T cells play essential roles in antitumor *** gene engineering technique to enhance tumor-antigen specificity,patient peripheral blood-derived T cells(PBT)show encouraging clinical outcomes in treating certain blood ***,the high costs,functionality exhaustion,and disease-condition-dependent availability of PBT prompt the attempts of exploring alternative T cell ***,induced T cells from pluripotent stem cells(PSC)are ideal candidates that integrate plenty of advantages that primary T cells lack,including unlimited off-the-shelf cell source and precision gene editing ***,researchers are still struggling with developing a straightforward protocol to induce functional and immunocompetent human T cells from *** on stromal cell-expressing or biomaterial-presenting Notch ligands DLL1 or DLL4,natural and induced blood progenitors can differentiate further toward T lineage ***,none of the reported T induction protocols has yet translated into any clinical application,signaling the existence of numerous technical barriers for regenerating T cells functionally matching their natural PBT ***,new approaches have been developed to repopulate induced T lymphopoiesis via in vivo reprogramming or transplanting induced T cell ***,we review the most recent progress in the T cell regeneration field,and the remaining challenges dragging their clinical applications.

目的构建老年髋部骨折医护一体康复管理系统并评价其应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取系统应用前2022年7月至11月的96例患者为对照组,进行传统康复训练;系统应用后2022年12月至2023年7月的102例患者为试验组,利用系统进行评估-计划-实施-评价全流程的康复训练。结果试验组患者的髋关节功能、自我效能感、自我护理能力、功能锻炼依从性和满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论老年髋部骨折医护一体康复管理系统的应用可优化临床康复护理工作流程,有助于加速患者康复,改善康复效果。

Rheological Simulating Study of Mechanical Conditions for Syn-extensional Basin and Mountain Coupling System

This article gives a mechanical model, in which the layers of lithosphere are assumed to be the creep materials, to study the coupling mechanism of a syn-basin-mountain system quantitatively by using the numerical simulating method. A geological dynamic extensional mode given by some geologists is theoretically discussed and verified. The study shows that lithosphere thickening or thinning is closely related to the thermal activity, or in other words, thermal convection beneath the lithosphere. It is one of the important factors affecting the formation of the basin-mountain coupling system. As an essential condition, only the upward buoyant force and the horizontal dragging force caused by the thermal convection jointly act on the bottom of the lithosphere, the stress and strain states in rock's layers are advantageous to forming the tectonic-landforms of the basin-mountain coupling system. A study on the creep features of the lithosphere shows that the stress and strain in the rock's layers vary with time when the lasting forces act on the boundary. They increase rapidly at initial stage and decrease steadily after reaching the peak value. Phenomena of stress relaxation are significant for studying the tectonic evolution.

Covalent organic polymer(COP)thin film-based memristors have generated intensive research interest,but the studies are still in their ***,by controlling the content of hydroxyl groups in the aldehyde monomer,Py-COP thin films with different electronic push-pull effects were fabricated bearing distinct memory performances,where the films were prepared by the solid-liquid interface method on the ITO substrates and further fabricated as memory devices with ITO/Py-COPs/Ag *** Py-COP-1-based memory device only exhibited binary memory behavior with an ON/OFF ratio of 1:10^(1.87).In contrast,the device based on Py-COP-2 demonstrated ternary memory behavior with an ON/OFF ratio of 1:10^(0.6):10^(3.1) and a ternary yield of 55%.The ternary memory mechanism of the ITO/Py-COP-2/Ag memory device is most likely due to the combination of the trapping of charge carriers and conductive ***,the Py-COPs-based devices can successfully emulate the synaptic potentiation/depression behavior,clarifying the programmability of these devices in neuromorphic *** results suggest that the electronic properties of COPs can be precisely tuned at the molecular level,which provides a promising route for designing multi-level memory devices.

To study the bending deformation of the lithosphere, the simplification of replacing a spherical shell by a plate model is usually made. Based on the differential equations for the bending of plates and shallow spherical shells, an expression for the error caused by such a simplification is derived in this paper. The effect of model sizes on the error is discussed. It is proved that if we replace the shallow spherical shell by a plate model to solve the bending deformation of lithospheric plate, a large error will be caused. In contrast, if we use a plate on an elastic foundation instead, an approximate solution closer to that of spherical shell can be obtained. In such a way, the error can be reduced effectively and the actual geological condition can be modeled more closely.

Sepsis and septic shock remain the leading causes of death in intensive care *** patients with sepsis fail to respond to routine treatment and rapidly progress to refractory respiratory and circulatory failure,necessitating extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).However,the role of ECMO in adult patients with sepsis has not been fully *** to existing studies,ECMO may be a viable salvage therapy in carefully selected adult patients with *** choice of venovenous,venoarterial,or hybrid ECMO modes is primarily determined by the patient’s oxygenation and hemodynamics(distributive shock with preserved cardiac output,septic cardiomyopathy(left,right,or biventricular heart failure),or right ventricular failure caused by acute respiratory distress syndrome).Veno-venous ECMO can be used in patients with sepsis and severe acute respiratory distress syndrome when conventional mechanical ventilation fails,and early application of veno-arterial ECMO in patients with sepsis-induced refractory cardiogenic shock may be critical in improving their chances of *** ECMO is indicated,the choice of an appropriate mode and determination of the optimal timing of initiation and weaning are critical,particularly in an experienced ECMO ***,some special issues,such as ECMO flow,anticoagulation,and antibiotic therapy,should be noted during the management of ECMO support.
