Generation-based linguistic steganography is a popular research area of information *** text generative steganographic method based on conditional probability coding is the direction that researchers have recently paid attention ***,in the course of our experiment,we found that the secret information hiding in the text tends to destroy the statistical distribution characteristics of the original text,which indicates that this method has the problem of the obvious reduction of text quality when the embedding rate increases,and that the topic of generated texts is uncontrollable,so there is still room for improvement in *** this paper,we propose a topic-controlled steganography method which is guided by graph-to-text *** proposed model can automatically generate steganographic texts carrying secret messages from knowledge graphs,and the topic of the generated texts is *** also provide a graph path coding method with corresponding detailed algorithms for graph-to-text *** from traditional linguistic steganography methods,we encode the secret information during graph path coding rather than using conditional *** test our method in different aspects and compare it with other text generative steganographic *** experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively improve the quality of the generated text and significantly improve the concealment of steganographic text.

A new class of potent liver injury protective compounds,phychetins A-D(1-4)featuring an unique 6/6/5/6/5 pentacyclic framework,were isolated and structurally characterized from a Chinese medicinal plant Phyllanthus *** 2-4 are three pairs of enantiomers that were initially obtained in a racemic manner,and were further separated by chiral HPLC *** 1-4 were proposed to be originated biosynthetically from a coexisting lignan via an intramolecular Friedel-Crafts reaction as the key step.A bioinspired total synthesis strategy was thus designated,and allowed the effective syntheses of compounds 2-4 in high *** of compounds exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activities in vitro via suppressing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1β.Notably,compound 4,the most active enantiomeric pair in vitro,displayed prominent potent protecting activity against liver injury at a low dose of 3 mg/kg in mice,which could serve as a promising lead for the development of acute liver injury therapeutic agent.

Selenium deficiency exacerbates ROS/ER stress mediated pyroptosis and ferroptosis induced by bisphenol A in chickens thymus

Bisphenol A(BPA)is an industrial pollutant that can cause immune *** acts as an antioxidant,as selenium deficiency often accompanies oxidative stress,resulting in organ *** study is the first to demonstrate that BPA and/or selenium deficiency induce pyroptosis and ferroptosis-mediated thymic injury in chicken and chicken lymphoma cell(MDCC-MSB-1)via oxidative stress-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** established a broiler chicken model of BPA and/or selenium deficiency exposure and collected thymus samples as research subjects after 42 *** results demonstrated that BPA or selenium deficiency led to a decrease in antioxidant enzyme activities(T-AOC,CAT,and GSH-Px),accumulation of peroxides(H2O2 and MDA),significant upregulation of ER stress-relatedmarkers(GRP78,IER 1,PERK,EIF-2α,ATF4,and CHOP),a significant increase in iron ion levels,significant upregulation of pyroptosis-related gene(NLRP3,ASC,Caspase1,GSDMD,IL-18 and IL-1β),significantly increase ferroptosis-related genes(TFRC,COX2)and downregulate GPX4,HO-1,FTH,*** vitro experiments conducted in MDCC-MSB-1 cells confirmed the results,demonstrating that the addition of antioxidant(NAC),ER stress inhibitor(TUDCA)and pyroptosis inhibitor(Vx765)alleviated oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,pyroptosis,and ***,this study concludes that the combined effects of oxidative stress and ER stress mediate pyroptosis and ferroptosis in chicken thymus induced by BPA exposure and selenium deficiency.

Assessing anxiety,depression,and stress among inpatients with cancer

Objective This study aimed to assess anxiety,depression,and stress among inpatients with *** Two hundred thirty-five hospitalized patients with cancer were surveyed with the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales(simplified Chinese Version).The software program SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey *** The average scores of depression,anxiety,and stress of inpatients with cancer were 12.17,11.84,and 13.98 respectively,which were higher than the normal *** scores of anxiety and stress of inpatients with different caregivers were statistically different(P=0.024/0.036).The anxiety and stress scores of inpatients with spouses as caregivers were higher than those of inpatients with children as *** was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of stress between inpatients with cancer with religious beliefs and inpatients with cancer without religious beliefs(P=0.026),and those with religious beliefs had greater incidence of *** score of anxiety was significantly higher for inpatients with children than for inpatients without children(P=0.040).Conclusion The anxiety,depression,and stress levels of inpatients with cancer are relatively *** is necessary to pay special attention to the psychological status of these patients during clinical diagnosis and treatment to improve their quality of life.

以东亚砂藓转录组测序获得的类萌发素蛋白基因序列为基础,采用PCR技术克隆得到该基因的cDNA全长序列,命名为RjbZIP。该序列全长为726 bp,包含669 bp的开放阅读框,编码222个氨基酸的蛋白质。生物信息学分析显示,该蛋白的相对分子质量为23 397.9,等电点(pI)为6.82,不稳定系数为14.41,为稳定蛋白。序列预测分析表明,该蛋白疏水性强,具有信号肽序列,是一种胞外基质分泌蛋白。多序列比对分析结果显示,该基因编码的蛋白具有GLPs家族的典型特征。实时荧光定量PCR研究表明,在干旱胁迫处理过程中,东亚砂藓RjGLP基因的表达量高于正常生长的材料(CK),被诱导表达,推测该基因可能参与对干旱胁迫的应答。
