coefficient under the non-dryout condition slightly lower than that of the pure substance;however,it also effectively delayed the onset of local dry-out and prevented significant deterioration in thermal transfer performance under the lower mass flow rate and higher heat flux,which could enhance the heat sink's stability.

A New Excess Free Energy Mixing Rule for Representing Vapor-Liquid Equilibria of Mixed Refrigerants

A suitable mixing rule is important for vapor liquid equilibrium(VLE)investigations for mixed *** this work,a new excess free energy mixing rule(MRv)was proposed at zero pressure based on the linear relationship between dimensionless parameter 1/(u-1)and *** mixing rule was explicit adopted variable liquid molar *** applicable temperature range of MRv could be extended by means of an empirical method to estimate the liquid molar volume for components at high *** mixing rules modified Huron-Vidal mixing rule(MHV1),Wong-Sandler mixing rule(WS),and MRv at two reference pressures were used to compare the VLE data in the calculation of 37 mixed *** demonstrated that MRv had a relatively similar accuracy to MHV1 and WS for component and pressure ***,the average excess Gibbs free energy using the MRv mixing rule for the 37 selected mixed refrigerants(0.0013)was much lower than those using the MHV1(0.0078)and WS(0.0809)mixing rules,which was very valuable for the design and optimization of thermodynamic systems using mixed refrigerants.

随着电子器件不断趋于小型化和高度集成化发展,电子器件功率过高引发的散热问题亟待解决。平板热管由于具有均温性好、散热效率高等优势已为许多大功率电子元器件的散热问题提供了有效的热管理解决方案。但面对如今越来越多元化的散热需求,开发适应新型电子设备散热需求的高效平板热管仍是当前研究的热点。基于此,在对平板热管工作原理及结构特点进行阐述的基础上,对平板热管的传热性能、影响传热性能的因素(毛细芯结构、腔体厚度、工质、充液率、倾角和热源)、强化平板热管传热性能的措施(不同润湿性表面和支撑柱结构等)及其在小型化电子设备、IGBT晶体管、LED和电池组等电子器件散热应用等方面进行了系统性综述,指出研究不同毛细芯结构与腔体厚度下平板热管内部流动传热特性、散热性能强化的机制和综合优化方法,以及如何在不同电子器件热管理需求下设计出空间适应性强而散热性能高效的平板热管等仍是当前平板热管有待进一步突破的关键技术,将为平板热管在电子器件散热领域的进一步深入研究与优化提供一定参考。

Comparison of Five Endogenous Reference Genes for Specific PCR Detection and Quantification of Rice

Endogenous reference genes (ERGs) provide vital information regarding genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The successful detection of ERGs can identity GMOs and the source of genes, verify stability and reliability of the detection system, and calculate the level of genetically modified (GM) ingredients in mixtures. The reported ERGs in rice include sucrose-phosphate synthase (SPS), phospholipase D (PLD), RBE4 and rice root-specific GOS9 genes. Based on the characteristics of ERGs, a new ERG gene, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC), was selected, and further compared with the four existing genes. A total of 18 rice varieties and 29 non-rice crops were used to verify the interspecies specificity, intraspecies consistency, sensitivity, stability and reliability of these five ERGs using qualitative and quantitative PCR. Qualitative detection indicated that SPS and PEPC displayed sufficient specificity, and the detection sensitivity was 0.05% and 0.005%, respectively. Although the specificity of both RBE4 and GOS9 were adequate, the amplicons were small and easily confused with primer dimers. Non-specific amplification of the PLD gene was present in maize and potato. Real-time quantitative PCR detection indicated that PLD, SPS and PEPC displayed good specificity, with R2 of the standard curve greater than 0.98, while the amplification efficiency ranged between 90% and 110%. Both the detection sensitivities of PLD and PEPC were five copies and that of SPS was ten copies. RBE4 showed typical amplification in maize, beet and Arabidopsis, while GOS9 was found in maize, tobacco and oats. PEPC exhibited excellent detection sensitivity and species specificity, which made it a potentially useful application in GM-rice supervision and administration. Production of transgenic pigs over-expressing theantiviral gene Mx1

The myxovirus resistance gene (Mx1) has a broad spectrum of antiviral activities. It is therefore an interestingcandidate gene to improve disease resistance in farm animals. In this study, we report the use of somatic cellnuclear transfer (SCNT) to produce transgenic pigs over-expressing the Mx1 gene. These transgenic pigs expressapproximately 15–25 times more Mx1 mRNA than non-transgenic pigs, and the protein level of Mx1 was alsomarkedly enhanced. We challenged fibroblast cells isolated from the ear skin of transgenic and control pigs withinfluenza A virus and classical swine fever virus (CFSV). Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) revealed a profounddecrease of influenza A proliferation in Mx1 transgenic cells. Growth kinetics showed an approximately 10-foldreduction of viral copies in the transgenic cells compared to non-transgenic controls. Additionally, we found thatthe Mx1 transgenic cells were more resistant to CSFV infection in comparison to non-transgenic cells. These resultsdemonstrate that the Mx1 transgene can protect against viral infection in cells of transgenic pigs and indicate thatthe Mx1 transgene can be harnessed to develop disease-resistant pigs.

Scriptaid affects histone acetylation and the expression of development-related genes at different stages of porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer embryo during early development

Although the somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) technique has been used extensively for cloning and generating transgenic pigs,the cloning efficiency is still very *** has been proposed that the low efficiency of this technique is the result of incomplete epigenetic reprogramming and abnormal gene expression during early embryonic *** this study,we investigate the effect of Scriptaid,a low-toxicity histone deacetylase inhibitor,on the developmental competence of porcine SCNT *** found that treating SCNT embryos with 500 nmol/L Scriptaid for 15 h after activation significantly enhanced the blastocyst formation rate(27.7%) compared with the untreated group(control)(12.2%,P<0.05).Using an immunofluorescence technique to measure the average fluorescence intensity,we also found that treating SCNT embryos with Scriptaid increased the level of histone acetylation on histone H3 at lysine 14(acH3K14).Furthermore,treating embryos with Scriptaid increased the expression level of three genes that play important roles during embryonic development(Oct4,Klf4 at the blastocyst stage and Nanog at the 4-cell stage).Moreover,the expression level of the apoptosis-related gene Caspase-3 was significantly lower in the Scriptaid-treated SCNT embryos compared with the control SCNT embryos at the 4-cell and blastocyst *** conclusion,these results indicate that Scriptaid treatment improves the development and nuclear reprogramming of porcine SCNT embryos.

伴随数字新媒体技术的快速发展、媒介语境的变迁,广播电视实践呈现一系列新现象、新趋势、新特点,这些变化构成了新时代中国广播电视理论研究的认知语境和广播电视理论形态创新的认知前提。以著作和论文作为研究文本来审视新时代中国广播电视的理论形态和基本构成,可发现:一方面其基础理论、应用理论、决策理论、史学理论都在向新问题、新趋势、新学科领域开掘和拓展;另一方面在具体的研究内容和研究视角上,也呈现出一些鲜明的倾向性。在中国现有广播电视理论框架基础上,新时代中国广播电视理论将逐渐建立起以新时代广播电视实践为魂、广播电视本体理论为体、多学科理论为用的思维模式,建构起契合新时代中国广播电视发展规律的理论体系。
