The Xiangshan uranium ore field is the largest volcanic rock hosted uranium deposit in *** host rock is a volcanic intrusive complex,including rhyodacite,porphyroclastic lava and late stage sub-volcanic *** this study,zircons from an early stage rhyodacite and a late stage rhyodacite porphyry were dated by SHRIMP and LA-ICP-MS U-Pb methods,and their Hf isotopic compositions were measured by LA-MC-ICP-MS.206Pb/238U ages of 135.1±1.7 and 134.8±1.1 Ma were obtained for the rhyodacite and rhyodacitic porphyry,*** accurate ages indicate that the Xiangshan volcanic-intrusive complex formed in the Early Cretaceous rather than in the Late Jurassic,as concluded in some previous *** the Early Cretaceous,the tectonic setting of the area has evolved into a back-arc extensional setting,possibly related to subduction of the paleo-Pacific *** close ages of the(early) eruptive rhyodacite and the(late) hypabyssal rhyodacitic porphyry shows that the Xiangshan volcanism was intensive and concentrated in a short *** from the rhyodacite show negative εHf(t) values of-5.7 to-8.5,with Hf depleted mantle model ages between 1550 and 1720 Ma,whereas zircons from the rhyodacitic porphyry yield εHf(t) values of-6.9 to-10.1 and Hf model ages between 1621 and 1823 *** zircon Hf model ages are similar to the whole rock Nd model ages(1486 to 1911 Ma).Combined with other geochemical characteristics,the Xiangshan rhyodacite and rhyodacitic porphyry may have been derived from partial melting of the Paleo-Mesoproterozoic metamorphic rocks from the Xiangshan basement,without any significant addition of mantle-derived *** of basement of this age is also supported by finding a Paleoproterozoic xenocrystic zircon core in the rhyodacite sample.

Genesis and Uranium Sources of Leucogranite-hosted Uranium Deposits in the Gaudeanmus Area, Central Damara Belt, Namibia: Study of Element and Nd Isotope Geochemistry

This paper presents a systematic study of major and trace elements and Sm-Nd isotopes in leucogranites closely related to uranium mineralization in the Gaudeanmus area, Namibia. The results illustrate that the uraniferous leucogranites possess high SiO2 （68.8wt%-76.0wt%, average 73.1wt%） and K （4.05wt%-7.78wt%, average 5.94wt%） contents, and are sub-alkaline and metaluminous to weakly peraluminous, as reflected by A/CNK values of 0.96-1.07 with an average of 1.01. The leucogranites are rich in light rare earth elements （LREE/HREE = 2.53-7.71; （La/Yb）s = 2.14-10.40）, have moderate Eu depletion and high Rb/Sr ratios （2.03-5.50 with an average of 4.36）; meanwhile, they are enriched in Rb, K, Th, U and Pb, and depleted in Ba, Nb, Ta, and Sr. The tNd（t） values of uraninites range from -14.8 to -16.5, and the two-stage Nd model ages are 2.43-2.56 Ga. Detailed elemental and Sm-Nd isotopic geochemical characteristics suggest that the leucogranites were formed in a post- orogenic extensional environment. The U-rich pre-Damara basement was the main source of uranium during the primary mineralization event, which is disseminated in leucogranites, whereas the uranium mineralization in veins possibly resulted from remobilization of the primary uranium minerals.

Petrogenesis and Tectonic Implications of the Jabal Hadb Ad Dayheen Granitic Complex, Central Arabian Shield

