This article provides an overview of the application of bionic technology in marine cruising equipment,discussing its research progress and future development *** cruising is a crucial means of gaining insights into the marine environment and conducting scientific ***,conventional marine cruising equipment faces numerous challenges when dealing with complex and ever-changing marine *** technology,as a means of drawing inspiration from the structure and functions of living organisms,offers new approaches and methods to address the challenges faced by marine cruising equipment and has found widespread *** article primarily focuses on the applications and historical developments of bionic technology in propulsion methods,drag reduction,and surface *** summarizes the design principles,manufacturing techniques,and optimization methods for marine biomimetic cruising ***,this paper analyzes the achievements,challenges,and future directions of bionic technology in marine cruising *** application of bionic technology in marine cruising equipment holds vast potential for development,enabling us to better confront the challenges of marine exploration and research by drawing wisdom from nature and driving advancements in marine science.

Low-coverage whole-genome sequencing is an effective strategy for genome-wide association studies in hu- mans, due to the availability of large reference panels for genotype imputation. However, it is unclear whether this strategy can be utilized in other species without reference panels. Using simulations, we show that this approach is even more relevant in inbred species such as rice （Oryza sativa L.）, which are effectively haploid, allowing easy haplotype construction and imputation-based genotype calling, even without the availability of large reference panels. We sequenced 203 rice varieties with well-characterized phenotypes from the United States Department of Agriculture Rice Mini-Core Collection at an average depth of 1.5~ and used the data for mapping three traits. For the first two traits, amylose content and seed length, our approach leads to direct identification of the previously identified causal SN Ps in the major-effect loci. For the third trait, pericarp color, an important trait underwent selection during domestication, we identified a new major-effect locus. Although known loci can explain color variation in the varieties of two main subspecies of Asian domesticated rice,japonica and indica, the new locus identified is unique to another domesticated rice subgroup, aus, and together with existing loci, can fully explain the major variation in pericarp color in aus. Our discovery of a unique genetic basis of white pericarp in aus provides an example of convergent evolution during rice domestication and suggests that aus may have a domestication history independent of japonica and indica.

Renewable energy dominated future power grids require enhanced system flexibility,in particular,activating the participation from various distributed en-ergy resources(DERs).A coordinated two-stage flexibility trading framework for distribution system with mi-crogrids(MGs)is proposed in this *** day-ahead stage,a peer to peer(P2P)trading mechanism and the associate leasing strategy of shared energy storage system are performed to solve the power variations caused by the wide spread integration of renewable resources,where asymmetric Nash bargaining is used to realize the fair revenue allocation according to the contribution of each MG in P2P *** intra-day stage,given the power imbalances from unexpected uncertainties,MGs exploit the adjustability of the DERs in responding to rapid flexibility requirements issued by distribution system *** particular,the average consensus based de-centralized Newton method with super linear convergence is utilized to meet the requirements of flexibility while maintaining the information *** feasibility,effectiveness and equity of the proposed trading strategies are verified through various simulation studies.

RLS and LMS blind adaptive multi-user detection method and comparison in acoustic communication

RLS and LMS blind adaptive multi-user detection algorithm and multi-user detector was proposed to solve the problem of multi-user signal detection problem encountered in underwater acoustic communication *** simulation analysis,RLS and the LMS blind adaptive multi-user detector were designed and tested for synchronous and asynchronous multi-user communication *** results of SIR comparison and MMSE comparison show that,both of the two methods can realize blind adaptive detection when any user change in multi-user communication,during this process,the training communication sequences are not *** RLS algorithm has about 5 dB higher in SIR compared with LMS algorithm,and the convergence velocity of RLS algorithm is also higher than LMS algorithm when the communication users *** algorithm has better ability in multi-user detection than that of LMS algorithm,and it has great attraction and guiding significance for solving the problem of multiple access interference(MAI) in multi-user communication.

Robust fault detection for discrete-time Markovian jump systems with mode-dependent time-delays

This paper investigates a fault detection problem for a class of discrete-time Markovian jump systems with norm-bounded uncertainties and mode-dependent time-delays. Attention is focused on constructing the residual generator based on the filter of which its parameters matrices are dependent on the system mode, that is, the fault detection filter is a Markovian jump system as well. The design of fault detection filter is reduced to H-infinity filtering problem by using H-infinity control theory, which can guarantee the difference between the residual and the fault （or, more generally weighted fault） as small as possible in the context of enhancing the robustness of residual to modeling errors, control inputs and unknown inputs. Sufficient condition for the existence of the above filters is established by means of linear matrix inequalities, which can be readily solved by using standard numerical software. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

Deciphering the intrinsic molecular logic of empirical crop breeding from a genomic perspective is a decisive prerequisite for breeding-by-design(BbD),but remains not well ***,we decoded the historical features of past rice breeding by phenotyping and haplotyping 546 accessions covering the majority of cultivars bred in the history of Northeast China(NEC).We revealed that three groups founded the genetic diversities in NEC rice with distinct evolution patterns and traced and verified the breeding footprints to known or genome-wide association study(GWAS)-detected quantitative trait loci(QTLs),or introgressions from indica sub-species with chronological changes in allele *** we summarized a rice breeding trend/principle in NEC,and combined with the successful example in breeding and application of Zhongkefa5 to demonstrate the guiding value of our conclusion for BbD in *** study provides a paradigm for decoding the breeding history of a specific crop to guide BbD,which may have implications in different crop breeding.

本文通过构建中国城乡高质量融合发展水平测度指标体系对中国城乡高质量融合发展水平进行科学评价,采用Dagum基尼系数探寻中国城乡高质量融合发展水平的地区差距及其来源,并利用Kernel密度估计和Markov链等方法从静态和动态双重视角揭示中国城乡高质量融合发展水平的分布动态演进规律。研究发现:(1)样本考察期内,东部地区的城乡高质量融合发展水平处于领先地位,西部地区和东北地区均低于全国平均水平。(2)地区间差距是中国城乡高质量融合发展水平地区差距的主要来源,东-东北地区的差距要明显高于其他地区。(3)Kernel密度估计与Markov链分析表明,中国城乡高质量融合发展水平存在极化现象,不考虑空间因素时,中国城乡高质量融合发展水平具有较强的持续性,各省份间不易发生状态转移,空间因素在中国城乡高质量融合发展水平动态演进过程中发挥的作用主要表现在与高发展水平省份为邻能促使中低发展水平省份向中高水平跃迁,而与低发展水平省份为邻则抑制了低发展水平省份向上跃迁的可能。本文为缓解城乡发展不平衡、农村发展不充分的现状,优化中国城乡融合发展新格局、推动城乡高质量融合发展提供了科学的实证依据与决策参考。

Virtual test Platform for marine instrument could provide visualized and interactive simulation solution for the development process. It could be used for virtual test or virtual experiment of mechanical or electro characters of marine instrument. The marine virtual instrument test environment is established combining with data management technology, visualization technologies and corresponding software and hardware system integration technology. Further, the modeling methods of marine instrument virtual model are proposed, including the geometric model, physical model and behavior model. The marine instrument virtual experiment platform prototype is established based on the research of key technologies, and the prototype is verified by using the example of submerged buoy development process of marine hydrodynamic environment monitoring.

The ocean current affection on the posture of two type of submerged buoy is analyzed through FEM analysis. By comparing the factors of impact pressure coefficient distribution, ocean current speed distribution, impact pressure force in horizontal direction and vertical direction, Turbulence Kinetic Energy distribution and vortex generation, the advantage and disadvantage of the two structure are compared. By considering these affect factors, the horizontal buoy structure is better than horizontal buoy structure.
