Nanopattern Transformation ofABC Triblock Copolymer Thin Films Induced by Strong Solvent Selectivity and Annealing

Nanopattem transformation behaviors of polyisoprene-block-polystyrene-block-poly（2-vinylpyridine）（PI-b-PS-b-P2VP） asymmetric ABC triblock copolymer were investigated systematically with various control para- meters, including different solvents for polymer solution and annealing conditions in this paper. Ordered nanopattern of PI-b-PS-b-P2VP with hexagonal cylinders could be obtained when PI-b-PS-b-P2VP toluene solution was spin-coated on silicon substrate followed by toluene vapor annealing process. When the film with hexagonal and cylindrical nanopattern was exposed to saturated toluene vapor, the order-order transition of cylindrical nanopattern to parallel nanopattern was observed due to the strong selectivity of toluene to PS and PI blocks. Furthermore, fingerprint nanopattern could also be obtained by solvent annealing in tetrahydrofuran vapor. The nanopattern trans- formation was due to different selectivity of solvents and incompatibilities of the three blocks of PI-b-PS-b-P2VP under various solvent annealing conditions.

In this study, we developed an approach to fabricate novel 1D Ag NWs-Ag NPs hybrid substrate for enhanced fluorescene detection of protoporphyrin 1X （PplX） based on surface plasmon-enhanced fluorescence. The Ag NWs-Ag NPs hybrid was synthesized by combining the hydrothermal method and self-assembly method with the asisstance of polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP）. When the Ag NWs-Ag NPs hybrid was deposited on the glass substrate and employed as active substrate to detect PplX, the fluorescence intensity of PplX was enhanced greatly due to the coupling effect of localized surface plasmon-localized surface plasmon （LSP-LSP） and localized surface plasmon- surface plasmon propagation （LSP-SPP） which induced great enhancement of the electromagnetic field. Furthermore, the enhancement effect was approximately linear when the concentration of PpIX was ranged from 1×10^-7 mol/L to 2×10^-5 mol/L, and the photobleaching phenomenon of PplX was reduced greatly, indicating that the fab- ricated Ag NWs-Ag NPs hybrid substrate had well performance for PplX imaging. This work provides an effective approach to prepare highly sensitive and stable fluorescence enhancement substrate, and has great potential application in fluorescence imaging.

In view of two-level multiobjective decision making problem, and employing satisfactoriness of objective function and trade-off rate between objective functions, an interactive two-level multiobjective decision making method is proposed in this paper. By using the method, the obtained solution can be acceptable to both the follower and the requirement of the leader. It's an efficient method to solve two-level multiobjective decision making problems.

＜正＞In this paper,we advance a method for constructing low-parity density-check（LDPC）codes having a large girth greater than 6 by directly connecting variable nodes of the Tanner graphs,called quasi-Tanner graph（QTG）constructing ***- striction on distribution pairs for the method is provided in terms of code length,row and column *** upper bound on the girth of a Q-T graph is derived using initialization parameters of the graphs based on a connection strategy provided to approach the ***,simulation results show that LDPC codes constructed by QTG algorithm perform better than random codes with the same distribution pairs.

Salinity is recognized as a pivotal factor limiting the migration of freshwater fish to brackish *** largemouth bass(LMB,Micropterus salmoides),a globally translocated freshwater fish,exhibits estuarine distribution,yet its hyperosmoregulatory capacity during early ontogenetic stages remains inadequately *** investigate the impact of freshwater salinization,a series of experiments were conducted in Guangzhou and Foshan,*** reveal that freshwater-activated mature eggs and naturally fertilized oocytes maintained nearly identical osmotic homeostasis,with diameters of 1.38±0.07 mm and 1.37±0.05 mm,***,both exhibited peak water excretion at a salinity of ***,a reduction in water permeability was observed in hyperosmotic *** hatching rates increased from 27.5%±14.4%in the 1.0 group to 75.1%±12.0%in the 6.0 group under fluctuating temperature ***-sac LMB larvae consistently reduced survival time from 12.5 d at 1.0 to 50.7±2.1 min at salinity of ***,more developed larvae also experienced a decrease in survival *** regression models fitting lethal time with salinity indicated a sharp decrease between 10.0 and *** findings offer practical insights for predicting distribution patterns and enhancing aquaculture technology for ***,they may contribute theoretically to the broader understanding of the osmoregulatory mechanisms of freshwater fish.

Programmed cell death(PCD)is essential for animal and plant ***,the knowledge of the mechanism regulating PCD in plants remains limited,largely due to technical ***,we determined that the protease NtCP14 could trigger PCD in the embryonic suspensor of tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum),providing a unique opportunity to overcome the limitations by creating synchronous two-celled proembryos with ongoing PCD for transcriptome analysis and regulatory factor ***,we performed comparative transcriptome analysis using isolated two-celled proembryos and explored the potential regulatory network underlying NtCP14-triggered *** phytohormones,calcium,microtubule organization,the immunity system,soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor proteins,long non-coding RNAs and alternative splicing are addressed as critical factors involved in the early stage of suspensor *** thought to play crucial roles in suspensor PCD are ***,decreased antioxidant gene expression and increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels during suspensor PCD suggest a critical role for ROS signaling in the initiation of NtCP14-triggered ***,five genes in the regulatory network are recommended as immediate downstream elements of ***,our analysis outlines an overall molecular network underlying protease-triggered PCD and provides a reliable database and valuable clues for targeting elements immediately downstream of NtCP14 to overcome technical bottlenecks and gain deep insight into the molecular mechanism regulating plant PCD.