The Jabal Hadb Ad Dayheen granitic complex in central Saudi Arabia is an alkaline granitic ring complex associated with a collapsed caldera. It mainly consists of monzogranite in the center, biotite-hornblende porphyritic granite, and biotite-aegirine-riebeckite granite, intruded by some felsic and mafic dikes. The petrological and geochemical characteristics show that the granitic suites consist of metalminous-peralkaline A-type granites. The secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) zircon U-Pb analysis yielded ^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 613.3 ± 8.1 – 603.8 ± 3.8, 602.4 ± 3.8, 596 ± 5.6 Ma for biotitehornblende porphyritic granite, microgranite, and biotite-aegirine-riebeckite granite, respectively. The trace element characteristics and positive ε_(Hf)(t) values(3.2–12.2) indicate that the granitic rocks of the Dayheen Ring Complex are mainly derived from the juvenile crust with the involvement of mantlederived materials. Combined with the regional tectonic evolution, the formation of the Dayheen Ring Complex mainly covered four periods:(1) subduction initiation and formation of arc terranes(870–620 Ma)—volcanic craters formed during this period provided the channel for alkaline complex intrusion;(2) collision between East and West Gondwana continents and formation of the north East African Orogen(640–613 Ma)—monzogranite stock at the center of the ring complex emplaced during this period;(3) post-collision extension and collapse(613–602 Ma)—red metaluminous biotite-hornblende porphyritic granite and microgranite sheets in the rim of the Dayheen Ring Complex emplaced during this period;(4) within-plate extension(602 – 545 Ma) —white peralkaline biotite-aegirine-riebeckite granite and plenty of felsic and mafic dikes in the rim mainly formed during this period. Uranium,as one of twenty-six kinds of important minerals in China,is strategic resource and energy mineral,which has been thoroughly investigated in the project of National Potential Evaluation of Uranium *** the implementation of this project,the authors summarized the metallogenic regularity of uranium resource in China systematically,through the researches of geological characteristics of uranium resource,uranium deposits type（genetic and prediction type）,temporal and spatial distribution,and metallogenic *** on the investigation of present situation and progress in uranium exploration,this paper proposes the uranium deposits in China should be divided into 4 classes,9 types,21 subtypes in genetic,and 50 types in prediction;suggests to divide China into 29 uranium metallogenic belts and 20 uranium prospective area,and constructs 20uranium-polymetallic metallogenic series,through summarizing temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and metallogenic regularity of uranium deposits in *** above research is beneficial to the comprehensive understanding of regional uranium metallogenic regularity,and will direct the uranium exploration in the future.

Characteristics of Uranium Mineralization in Red Clastic Formations in the Southwestern Margin of the Ordos Basin

In the southwestern margin of the Ordos Basin,uranium mineralization is primarily hosted by predominantly oxidative red clastic formations in the Lower *** main target layers for uranium exploration are the Madongshan and Liwaxia formations of the Liupanshan Group,followed by the Jingchuan Formation of the Zhidan *** host rocks(medium-fine feldspar quartz sandstone),which are bleached to a light grayish white color,contain a minor organic matter component and *** mineralization changes from surficial infiltration or phreatic oxidation in the upper part to interlayer oxidation in the lower *** ore bodies are mostly lenticular or tabular in shape,locally shaped like crescent *** ore bodies are typically small and *** predominantly manifests as pitchblende and *** is usually short and columnar or granular in habit,whereas pitchblende occurs as an irregular colloidal covering on the surface or in fissures of ferric oxide,silicate,clay or *** uranium minerals are torbernite,uranophane,and *** associated with uranium are mainly pyrite,chalcopyrite and,to a minor extent,arsenopyrite and *** associated elements are Mo,V,Se,Co,Ni,and Mn,the host sandstone being high in Cu and ***,the red clastic formations in the southwestern margin of the Ordos Basin are characterized by’five multiples but one low’which means multiple target layers,multiple stages of mineralization,multiple ore body shapes,multiple kinds of uranium minerals,multiple associated elements,but low organic *** implies an overall complex uranium metallogenic environment and mineralization *** is recommended that future uranium exploration should take into consideration regional metallogenic conditions and mineralization features,with target layers in the wide-smooth synclinal slope being focused *** uranium deposits are small to medium in size,and the main type of urani

C-H-O Stable Isotope, Elements and Fluid Geochemistry of Uraniferous Leucogranites in Gaudeanmus Area, Southern Central Zone, Damara Orogen, Namibia

This paper focuses on the effect of the later hydrotherm on uraniferous leucogranites and the stages of uranium mineralization. Here, we review C-H-O stable isotope, elements and fluid geochemistry of uraniferous leucogranites in Gaudeanmus, Namibia. The results show that there is significant increasing amount of rare earth element from non-mineralized to uraniferous leucogra-nites, indicating the synchronization of REE enrichment and uranium mineralization. Uranium enrichment may have close relations with Pb, Th, Co, Ni, REE in this region, so REE and U evidently exist homology. There are at least two stages of uranium mineralization by later hydrothermal alteration: firstly, due to magnatic residual high temperature and low salinity fluid, the temperature of main metallogenetic epoch ranges from 470°C to 530°C, salinity ranges from 3.55% to 9.60% NaCleq, and C, H, O stable isotope is -23‰ - -13.6‰, -53.3‰ - -46.4‰, 7.71‰ - 8.81‰, respectively. Secondly, due to superim-posed hydrothermal fluid, the temperature, salinity, and C, H, O stable isotope is 150°C - 220°C, 4.65% - 19.05% NaCleq, -20.3‰ -?-3.7‰, -64.7‰ - -53.6‰, 1.49‰ - 1.99‰, respectively. The fluid for reformation is derived from postmagmatic fluid, mixed with a number of meteoric water.

井底常压控制压力钻井(MPD)技术采用专用的控压装备,将井底压力控制在合理的范围内。建立井底常压MPD关于井口回压和钻井液密度的计算模型,运用迭代求解方法进行井口回压和钻井液密度的设计计算。利用该计算模型对克拉201井进行了实例分析,3 314 m处的环空压力对比表明,常规方式下无法设计合理的钻井液密度,采用井底常压法设计可保证环空压力在压力窗口之内;窄压力窗口段的回压和钻井液密度设计结果表明,采用井底常压法设计可安全钻穿2 800 m到目的层的井段,并可减少一层套管,节约建井成本。实例计算结果表明,MPD技术既降低了钻井液密度又满足了环空压力控制的需求,能精确地维持井底压力恒定,安全钻穿窄压力窗口地层,为优化井身结构、减少套管层次提供技术基础。

提出了一种四参数流变模式,该模式能够精确地描述各种无时间依存关系的钻井液体系。利用多组测量数据评价了四参数流变模式对不同流体的拟合效果。根据管流特性参数法,并扩展应用到环空中,推导了管内与环空的层流压降计算公式,同时给出了紊流计算的半经验公式。通过引入广义流性指数的方法,给出了流态判别模型,使层流与紊流计算一致。根据四参数水力计算模型编制了计算机程序,利用一组不同来源的实验数据(包括管内与环空各种钻井液下的层流和紊流流动),验证了四参数模式的水力计算模型。与实测数据的对比表明,该模型计算结果与测量数据吻合得很好。说明该模式的水力计算模型要优于当前可用的流变模式。

青海查查香卡铀-钍-铌-稀土矿床位于柴达木盆地北缘的柴达木—阿尔金超高压变质杂岩带东端,是中国发现的首例与钠长细晶岩脉相关的铀-钍-铌-稀土多金属成矿系统。矿化主要分为两类:脉状矿化和微细浸染脉状矿化。脉状矿化即为钠长岩脉;微细浸染脉状矿化是以微细浸染细脉产于绿片岩围岩中的矿化类型。详细的矿物学工作研究表明查查香卡矿床可初步划分为岩浆、热液主成矿和成矿后3个阶段。岩浆阶段以发育"水滴状"铀-钍-铌矿物(晶质铀矿、铀钍矿、钍石、维铌钙矿等)包体为典型特征,产于最主要的造岩矿物钠长石中;热液主成矿阶段主要以稀土矿化为主,伴随铌和钍矿化作用,矿石矿物包括褐帘石、氟碳铈矿、钍石、含铌榍石(?)、锆石等,与磷灰石、方解石、绿泥石、石英等中低温脉石矿物普遍共生;成矿后阶段以广泛出现的方解石±石英网脉为特征。通过矿物学研究和主微量元素数据的综合分析,初步认为钠长岩脉为岩浆-热液成因,源于富含稀土和铌等成矿元素的富集地幔部分熔融岩浆的演化;岩浆成矿作用过程中可能经历了硅酸盐熔体与碳酸盐/磷酸盐熔/流体的分离作用,但本矿床更为重要的成矿元素富集机制为硅酸盐熔体与富氯岩浆热液流体的不混溶作用,后者引发本矿床大规模的稀土成矿作用,并活化和再富集了铌和钍。钠长岩脉特征的红色形貌特征可作为此类矿床一个重要的野外找矿特征,根据类似成矿系统的成矿模式,认为矿床深部及外围隐伏区仍有较大的成矿潜力。
